The waitress who helped us was incredibly nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, my excitement was cut short when I went to order the #6 breakfast special and found out the fried rice was pre-made with ham, and there was no option to get it without meat. Since the fried rice was out, I pivoted and ordered the #1 Special: 2 eggs (requested soft scrambled with cheese) 2 pieces of bacon (asked to hold the bacon) White toast Home fries Side order: Egg rolls to go The execution of breakfast was pretty disappointing. The eggs weren't soft scrambled, the cheese on top wasn't melted, and the home fries were very hard. To top it off, the whole plate came out at room temperature. I didn't make a fuss or send it back because it's a small, family-owned restaurant and they clearly have a lot of loyal regulars who love them. Overall Verdict: Breakfast Food: 5/10 Egg Rolls: 7/10 The service alone makes it worth giving them another shot. While breakfast wasn't a hit for me, I would definitely return to give their lunch menu a try.

Get there early, take a book or someone whose company you enjoy and settle in as you may have a wait that is worth it. Oh, we got all that food for less than $25 (not counting tax and tip). The backs of my legs started going numb, so we moved to a table as soon as one opened up. Ironically, it was the table directly in front of that hot window. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Great food, excellent service, and those sorbet mimosas alone are worth the visit. Just be strategic about where you sit if you're visiting on a warm, sunny day.

UNORGANIZED MESS! Placed a large take out order for dinner (family of 5) and was quoted a 15 minute pick-up time. Once arrived to pick up it became obvious there are issues with the efficiency of how this restaurant is running. 35 minutes after placing the order we were walking out with it. Before doing so, we had to ask if items that were up on the warmer were ours also and of course they were. Staff didn't seem to care about the wait time and just looked at us when we complained (this is where training employees in being apologetic and sincere would serve a business well). Once we arrived home, the entrees that were in the bottom of the bag were cold and soggy- indicating that they had been made at the beginning (a half hour earlier) and the ones on top were hot and fresh. Taste was delicious on the fresh entrees and unfortunately the cold/soggy ones were discarded as they were a wet mess. Definitely would NOT recommend this restaurant for take-out. And based on what was observed during our lengthy wait, not sure I'd recommend a dine-in experience either. read more

The Roasted Turkey Plate was a heartwarming tribute to a classic Thanksgiving meal. El Chorizo Burger was a delightful fusion of flavors. The Angus beef patty, blended with crumbled chorizo sausage, was juicy and packed with a flavorful punch. Topped with onions, peppers, and a zesty chipotle ranch, every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The fresh lettuce and tomato added a refreshing crunch, and I had them add some jalapenos for a little extra kick. I've came here every Saturday for the past 3 months. I sit at the 7 seat "bar" which is first come first serve right in front of the kitchen line. The communication between all of them on the line is amazing. The man that runs the window is always so calm and collected during the busiest of times. Leah is great too. Always so sweet and gets you everything you need right away. It's great to watch this place work. Went looking around for a breakfast place this morning, so went to Ihop and Egg Bistro. Both places were slammed packed, so ventured a little further and found this place. OH MY WORD!!!! This place is amazing!!!! Food was great customer service was great and sitting at the counter watching the cooks and hearing their communication was extremely impressive. Definitely one of my new favorite spots. The waffle was awesome!!! All the fruit was so fresh and amazing. The Hot chocolate... I cant rave enough about it!!!! Hot sauce helped, but didn't really help that much. I ended up eating about 1/3 of it. My server did notice and ask, but I told her it was fine... I honestly didn't want to start over and I was short on time. I like the concept, if I ever came back, I'd do something different.

I ordered the hamburger steak platter with collards and potato salad, ( I did get the hushpuppies but took that home for my kiddo) I also splurged on the fried pickles. Everything was great! I have been craving fried pickles and they are hard to find gluten free. They had GF cake but I was too full to enjoy a slice. BUT unless I see the business pushing their political viewpoints I never know how accurate rumors are plus I like to assess things for myself. Group of 3 came in on a rainy Memorial Day afternoon. We were immediately greeted by a friendly waitress who told us to sit wherever we'd like and she'd be right over. The place was not busy and our waitress was very sweet and efficient. We each ordered a different breakfast item (served all day) and I have to say everything was tasty. Pancakes cooked the way I like with crispy edges. The breakfast potatoes were crispy seasoned cubes but not at all greasy. I love that sourdough bread is an option. Overall, it's a good diner breakfast in a diner environment. We didn't get any dessert but there was a woman there as we were checking out who raved about the cake slices there and told us she comes almost every day for a slice of cake. I forgot to snap pics but the pics on here look very consistent with what we had and saw.

Again, this is definitely nothing that the restaurant has any control over but if you are going to go here for the first time, just keep in mind that parking may be a problem

I really like the food at First Watch but it'll be a hard pass to return to this location. We went to Egg Bistro, where early bird specials are $3 cheaper and the service was prompt and friendly. We were finished and paying our tab by 820 am.

This coffee is B tier, it's what you'd expect from a diner, it's decent but nothing special. They do give you a cool kettle so that you can just refill your coffee right there if you need a top off or a second cup. Overall it's a great place to grab breakfast and i'd totally recommend it. The food was the main take away from this place along with the clean but ranch style ambience. If i could give it a 4.5 star i would because i rarely do 5's.

The waffle is then sectioned into four pieces which are used to replace the bread of the breakfast sammie. Eggs and meat are added to make the wafflewich. A side of syrup is included for dipping. This is the perfect combo of savory and sweet. Soooo gooood! Highly recommend trying this dish. As a person from one of the northern states, I wanted to try some southern dishes. One of which was grits. The server asked me if I wanted cheese or butter for my grits. I had no idea so I asked which is better. Oddly enough I get the one server who does not like grits. Ugh. I ordered with cheese because cheese makes everything better, right? I think I made a bad choice for breakfast grits and would have preferred it with butter, salt and pepper. Oh well. I learned for next time and there will be a next time. I loved my server. She was super friendly and chatted with me in my grits quantry. She did check on me after the grits were served taking a minute to get my opinion on the food and even offered to get me another plate with just butter. I declined. The gesture was nice and thoughtful and much appreciated. The atmosphere is a casual, diner setting. The kind of place to get a nice meal and soak up some local vibes.
