I go to this o'reilly's all the time. This will probably be the last time. I have been a mechanic for 60 years. There is a assistant manager named Evelyn. She needs to get demoted. I am nothing but nice every time I walk in the store. I'm greeted with a caca face. Today I spent over a hundred dollars. Which is very minimum for me. If you don't like your job don't work there. I went in today for a valve cover and homegirl couldn't tell the difference between left and right when it tells u on the system. I only know because i use to work at o reily's years ago. Rude, crusty, musty, dusty, MAYRA needs to be retrained on parts or on manners'. I heard her say to the other store on the phone "just ignore her " when i went for a stock transfer after she gave me the wrong part too. Pure trash customer service . The manger was more chill. Is that way ya'll treat your clients that own business and buy from ya'll? After i said u gave me the wrong part she goes "hmm " and looks back at her computer . Attn Management Jose is awesome. As a female customer it saddens me to say I'm used to subpar service. I called Pepboys and the girl there had no idea what I needed. I went to my usual AutoZone and they were cool but nothing spectacular. He wasn't knowledgeable (he didn't know an xterra was a truck) but got help. He then said he didn't carry the part...so i called OReilly. Jose answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. I got there. He remembered me. He got under the hood of my car and explained how things worked and offered a few possibilities and suggestions. From now on this place will be my go to. I wish everyone was like that. Not impressed at all. Went in there to get spark plugs for a Toyota Camry. They gave us the price list starting at $9 or $10 a spark plug (supposed the exact ones from the Dealer???) then they have the next brand/level of spark plugs under being $7 ea & then the cheap crappy ones. So we asked for the $7 spark plugs, which the Sales Rep said they had all in stock, then he comes & tells us that it turns out they don't have that particular brand of spark plugs in stock (even though the computer says so), so he said he would give us two of the top of the line ones for the same price, since they didn't have them, but then his manager says "no, we can't do that" then tells us that we need to buy the top of the line spark plugs, or my car's performance will not be up to par.....so that to me was just a complete waste of time, as we/I do have some knowledge of auto parts & know he was full of crap & completely lying to rip us off.... First of all, why does your computer say you have them and then come back and say you don't, but we'll give you the same price for the lower grade spark plugs? Is that a ploy just to get us to buy the higher priced spark plugs, not knowing any better and getting ripped off by the employees there? Plus the Manager was a complete joke, you normally try to make the customer happy, all he did was try to make us feel stupid and take advantage & look good to his customers (which it was kinda dead - hardly any people in there) so we headed to Pep Boys down the street and low & behold they had better brand names (Champion) and alot cheaper at $4.10 a pop..... Wow! That is all I can say. We walked in tonight and the guys behind the counter looked upset that we were even there. Then another customer came in and was talking to them, and using profanity. The Oreilly guy was using profanity too. Talk about not being professional. Every Time we asked a question they look bothered... What we bought wasn't right even after checking with the salesperson. Came in the other day to buy a battery, paid for the battery deposit fee $12 and was told I would get it back when I brought back the old battery. I came back the other day to return the battery however I left my credit card at home so I couldn't get my $12 back. They told me don't worry about it and just come back the next day they will hold the battery for me, came back and lo and behold the battery is nowhere to be found!! So guess what no money back and nobody there had any idea what i was talk about! Guess I will be sticking to autozone read more

I needed a new headlight bulb, and went here to buy a new one. I had called my car dealership, and they told me a new headlight would be $19.99 plus installation. I bought a new bulb here for $10.99, and Luis came outside and put it in for me at no cost! That is great service! I will return here for other car parts and accessories. read more

I went in with the item I needed in my hand, with the size I needed. There was a line which is the same no matter what parts place you go to. Yet there was 2 people behind the counter and they both looked lost. So finally after 30 min of waiting in line, I had my turn. I handed the parts person exactly what I needed and what size I needed and she looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. Very simple. Yet neither she or the other gentlemen knew what to do. I was very disappointed that such a simple item and anyone with very basic knowledge should be able to identify. Unless your going in for an air freshener or a license plate frame, good luck... Just disappointed with the knowledge and the lack of information the associates had to help a customer. I only rated it one star because their is no option for no stars...
