Metro at Main deserves zero or a negative star review. And i'll break down my rating by topic, -management would receive zero stars. hands down the worst customer service you'll receive anywhere. (After signing your lease of course) -maintenance would would receive Four stars. They are great but nothing about this community is Five star! -Amenities receives Two stars. Everything looks nice but, I doubt when you come take a look you'll check to make sure everything actually works, but you should because it doesn't. -Security, HAHA this is a funny one. Move here if you'd like your personal storage units broke into, or your car broken into or maybe they'll just steal the entire car or just take the wheels and leave you on blocks. You may then think it would be a good idea to get a personal garage. but wait those get broken into as well. And when this happens, and it will! Metro is still going to charge you the extra fee for these added "Amenities." Security likes to walk around feeling cool because they look like pretend cops but they do ABSOLUTELY nothing and therefore receive Zero stars. But if you enjoy playing wheres waldo with your belongings while management will remove your posts to the community to keep it hush hush, you may really enjoy it here. -Quality of life during your stay One star. This one star is very generous and frankly i think where you're unit is positioned and who your neighbors are will play a great roll. The walls and floors must be made of paper because you will get very close with your neighbors, you will know their every move and they will know yours. There is a loud train that passes by that never stops. There's also a waste treatment center nearby so if you like having your doors or windows open you may be in for a funky surprise at anytime. I've taken this time to write on yelp because like myself and all of the other negative reviews here. We just want you to have a fair warning before you make a big mistake and move into Metro at Main. Because i will forever check these reviews before moving anywhere from here on out! read more

Pros: *These are very elegant apartments and everything you need is close by less than 1 mile radius. *Security is visibly present and when you approach them or call the number they do respond. Other places I lived at advertised security but were nowhere to be found. *The property manager has made numerous adjustments over the course of 2 years such as improving communication by keeping us residents informed, enforcing community and parking rules, upgrading the resident events, and the cleanliness of the community. I always see the same 2 women working hard to clean up after inconsiderate people during the day. *The gym has really great equipment and you have a nice view facing Main Street. Although at night it looks way better! *Staff to my knowledge has changed over the years but after personally overhearing a woman verbally abuse a staff member, I can see why. Nonetheless, every time they answer the phone or I go in for my own matters, they provide great customer service and they offer you something to drink. Maintenance is great and I have not had an issue with my work order requests. Cons: *Depending on where you are situated, you may hear the metro link. *Inconsiderate neighbors who let their pets urinate right in front of you. I feel bad for the 2 women who always have to clean this up. *Some neighbors act friendly to your face but will report you for noise that isn't coming from your home making it extremely uncomfortable to walk by daily. *There is some activity, every now and then you'll see transients in the shopping center. However if you lived in San Bernardino and Los Angeles you'll know so this is no where near as bad. read more

Let me start off and tell you the only thing this place has going for them is Zuri. Lived there for a year and it was enough. Complained multiple times to the manager Larissa that the neighbors above were playing football in their living room at 2 or 3am in the morning and that my apartment would be literally shaking and she told me that there is nothing she could do about it and that they just have a "heavy foot." It is normal for your upstairs neighbors neighbors to do just that. Next, towards the end of my lease the hallways would reek of marijuana (nothing done about it). They offer a trash valet pickup, which is a horrible idea because people just leave their trash outside and all times and I would be embarrassing to have family over because it looked like I lived in a 3rd word county (they do not enforce their own rules and the hallways smell disgusting). I could continue but let me fast forward to the move out process. Charged me $175 early termination fee when my contract was up already. Larisa informed me that I didn't give her a 30 day notice, which is BS because I did. She said that I was one day of lol. Like seriously, I didn't even live in the apt the last 2 weeks just so I can satisfy her 30 day notice rule. I also got a late payment fee because I was locked out of my own account because I was no longer a resident and couldn't pay my rent (Never once was I late on a payment). I have a more to get off my chest but I'll save it for another day (to be continued). Save your money and look elsewhere and don't make the same mistake as me. Hope this helps! read more

Our little family is about to mark our first anniversary of living at Metro at Main, and it really is an occasion to celebrate! From literally the first moment we arrived, we have been welcomed with such sincere warmth. Tony spotted us struggling to move in and ran over with a huge cart to offer his help. Every time I've needed the slightest thing, Christian, Mike, and Tony (the maintenance crew) are on it that same day. All three gentlemen make it seem effortless and of no inconvenience to help. They call me by name and we chat as friends. The office staff is of the same caliber. Every woman, from the boss to the one behind-the-scenes, is genuinely joyful, kind and helpful in that extra-mile way. Shelley and Larissa handled a very difficult hiccup with grace and make us feel sure that they care, Anna takes time to check in like a good friend, Bri looks out for my kids like an Auntie, and Marlene is a truly kind soul whose smile lights up the first floor. And I haven't even talked about the spectacular apartment and amenities! The pictures don't even do the place justice, and the pictures are breathtaking. It is the most clean and beautifully-styled place in Corona, no doubt. And the community is great. The office puts on fabulous special events that give you the chance to know and mingle with your neighbors--people who have all been pleasant and polite and some have even become friends. I just signed my second lease today and felt there was no better way to commemorate it than to thank the people who have made Metro at Main home. read more

This is my very first yelp review ever in my life because i feel it is my responsibility to warn future tenants. I've lived here for two years and all and all it has not been terrible. But in the event you need something from management or upon leaving at the end of your lease.. GOOD LUCK!!! Even during moving in i had a signed lease agreement for a specific unit, two days before moving day i was told the unit was no longer available and my only option was a downgrade. Still i didn't complain or try to fight back, but when it comes them doing things the wrong way or unlawfully they will try to blame you and sweep it under the rug. Just take a look at Avenue 5's ratings online. Do not believe the rating on metro's website where they can choose what to add and remove. They will be nice and friendly when you're interested in a lease and after that its all down hill. I've left several messages to avenue 5 that are never returned. I get passive aggressive responses from the office, Larissa in-particularly. If you decide you want to consider living here just meet a tenant first and talk to them, any one of them! On the flip side of this review Kelly and Ricky in leasing are AMAZING they deserve to either run the show or work for a much more professional environment. DO NOT let the beauty of this place fool you like it did us! We have been living here for about a month, three days after we moved in here our car was broken into. I hesitated to post a mean review until I saw that there has been nearly 6 break ins since mine. I was parked on the second level right by the gate and a man wearing a mask started scoping out my car around 1 am. The camera they have is only to show who enters the gate and is only motion detected. The man noticed that there was too much activity going on so he left and came back at 2:45 am, broke the driver side window, dented my car and ransacked the inside of it. He caused nearly 2,500 in damages. When we approached the front office about moving out because we had just moved in, they said we would have to pay two months rent. I had to demand another parking spot BEHIND the gate for free. Over the Memorial Weekend, there were 3 break-ins that happened BEHIND the so called "Safe" gate. Once you're behind the gate, you can enter into the property without FOB access. WHERE IS SECURITY?! Moral of the story is, for the amount of money; DO NOT MOVE HERE. read more

This resort style apartment complex is amazing. They have everything you want in a apartment, refrigerators, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. All the essential things you will need in your new place. During this coronavirus pandemic, The staff here has kept grounds sanitize and clean on a regular basis. Now let me tell you a little bit about the staff. The staff here is outstanding. Great customer service! I had the pleasure in meeting Zuri Jabari she was the person that showed me this beautiful complex, She was very helpful, patient, informative, she answered all of my questions, she also made me feel very comfortable and was always available to answer any of my questions. Zuri also make sure when she was out of the office that someone else was there to answer my call or questions . I love the fact that the staff has each other's back. What an outstanding team! I have been living here for more than two years! All I can say is that I would rate this place very highly. Reasons: each individual at the front office and management is highly receptive to my needs.(Specially Janelle )and From the management to the maintenance people, everyone is professional and courteous and my needs are met immediately. The place is extremely secure with beautiful amenities- beautiful pool, beautiful roof top settings for small parties, unbelievable gymnasium for working out, nice pool tables and table tennis settings. Me and my kids always get to use the professional office setup with computers, printers and a conference/meeting room for private usage. Again, I love the indoor setting of my apartment with modern style lighting and modernized apartment look with hardwood flooring. With all the beautiful amenities and courteous management, why would I leave this place. I highly recommend this place who wants shops nearby, train station within 0.5 miles. Thank you! read more

Called this place home for 2 years :) Not sure what all the bad reviews are about definitely not my experience, but to each there own lol The office ladies are angels always so sweet and responsive if you ever need to reach out to them or have a question. Maintenance is AMAZING have always gotten things fixed within at least 2 days, everything usually Minor like a light bulb or me not knowing how to turn on the water when I first moved in HAHA. The cleaning ladies are awesome they constantly clean the hallways,elevators etc and they ALWAYS said hi and made me feel at home :) Package service was a HUGE plus! And just overall great building and staff. Neighbors I ran into were always lovely. For the area I don't think you can beat the upkeep and security they provide here, I've visited almost every nice complex in corona and they don't compare at all. read more

They are consistently responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which is incredibly important when running a business. Irvin, the maintenance manager, and Angie have been especially helpful. They always follow up promptly, communicate clearly about what's being done, and make sure every issue is fully resolved rather than just temporarily fixed. The place is nice, great floors, modern fixtures and glamorous amenities. But is that really ALL you're looking for in a HOME? NO. You want to feel safe and secure and I DO NOT feel that here at Metro At Main. Save yourself the worry & find some where else to live, once my lease is up that's exactly what I'll be doing. Car break ins are only going to get worse since whoever is doing it is getting away with it. It will continue. Ask yourself if the glitz and glam is worth getting things stolen out of your car. Marleen and Shelley made the process of moving in SO Easy. I felt welcomed the second I took my initial tour. Marleen made me feel AT HOME. The property is SO CLEAN and quiet. I walk my dogs at LEAST 5 times a day - morning until LATE night and I ALWAYS feel safe. I see the Corona PD on patrol ALL the time AND the nightly security/maintenance team throughout the parking structures/back alley and in front of the complex. UPDATE: I have been following the Metro at Main app and since my last post there have been break ins almost EVERY NIGHT. It's passed the point of asking management for help, they clearly don't care. I fear for my girlfriend's safety. Time to get authorities involved and alert the press about these occurrences. Something needs to be done and it's ridiculous that such an avoidable problem has been allowed to go on for so long due to Metro at Main's incompetence. Who would pay thousands per month to get their car broken into? That's literally what you're getting when you sign a lease at this place. read more

Every time I walk through the halls or common areas, everything is impeccably clean, and it's all thanks to her dedication and hard work. I really been enjoying my stay here at complex.. The staff are super friendly, specially Kelly she knows what she's doing, professional, and great customer service. Even during this crazy COVID they let you go see the actual apartment, they just give the keys and so you could do a self tour. Amenities are great, security always touring the property, place is so clean, and they respond fast to the maintenance requests as well. Moved into Metro at Main in January, and my experience has been more than i had hoped. I was initially help by Ana, but also received attention from the entire staff. I have a one bedroom overlooking the beautiful pool and things are well. Very personable staff that are willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy and satisfied which is not common in most apartment complexes. The amenities at this location are slowly starting to roll in but once they are all open and operational I don't think I will ever want to move! The quality of appliances and finishes in the apartment are also a plus and an impressive factor for guests! The one thing that tops it off is the heated pool! read more
