After a VERY disappoint trip to the T Mobile store at Madison & Hazel where we went to get an Android upgraded and got the worst customer service , we went to the store at Sunrise Mall. There we met Assistant Manager Andre who patiently listened to our short rant about the idiots at the other store and promptly gave us excellent service! He even helped me lower my bill since mine was so out of date. They didn't have the phone either but he helped us order it in the app, since they can no longer order for us in the store. I caught these T-Mobile employees in a straight up lie. I went to go purchase an iPhone 15 Pro Max. They told me they do not have the black one and that they would check other stores when they check the other stores. They said there are not any stores in 50 mile radius that has the black iPhone Pro Max. I had a really strong feeling they were lying so I had asked my sister to call the T-Mobile down the street, my sister called and sure enough they had plenty of black iPhone 15 Pro Max. On top of that I had stated several times I do not want to make changes to my phone plan because it is not my plan to change as I am on a family plan, they would not take that for an answer and they kept crying and trying to get me to change the plan. The whole entire experience was disorganized, disrespectful because of the lying and quite ridiculous considering I was going to purchase a $1200 phone I do not recommend this business instead drive down the streetto the T-Mobile that is next to Safeway on San Juan and greenback. read more

Went in to upgrade one phone and the lady I think Kesenia wouldn't stop pushing my husband to add 2 lines to "make it cheaper" I said we do not need 2 more phones and she scoffed. Very rude!! She had a man come out and try to push adding more lines again...we just got his plan cost down by calling why would we want to add anything, we just wanted to upgrade from a iphone 10 to a 15. I went to use the restroom with our daughter and I texted him if she doesn't stop pushing we will just go somewhere else. I left and he told me she got it all setup for the upgrade and shows him the plan and says oh and you get another line for free!! He walked out. Yes it would bring the cost of the phone down but it would higher the overall bill. Very scammy and very annoying when u just want a simple upgrade. read more

I bought an Apple Watch through a franchise T-Mobile store. When I purchased the watch, he asked me if I wanted to upgrade to 44 mm basil at n extra charge. Which I did. When I got my first bill, it showed that I was being charged an extra $5.37 per month for 24 months for the upgraded watch. I called T-Mobile phone support and the person told me that I could not have upgraded the watch for free at the time of purchase as there was no offer going on at the time of purchase. I went back in store where I purchased the watch two different occasions and was told they would correct the purchase price and it should show up on my next bill. It never was corrected. Three months after the purchase, I went back again to see why I was being charged extra, and was told by the new store manager that she would correct the situation. Which she did. I am happy that I was able to get the situation resolved, but it took me three months to do so. I would recommend if you have any problems with a purchase from T-Mobile don't count on phone support to be of any help. read more

I do not like having to go to the cell phone store because that most likely means I broke my screen. I don't like coming in because typically the wait is so long even when there is only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. However, this was my first time at this location and Nancy was great. There was no wait at all and she got me a great new phone and easily transferred all my info from my old phone to the new one. Thank you. From day one when I signed up for a promo special to get a really good rebate on my phone that was brand new I just wanted a new or one they lied to me out the door. They told me my phone was going to be worth over $1000 And they ended up giving me 150. When I brought it to the attention of the manager they said that I must have not listened correctly and that it was my fault that I didn't pay more attention or ask the right questions. They will lie to you and it will be too late to fix everything when random fees pop up on your phone bills. Again, Im satisfied with T-Mobile just not this location. update: Went to go revisit this location and spoke with representative named Jarrod. We are in the process of getting rid of the fees. The employee who had handled my transactions before had been relieved months before. I am guessing it wasn't his first mishandled transaction. For the past 3 years/as far back as i can remember i can't get signal inside my house. Its like a nuclear bunker or something, i step outside and its peechy keen. I step back inside and i may as well have stepped off the face off the earth. If Osama had rented out my place, that prune might still have been alive, cause you can't track anything in my house let alone get phone signal. So i called up Tmobile customer service again for the 12th time, and the homegirl over the phone tells me bout some mobile hotspot. Im like dafaq? Where this be at for the past 3 years. So i promptly hop on my fixed gear bicycle and ride 3 blocks to get my mobile hot spot. This t-mobile store is probably the worse in customer service. I stood waiting to at least be acknowledged for 15 minutes, and it wasn't until my wife came in and asked why I was still waiting, and I said, "I haven't even been spoken to yet" when they finally acknowledged me. Then after that, I still waited for another 20 minutes to be taken care of just to drop off a t-mobile test drive device. So, I approached the girl and asked do you know how I can just drop off this phone, and what does she say, "oh I don't know how to do that." Then ignored me. So I just said okay I will just go to some other store. So if I could leave a 0 for a star, I would. Don't go to this t-mobile store. A few months back I went into the store to add my sister on my plan because I was super happy with the service I also decided to upgrade my phone because the employee made it sound like such a good deal. Turns out every thing he said was lies and our plan ended up 20 dollars more a month! Called both the manager and assistant manager who told me they would work it out and they just fed me lie to get off the phone. They had enough people on staff to help all the customers which is always a plus as well. At first I thought everyone here was being really nice. I like tmobile as an overall corporation, but the people who work specifically at this store are liars. I feel bad for anyone who got lied to by them in the past and is paying more on their bill. When I first went in to sign up by myself, the worker told me that the 1GB data plan was only for senior citizens. However, when you are on your tmobile account online, you can very easily select the 1GB data plan. Also, tmobile has a data estimator to see how much you will use. I put "little to none" on each section, and they estimated I would need 5GB of data. That is waaaay off. Halfway into the month and I have only used 200 MB of data. But the worse part is when I went back to sign up for a family plan. The worker girl named "Roxy" helped us. We specifically told her we want the 1GB data plan for each phone. She tried to say we needed a 3GB plan, but we told her we were firm on the 1GB plan. She also said that even when your phone is on a wifi network, that it will still use data (to try and get us to get a bigger data plan), but that isn't true. There were only 2 workers present, and about 10 people were waiting forever for service. The other day, I look at my phone bill, and it says 4 of the phones are on the 3GB data plan. She secretly put 3GB. Also, there was $10 Jump insurance on the 4 phones as well, which none of us signed up for. I don't really trust going to this specific store anymore. I think the workers lie to get a bigger commission. Please beware going to this store. I lowered my monthly bill to $120, but because of these people, it would have been $230. Luckily I caught it. read more

I was helped by a young girl blamed Roxie who was not knowledgeable nor willing to help with the problem i was having. the manager wasn't willing to take the time to assist her with the questions i presented. I strongly suggest going to the one located at 3980 Douglas blvd. They treated me with respect and solved a very simple problem i was having. As of 10/7/13, my new Galaxy 3, which is 11 months old, went on the fritz. It is under warranty, so I get a new REFURBISHED phone that I have to pay the shipping and handling on. I was promised a 24 hour turn around, but 4 days later, my phone is finally scheduled to arrive....when it arrived, it also broke within 12 hours. Back to the store I went, 4 days later, replacement phone finally shipped. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and still got no where, but lots of "I'm sorry". Sounds like this is not just a lack of customer service in store, but also at the corporate level. Clearly they have no concern for their customers. read more

Don't waste ur money on extra insurance..I had to pay a processing fee still on top of monthly payment to get a replacement phone and then had to wait for them to mail me a replacement phone... which the guy at this stow tools me I would get it next day on a Saturday but actually no it wasn't till Monday afternoon... when they sale u the insurance they make u think it will get replaced right away but it comes from an out of state place... not California based. Changing carrier's now...straight talk u can use any body's phone that uses a SIM card.. it uses Verizon 's towers to connect way cheaper too. read more

However, today I was sitting next to the entrance of the store waiting for a kiosk to fix my phone screen, when I started to hear shouting. The manager of the store was SCREAMING at his employee so loud that people outside the store could hear from many doors down. The manager proceeded to walk into the back and the employee continued to do his job, surprisingly. I'm surprised he didn't quit. No person should be treated the way this manager treated his employee. Hopefully some big guy up top reads this and speaks with this manager, and reprimands him. Yoseph has made one promise after another that have never materialized, basically just lied about what tmobile can do for us. We switched 4 lines from at@t and I'm still waiting for a phone a month later. I have requested the district managers number multiple times and have been stone cold lied to about them giving me that as well. I will make sure everyone I know or deal with will be aware of the lack of service that Will be guaranteed if they go to this store. I liked the way they explained everything to me that I send my sister to get here phone also here nd my friend nd her husband!! And so far every single person has been happy. . I give them 5 stars bcuz wen my phone broke I got one ship to me the very next day:)) nd all I had 2 do was stick my smcard in nd it was ready 2 use.. they are very good nd helpful plus they work with you on your plan without ripping you off like other stores.. First I want to thank Cara for everything! Yesterday August 1st, I came in just wondering how much it would be to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the 6 plus. She gave me a great bundle deal and I was excited to not only get the 6 plus but along with a phone case screen cover and some wireless studio beat headphones! Unfortunately the system was just not working, but she did not let that stop her. She was doing everything in her power to ensure that I receive the bundle deal. After some time her and I agreed it was best to wait till tomorrow and come back for the deal and that hopefully the system would be up and working. Today I came in and while even though Cara was busy helping another client, Joseph helped me out. He remembered me and more importantly they went straight to the bundle deal. Everything was waiting for me and we had a successful deal today! I love my new 6 plus and the case I got for it. Along with the wireless studio beats! Which are awesome by the way! The whole company is rotten from the top to this store. Buying a phone in there store is is a piss poor experince. Where do i start. First i wanted to upgrade my phone. First the pushy sales guy jumpped me as soon as i entered giving me no time to look around. Then he tried to push one phone on me that i did not want. I had cash in hand but he was preasuring me to finance the phone. Not interested in that either. Then since i was on a family plan i couldnt upgrade my phone unless i had an access to the acount. When we figured out i could just swap my sim card to the new phone. The price jumped 100$ more when i asked why i was told cause i didnt finaice it. Oh my god. Fuck you tmobile just wanted a better phone not the high pressure run around sales. No wonder why your stores are always empty. I left your service and singed up with your competitor's. If I could do a 0 score, I would. I went into this location to add my fiancé to my account. With T-Mobile offering to buy out contracts, why not? I have been with T-Mobile for over 5 years and am on an account that is grandfathered in. When I asked to add my fiancé to my account they expressed that they couldn't add her manually, they'd have to call T-Mobile Care. He called someone and did everything that I asked. I signed the paperwork and left. Yesterday I went to the location on Birdcage and Greenback (which I recommend) to bring in the final bill from Sprint to have them pay off the other account. When they pulled up my account, the associate looked puzzled and asked why is my bill so high? I told her I had done the line add at the mall location and her plus another employee freaked out. They said "never go to that location, they make their own rules" She then went on to tell me everything I was told was a lie. The Sunrise Mall location deleted my grandfather account and put me into a new account that spiked my bill and got rid of all my perks from my previous account. Long story short, The Greenback and Birdcage location corrected the damage and credited my account the $100+ extra per month I was being charged. I work in customer service and my income is based off of commissions but I don't cheat and lie to people. I don't recommend the Sunrise Mall location to anyone. read more

I love T-Mobile! However I recently went to the sunrise mall store to upgrade my husband's phone and we got a great deal, but they didn't have the accessories he wanted for his phone and in order to make a sell the woman got us to by extra things that we did not need, with the promise that the product would would soon be in. We made our purchase and called on a later date to see if the items were available for exchange. We were then told they would not be getting the item in stock anymore. I asked if I could return the unwanted items since we only purchased them to get a package deal and now we can't get what we wanted they said yes. When we went back we did not have the debit card with us And they refused to return it as cash (it was $3.65). However they had already debited our account so they had my money but I couldn't get it back. I went to the greenback store later and they were wonderful. No issues they just took my receipt and refunded the purchase. I will never use the mall store again! read more

He installed my screen protector poorly so I had to buy a new one and install my self, would recommend finding another t mobile store to got to, there's a lot better ones in sacramento. I love t-mobile so much more than AT&T. So, I dropped my phone in the toilet and decided to come to this store. I hate not having a contract, NOT!!! Who knew paying full-price for a phone was so easy. Hunter helped me out & he was super patient with me and explained everything thoroughly while gladly answering all of my questions. So, I decided to get the iPhone 5S, right before the 6 is going to come out. No worries though, with JUMP for only $10 a month, you can upgrade to a new phone after paying off half of the first phone you bought. Make sure it's still in great condition when you turn it in. Best part is, I only had to pay for tax and they put me at a $27 minimum per month. I left the store with a $650 iPhone for $90. Don't forget, your credit has a lot to do with it. It was so convenient. His supervisor put on the screen protector for me. Literally took me 45 minutes to get my new phone & go home. read more

My wife got a new phone and needed a nano SIM.We then went to the mall and a shady store called CellAT offered us to cut the tmobile sim into a nano sim for 5$.The dork cut the SIM the wrong way and it wouldn't work.We then walked into this Tmobile store thinking aww i ve to spend another 15$ to get a new sim but the gentleman heard our story and got us a new SIM waived the 15$ fee and also threw in a bluetooth speaker .Our phone had a new SIM and we were on our way.Happy with the customer service! read more

I actually was not planning to buy today, but that all changed when I was taken through thoroughly all of the details that would be included with the plan. The gentleman that helped me through the process was outstanding and very patient with me the whole time. As a previous Verizon customer, it's a steal for what they give you on their rate!
