For some reason she became very dismissive I was born in 1970 you're not going to dismiss me when you're doing business with me whether I like it or not and I got a big problem with this person and I got a big problem with this store if I'm wrong then I'll apologize online and in person but I feel like I'm getting the runaround and treating me and it dismissive way is not the way to do business.

AT&T has a free process. You don't have to pay at all, but I called to complain. They can't do anything because it's a franchise store and they have contract to be able to sell AT&T products and services, but they're not liable for Anything outside of that so I would stay away from the store.

Only my Alexa is now connected. My phone, iPad and Roku tv will not connect. Customer service tells me there is something wrong but when it comes to give me a solution they hang up and they do not call me back. This has been the worst service from a communication company I have ever received. I have asked them if I could upgrade my service to another type of package. The answer has been no. Customer service always drops the ball. In the past 3 months, I have been trying to get this resolved when I've had time to call or go to the store but nothing is working. 1) I was talking for a longtime with one and when it came to scheduling another technician, even though he had been calling me back before, the call was disconnected and he did not call me back. When I called back there was no answer. 2) I connected to the robot maybe 10 times in one occasion, It detected that there's a problem but when it came time to schedule a technician the call was disconnected. I am sitting here wondering why this is happening. This is disgusting. I don't even want to give one star but I can't post my complaint review without at least giving them one star.

This place was recommended to me, and to be honest, I'm usually a bit nervous about going to repair shops like this, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me. I will definitely continue going to this shop and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much for your work! One more thing I found very meaningful -- they have a motto from Colossians 3:23, and it really helped me understand why everything was done at such a high level.

I was clear that I wanted **nothing else**--no plan changes, promotions, or additional lines. Later, I discovered my bill had jumped from $108 to $235. Customer service confirmed that **two additional lines were added to my account without my knowledge or consent**, and they were even insured despite having no devices attached. I was told there was **no promotion or benefit to me**--the lines were added solely to boost store sales. When I returned to the store, Amanda was unavailable and other employees were unhelpful. One employee, Dylan, couldn't explain why the lines were added, blamed corporate, made inappropriate comments, and ultimately tried to pass it off as an "honest mistake," even offering a sketchy workaround with phone insurance. This was a fraudulent and deceptive experience. **Beware--this location appears shady, incompetent, and engages in scam-like practices.**

I'm consistently breaking my ancient iPhones in various ways, and he's always able to accommodate me, his repairs are always of good quality, and he even did some work outside of his wheelhouse customizing my Steam Deck for me and did a good job with that too.. I believe his establishment also sells used phones, phone accessories, phone plans, and cyrpto too if your into that sorta thing. Not only are they the most reasonable in town, they guarantee all of their work and repairs. They are fast, friendly, and flexible. I also want to add they are honest! There have been several times where my phone did not need to be repaired but just needed a couple of things done and they charge me a very minimal charge for it. Anyone else would've probably taken my money and said that something else was wrong with it! Five star service every time. :-)

They have lots of case options and key lanyards, iPad cases, pretty much anything for the phone accessory needed. They helped me put on my new tempered glass screen protector and my new case! Everything is really affordable. It's inside smartshop so you can entertain yourself by walking around and buying snacks or shopping for makeup, clothes, or jewelry. Their customer service was impeccable. And I would def be coming back here versus a place at the mall to get ripped off. Thanks again mark and Kevin for making my phone look like brand new again!
