5 out of 5. When I first drove up, I almost pulled away. This is a little corner shop in a strip mall. In my head, I got so many options, why settle for something that *could be* subpar. I was so glad I overcame my feelings and went in. The sandwich was HUGE and tasted 10x any of my expectations today. I went in and told them my dietary restrictions and they pointed right to the perfect sandwich for me. And it was ready in seconds. Very fresh tasting also. I saw a beautiful catering spread go out the door that made me jealous. I was not a huge fan of the soup, but the sandwich quality made up for it leaps and bounds. read more

This sandwich shop is hiding in the corner of. A plaza off of Main Street. There food is consistently fresh and the service is great. I had a salad, pictured below. It was large enough to have equal the second half of it for dinner. Do you know how hard it is to find a tuna sandwich in Dunedin by my job? I can walk to get almost anything else, but a good tuna sandwich. I FINALLY found my spot! The bread is SO BIG, SOFT and FLUFFY! The tuna was PERFECT. I don't like tuna that's sweet to taste (like at Publix). The pickle was SO crispy and delicious. Very good food so far! read more

Faced with the prospect of having 13 bowls of vegan soup just to satiate my appetite, I had to look for something meatier & more substantial. A quick search here for 'sandwich' pulled up Lonni's, a local mom & pop I'd managed miss despite driving past it repeatedly for the past 6 years. After some consultation with them on which sandwich had the most protein, I settled on their Italian - and it was the best Italian sub I've ever had. Much better than any chain sub shop or Publix. It was tasty with the perfect balance of meat, veggies & bread. The veggies were crisp & refreshing while the bread was fresh & soft. I highly recommend them & will definitely go back to try something else! read more

My neighbor invited me to join her today as she wanted to get a sandwich for her husband. So we walked over. It is located in a smallish strip mall in the corner. You may miss it if you don't look for it. It is clean inside and out. We walk in and it is a huge area. You can't eat inside so plan on taking it to go. You look over the menus on the counter and then order when you are ready. They have a lot to choose from and I went with the curry chicken salad sandwich on rice bread. Their specialty bread. My neighbor opted for the regular chicken salad but went for a sample of the curry chicken. She said it was wonderful! It comes with a pickle if you as for it. You can get a bag of chips and a drink for free if you bring their coupon with you. They also sell huge cookies. Everything was boxed up well and delicious. The women working were wonderful and friendly. They have been open 31 years and going strong. They do deliver within a certain area. Give them a call to see if it includes your address. They deliver to a lot of businesses in the area too. They may already be in your building!!! Fresh, delicious, local and well worth the $8.55 we spent on our sandwich. It was enough for 2 meals or split it between 2 people. I would say the only improvement they could make is offering other flavors of chips to go with your sandwich. When I return I intend on getting the soup and salad combo. read more

This place is no ordinary sandwich shop. They have ingredients that other places rarely use, like alfalfa sprouts, mango chutney, homemade Russian dressing, wild rice bread, potato bread, and more. I have tasted several of their sandwiches. They are all very good! The young ladies that make your sandwich are also very friendly. i have only had their sunny bird sandwhich. its freaking delicious. its 8 and some change and it doesnt include any sides at all. its a big sandwhich but chips being an extra dollar on an 8.50 sandwhich is the reaosn its not 5 stars.
