I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

Located in Westlake, once you get to the front door of the building it's a short easy walk up upstairs and it's the first office on the right. I signed in, he told me a few housekeeping things to be mindful of after the phone gets repaired. I dropped off the phone and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The screen worked great! Very responsive and felt like a brand new phone. I tested it and happily paid. I would not hesitate recommending people to come here for iPhone repairs. Took it to Apple thinking AppleCare + would solve the issue. Nope. Apple is happy to replace the phone, but all the data would be lost. Lesson here is ALWAYS back up your photos/videos/notes/music to icloud, google photos, external hard drive, etc. I needed my photos from my trip and all the other photos/videos from the last two years, so I did a yelp search and Ocean iPhone Repair popped up. Sent an email to Roy and he promptly replied saying he could work on my phone as soon as I was ready to drop it off. Dropped by his place in SF on a Monday afternoon and by Tuesday night, 6000 of my photos/videos were recovered. He had backed everything onto a USB and put the phone back together nicely. Roy sent emails showing me the internals of the phone and told me the phone wasn't salvageable, but the data recovery could be done. I'm super grateful he came through for me. 5 stars is the minimum I could give him. If you guys need something fixed on your iPhone, I would wholeheartedly recommend Roy and his services. I purchased the $25 unlimited plant, which included unlimited data on December 26, 2022. I did not…read moreactivate the sim until January 7, 2023. I did not notice the data did not work until the next day when I went out. I contacted customer service via chat, who keep direct me to test and troubleshoot my iPhone. None of the attempts worked. Then, I requested a refund, the customer service told me to call the number to request the refund. I called the number; then, another customer service asked me to go over the test and troubleshoot again. I explained that I had gone through the troubleshooting step already. However, the cs still force me to go through that step again with the reason it is the procedure. Then, they denied issuing a refund due to the date of purchase being outside of the time range, which did not work. According to the law, Boost Mobile failed to provide unlimited data, which they market, so they must issue a refund or customers can legally sue them. After several transfer phone calls for approximately 2 hours, I finally can get my refund and they cancel the account. I had to run to T-mobile immediately. Strongly recommend avoiding the scam.
