Metro Flooring came out only twice--once for the original installation in 2021, and once in 2025 for warranty repair due to plank separation. Second, your response actually confirms an important issue. As you stated, this flooring can be installed either as a floating floor OR as a glue-down system--but not both at the same time. However, during the 2025 repair, your installer glued down planks in an area of what is otherwise a floating floor system. This directly contradicts proper installation standards and prevents the floor from expanding and contracting as designed. After Metro Flooring refused to return and inspect the issue, I had a contractor come out to evaluate the floor. During that visit, the contractor identified that planks in the repaired area had been glued down. I then retained a certified floor inspector, who confirmed in a formal report that mixing installation methods (glue-down within a floating system) is improper and can cause the exact failure that occurred. Additionally, Metro Flooring declined to return to inspect the issue, which required me to incur additional expense to obtain both a contractor evaluation and an independent inspection. Poor quality installation and HORRENDOUS customer service. They are RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Misleading Upfront Payment Incentive The company offered a discount for paying in full on the day of the estimate. After receiving full payment, service delays and communication issues followed. 2. Excessive Project Delays Installation was initially scheduled for June 8-11, 2026. The project was repeatedly rescheduled and not completed until more than a month later. The company provided little notice regarding schedule changes. 3. Poor Communication Customers were often notified only one day before whether a crew would arrive. Follow-up emails frequently went unanswered. Management was difficult to reach and rarely available. 4. Property Damage During installation on July 11, 2026, the crew broke a ceiling fan blade. The damage was not reported to the homeowner by the installers. The homeowner discovered the damage independently. 5. Improper Handling of Damage Claim After the company broke our ceiling fan blade, they instructed us to find a replacement fan and obtain an electrician's estimate. We provided both a product link and a professional estimate as requested. The company's response was simply "DECLINED" via email, with no explanation, rationale, or proposed alternative solution. We were forced to contact the company for clarification because no context or next steps were provided. 6. Lack of Timely Resolution As of August 27, 2026, more than six weeks after the damage occurred, the replacement blade had not been provided. The company was unable to provide a clear timeline for resolution. 7. Unprofessional and Dismissive Customer Service When attempting to resolve damage caused by the company, representatives were dismissive and argumentative rather than focused on reaching a resolution. During discussions regarding the damage to our property, we were told to "relax", which we found inappropriate given that the company had caused the damage and had not yet resolved the issue. The receptionist spoke disrespectfully, telling us to "calm down" and responding dismissively when we requested to speak with a supervisor. Management was difficult to reach, and follow-up communications often went unanswered. 8. Failure to Accept Accountability The company referenced additional plywood work as justification for its handling of the situation, despite the work being offered by its own representative. The company appeared unwilling to take responsibility for delays and property damage. Metro Flooring Contractors accepted full payment upfront, repeatedly delayed the project, damaged property during installation, failed to communicate effectively, handled the damage claim poorly, and had not resolved the issue more than six weeks after the damage occurred despite numerous follow-up attempts. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. No interest in righting the issue or even being polite. Without even coming to look at the flooring, they are saying they can't do anything. They were very smug. When I mentioned their horrible yelp reviews, they responded that is because all of those customers didn't take care of their floors. This is the most recent complaint on Metro Flooring Contractors. We have new contractors here right now and they just took out the floor from Metro. They showed us where underneath the floor it is very uneven. The new contractors are saying the reason that the floor from Metro had the problems it did, with the sides/seams coming apart is because Metro did NOT put down the necessary filler to even it out before installing the new floor. On top of the fact that the floor that Metro installed is NOT kitchen grade flooring.  They are totally lying about their claims of the floor problems being due to humidity in the space. If that were so, it would be the entire floor, not just certain sections. I've been saying this since the problems started and now I've been verified and vindicated.  Something needs to be done about Metro ripping us and many others off, and their lies and inscrutable business practices. read more

The response from Metro flooring is inaccurate. Carmen is the person I spoke with several times. She specifically stated that my appointment to replace the carpet was canceled due to ICE raiding the company. Trust me when I say this is thoroughly documented. I brought the issue to Metro immediately and they kept giving me the runaround. Due to the winter months and needing to cut the carpet on the ground, it was agreed the carpet would be replaced in the spring. Spring came as I stated ICE raided and I was told by Carmen my appointment was canceled. When they finally the color is still different and this time they tried to blame it on us because the carpet was install a year prior. The bottom line is Metro is shady. In response to Armin: Lies. The pictures I submitted showed extremely minor damage. I've attached them here so everyone can see you are lying. Metro also has not allowed me to see the inspection report, so I have no reason to believe anything you say about the report. I've also attached the warranty clause so everyone can see you are lying about that as well. It straight up says that Metro will "repair any defect in workmanship at no charge for a period of lifetime." The warranty includes "service repairs." The only things not covered are "defects caused by failure to maintain"; "damage from alterations, misuse, or abuse"; and "repairs or service done by you or someone other than the original installer." The damage to the floor occurred from regular use; therefore, it should be covered. No such "distinction" was ever expressed to me. "Carmen" only denied that I had a workmanship and service warranty at all, and she repeatedly and falsely claimed that I only have a manufacturer's warranty. So what you're saying now is just more lies. Metro has never advised that the repairs could be a paid service. "Carmen" only denied responsibility, refused to do anything about the damage, and hung up on me. From the start we received poor quality floors, terrible customer service and lack of response. Within a few months our floors started splintering and they have not done anything to help, other than to send a contractor out with no resolution. If I could give it zero stars I would. The whole process has been very disappointing. *** response within minutes - if only you responded to calls within minutes. After reading all reviews I find it interesting that we all had similar issues with no accountability. This has been going on for TWO YEARS and it was very expensive for cheap floors that YOU sold to us and Carmen hangs up on us. In June 2023, Metro installed vinyl floors in my home. Before the installation, I specifically asked about my subfloors because I suspected unevenness. I even offered to pay extra if they needed to be leveled. Their installers said the subfloors were "fine" and went ahead with the job. They also told me any repairs done by anyone else would void my warranty -- so I followed every instruction exactly. One year later (July 2024), the flooring began to buckle and separate. Metro sent an inspector who admitted the installation was defective and said the floors needed to be replaced. After several months of waiting and multiple calls, they finally redid the job. One year after that (June 2025), the exact same issue happened again. When I called, a supervisor named Carmen told me my warranty was void because they already replaced it once. This directly contradicts what was promised during the sale. When I tried to speak with someone higher up, she became combative, cut me off, and hung up. My wife also tried to resolve it and received the same treatment. Now, in their public response, Metro Flooring is falsely claiming that the floors failed due to "humidity and moisture." That is completely untrue. At no point in any inspection, call, or email did anyone from Metro mention humidity as the cause -- not once. I have their own written response confirming that the floors were "improperly installed" and that the warranty would not be honored because they considered the first replacement the "limit" of their lifetime warranty. It was only after I posted this review that Metro changed their story to "humidity." That's dishonest. BEWARE OF METRO FLOORING CONTRACTORS CONSUMERS, BEWARE!! Metro Flooring Contractors from day 1 started off bad. The first day contractors were to come to my house to begin installation of four bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase, the main office clerk, Carmen, called me and said she didn't have anyone to work because they took the day off for Cinco de Mayo. I did not complain even though I thought that to be very strange to schedule an appointment with me and then not have workers to perform. Metro Flooring contractors were supposed to arrive on the next day but I received a phone call from Carmen again saying that the contractor had a flat tire. Therefore, I took a second day off work and waited all day for nothing again because apparently, the flat tire NEVER got fixed that day. When they arrived and started the following day, they told my husband that my staircase was not a part of the plan. We produced the invoice showing that the staircase was included and also called the main "office", it was verified that the staircase was included. The second day, Metro Flooring contractors started at around 4pm because the contractor said that he had to take his child to a doctor appointment. Again, he said that the company did not let him know about the staircase. Once again, I called the main office and it was verified on speaker phone that the staircase IS included on the invoice. They went on to start working on a bedroom and did not complete it. One contractor showed up on day three and worked by himself even though he told my husband that his partner was arriving soon. He never arrived. Therefore, the work was still not completed despite the fact that this was supposed to be a three day job! Before the contractor left, he told my husband that he may not be back on the Monday because he has another job to do. I called the main office and was told that they could put me on the schedule for another day. I accepted that and prepared to take off work AGAIN. When that day came, Carmen called me and said that her contractors took the day off for Memorial Day holiday. The next day they were supposed to come, Carmen called and said the system is down and the contractors could not get into the warehouse where the materials are stored. That's when I was at my wits end. I told her that this has been a horrible and the most unprofessional experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I said, all these excuses when it comes time to finish the work they ALREADY GOT PAID 100% FOR... Cinco de Mayo, Dr. appointment, flat tire, Memorial Day holiday.... Etc. that is so unprofessional!! Carmen then tells me, that the contractors are not their kids and they can't tell them what to do. I was floored!! I said, they are not your kids but they are your employees that you pay because your customers pay you! She was so rude, that comment was rude and unprofessional! I told her that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau, and she said you can report us to whomever you want to. Oh yeah, I'll do more than that! I am suing for breach of contract, reporting to the BBB and letting everyone know not to do business with Metro Flooring, this unprofessional, raunchy, incapable company! Bottom line.... I would NEVER recommend Metro Flooring Contractors to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contracting company. They received full payment upfront and continuously postponed the work with excuse after excuse instead of completing the job as promised. Communication was unprofessional throughout the entire process, and the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive whenever I called for updates. The work is still unfinished and dealing with this company has been frustrating and stressful. If you are considering hiring them, be very cautious and make sure you have everything documented before making any payments. My mistake is that I did not research any reviews before I paid my deposit. After they postponed starting my floors twice, I looked up reviews and saw an entire slew of complaints! Because 0 stars is not an option. The work started 7/21 and was stopped to be done 7/26. Metro sales team came to my house several times in 1 year. When they come and measure the space, they don't give you anything in writing. When I finally decided to push through with the service, we seperated the work into 3 phases because the only way they work is with a cleared room. For the fact that 5 people live in my house, this is VERY DIFFICULT to accomplish. delay #1, i took the day off work and the worker came alone, looked at the space and took pictures and said he couldn't do the work because there is too much stuff in the room and floor. I agreed, why would only 1 person come, it's a 2 person job. Carpeting 2 bedrooms was finally done 2 days later. They left a message saying someone will be there the next day for the next flooring. No one showed up. It was the following day someone was coming. Delay 3, the worker came to the house and asks me what work was supposed to get done. I already spent 2 hours with the sales person at my house and spoke to someone extensively over the phone, why are you asking ME about the work i ordered. Isn't it in your work order. ALL to say 3 weeks later and the work is still not done. Multiple delays, workers not available, materials not available, there is a real disconnect from the sales people who visit and the people who do the work. This would be a good company if your house was completely empty. I dont recommend if you have furniture, books, clothes, people, animals, or things in your house. I would give them 0 out of 0. We are a retired couple living on a fixed income, and replacing our floors was something we carefully saved for over a long period of time. On February 24, 2026, we paid Metro Flooring Contractors a $6,000 deposit toward a flooring project for our home. Shortly after signing, we discovered Metro Flooring had a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau along with numerous customer complaints involving refunds and customer service concerns. Because of that, we cancelled the contract in writing on February 26, 2026, and Metro flooring confirmed the cancellation the same day. The contract itself states that if the buyer cancels, the seller may not keep any part of the down payment. No work was ever performed in our home, no materials were delivered, and no installation date was ever scheduled. Despite this, we have spent months trying to recover our deposit. We have made repeated phone calls, sent emails, certified letters, and filed complaints, yet we still do not have our money back. What makes this especially painful is that this was not extra money for us. It represented years of careful saving and budgeting so we could finally improve our home during retirement. Instead of enjoying that project, we have been dealing with stress, uncertainty, and countless hours trying to resolve something that should have been straightforward. Used them a few times at my dad's house because he destroyed the carpet a few times. But essentially that's all they're good for, a quick replacement if you're not concerned about longevity. Had them to my house for a quote and it's the typical "if you sign today you get ___ but as soon as I leave that deal is out the window" nonsense. After months of back-and-forth, empty promises from Carmen to "take care of it", and multiple inspection reports saying our floors needed to be fixed, Carmen determined they would only fix the stairs and a "few pieces" that looked "particularly dirty". She specifically told the install workers not to fix the trim (that they snapped by hand). When the guy went to replace the stairs, he revealed that the initial install workers completely ripped up / damaged our sub flooring (pictures included). He also ended up installing our new stairs incorrectly and at an upward slant (picture included) and managed to get wood glue all over the floors. I sent a picture to Carmen with a time and date stamp, but she said I was lying because there was a piece of paper in the picture and my bannisters were a different color. A week or so later and the "fixed" stairs are falling off again already. I don't even want them to fix it at this point because it's obvious they don't know how and their work is sloppy, but I have contacted an attorney and a few other resources to report them. This place is a scam and an absolute joke. Carmen is a terrible person and doesn't care about a job well done. I'll say it again - if you're looking for a flooring company, you should look literally anywhere else. read more

I have been trying to reach metro flooring about a floor instal issues since September 2023. The original instal was was 2021 and when it bowed up and started causing issues they cut out the section around the vent and relaid it but said that it may be the direction they had the planks. So in sept 2023 I called back that it was doing the same thing. It took till this morning (Oct 2024) for them to reach me (I still had to call them because they would say left message but they never did). Now I'm Being threatened by their regional general manager (he responded to my Google review) because of my Google review and being screamed at by their general Manager that it is our fault because of the weight of the chairs on the floor. he says he will only come out and fix the flooring if they use my extra materials and I HAVE to remove my reviews first before they do anything. So I don't recommend them. Even if they say it's a lifetime warranty it's not and apparently putting chairs on their flooring makes it only last 4 years. Even though we havnt used the room in a year because the floor is dangerous and causes accidents with the kiddo and the chairs can't even sit on the area properly. Use anyone else. Don't get yourself yelled at for voicing an opinion. I would have left nothing but good reviews if they had spoken to me in the year even if it was just to update me On statuses. Don't send people to my house to inspect damage and then tell me they don't make the decision and that it's just you who didn't come look and you have decided it's our fault because of heavy chairs you havnt even seen. read more

I have had a rough experience with Metro Flooring Contractors. My floor was originally installed a few years ago which included steps. The first issue is they used transition strips as stair caps. Naturally, each stair cap came off from normal ambulation, up and down stairs. After multiple attempts to fix the steps, they finally came to the realization of replacing the stair caps with the correct stair caps. This was almost a year of back and forth visits. Apparently, the nose caps that used to replace the transitions are not weight bearing. Now I have cracks in over half of the stair caps. Of course, I called again. I was told that they would fix the issue. On the day of the appointment, I did not receive any communication from the installers. I reached out to the Headquarters, who informed me that the staircase will not be covered. The manager at Metro stated that the manufacturer will not provide coverage for their product. They stated normal wear and tear, which is very inaccurate. Steps are meant to bear weight. To sum up my experience, I do not recommend their services in any capacity. I have contracted with Metro Flooring. They came to the house gave a quote for the carpet. Said the carpet would be available for install in a week. The wheat cane never received a phone call that the carpet was not available. It took over two months for them to get the carpet and it took me calling multiple times each week for follow up finally on the day. The carpet comes in. I am ready to make the final payment and they failed to give me the discount that they promised when I called about the discount Miguel the general manager got upset and didn't wanna honor it and canceled my order. The installers were at my house. My rooms had already been prepped to receive the carpet they had already begun and he told them to pack up and leave. I caution anyone for using Metro city Flooring they advertise to be cheap. They advertise to be quick, but when an issue arise, they will not honor it. They will not work with you and it was very unprofessional to be cursed out on the phone hung up on and have my install order canceled while they are literally in my driveway. The first installation date was postponed due to the snow storm, which is understandable. The second appointment was again postponed, and the third and the forth. The fifth appointment was postponed which they said because it was going to rain. That day, it was sunny outside, clear skies and 60 degrees out. I found out later that the quote the salesman wrote up was incorrectly priced. Basically Metro Flooring informed the salesman that the contract he wrote was too low. So Metro Flooring could not call me back to say "sir, we made a mistake on the contact", rather waiting until "I" got mad at all the missed appointments, so "I" would cancel the installation, making it look like I cancelled the installation and not them. I finally called the salesman and asked what was going on. The salesman became heated and without my permission, cancelled the contract. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TL;DR Metro Flooring didn't complete the work they verbally agreed to, and are now intend to paint me as unreasonable because I didn't do more to combat their incompetency. Apologies in advance, as this is going to be a bit of a longer review. I would like to preface by saying that I consider myself to be a reasonable person. However, Metro Flooring has shown themselves to be disingenuous and contrary whenever possible. Before they did the job for me they told me two things: We will level your entire floor before placing down the new planks, and we will ensure that water cannot come through. The second point is important because we'd previously been getting flooding, but had a French drain installed to combat this. Still, we wanted to be careful, so we forewarned Metro that something would need to be done to prevent what remaining water still persisted getting through. Metro was made aware of this and we were told that they would place something down on the concrete before placing the floors to ensure this wouldn't be a problem. Eventually, Metro came out to install the new floors, baseboards, etc. and at first look, everything looked fine, so I signed off and they went on their way. Now, this may the only part for which I'm at fault, but I didn't do an extremely thorough inspection before they left, mostly because they'd been in my house all day, and I wanted to relax. Still, if you'd like to fault me for that, feel free. The issue, however, was that after leaving, it became immediately apparent that the floors were not leveled beforehand. There were several areas where you could feel gaps present beneath the boards and some where you could feel protrusions. In either case, one main aspect of the job was not properly completed. So, I called them up and to their credit they sent someone out to fix it. However, upon arrival I was told that they actually couldn't level the floors completely. My floor has a slight slope to it, so leveling it entirely was outside the bounds of what they could do. Fine. Fair enough. As mentioned, I'm not unreasonable. They had agreed to level the entire floor, but I was willing to let it go and chalk it up to my own misunderstanding. I pointed out the places that might need touching up and they did some work here and there before leaving. Once again, I inspected as best as I could, but the situation seemed mostly resolved and I didn't want to be too much of a burden, so I signed off and let them go. And everything was fine for a while. The floor still felt uneven in places, but I wasn't going to complain again by this point. I was simply content to cut my losses as things weren't so bad, and I didn't want to have to deal with it. Again feel free to fault me, if you like. Then, a month or two ago the water appeared. In all the work Metro had done, I never considered the second point of our discussion. I hadn't seen any water, so I had no reason to believe they didn't live up to their word. I'd done some basic research, so I know there's solutions and other materials that flooring groups have access to that prevent extensive moisture from accumulating and/or repel water from penetrating, and I just assumed they'd used it. Once again, if you want to fault me for that, you may do so, but when water didn't appear for an extended period of time, I just believed they'd done what they'd agreed to. When the water appeared, however, I called them again, thinking that, like the leveling issue, this might have been some sort of mistake. I'd already decided in my mind that I'd likely need to go a different direction for any other flooring work that needed done, but I was already in for a penny with Metro on this particular issue, so I called them. They seemed very apologetic and agreed to send someone out to inspect. I mentioned many times on the phone that issue was related to water, and they raised no issues or concerns with this. This is notable. A man came out, inspected the floors, made note of the fact that water was coming in through the cracks and causing damage to the floors and told me someone would be in touch. Well, I just spoke with Metro and there's nothing they can do. They're not water proofers you see, and there's nothing in their scope of work that included any manner of water repellant. Never mind the conversation I had with the original team member who sold me the floors. Never mind the multiple conversations I'd had with support on the water that had appeared and what we could do about it. They don't handle waterproofing and nothing was written down related to it, so it's my problem. Not to mention, if I wanted the damaged floors replaced, I'd have to pay for that, too. All of that said, if you're looking for good, competent work and for people to hold up their end of the bargain, I strongly recommend looking for someone else. read more

BEWARE!! (10-17-2024) I first contacted and booked a same day (10-16-24) appointment online, only to receive a call telling me the date wasn't available, so I was booked the next day. The day of appointment, the rep was scheduled to arrive between 9am-11am, but he called me at 7:45am, saying he would be early, which he was, VERY (1st Red Flag). After measuring the room, I was quoted $2000 for a 130Sqf office (WHAT!!!). When I showed him I had a quote from another company for $550, he called his boss and brought the price down to $1100. I agreed, only because he told me the other company has to be using cheap material, and his company gives a lifetime warranty. So after the contract was done, I was told I had to give them a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300, and when the installers arrive, I would have to pay them in full BEFORE any services starts. I'm like, hell no, what kinda company is this, and why am I paying a deposit for a next day job? Who pays for something completely in advance before anything is done?? The rep told me they were originally based out of Baltimore, and have had problems with customers in the past with customers backing out or not paying after the job was done. I said, I'm sorry, this isn't Baltimore, these are million dollar homes in this community, and what kind of security does the consumer have paying you in advance before any work is done?? So after some more deep conversation between me and the rep, I decided to help him out and agreed to the terms. The next day, after not hearing anything, I called at 9:00am. I was told I was the second job, but that NO ONE could give me an estimated arrival time. Meanwhile I can't go or do anything all day, because I don't wanna leave my home and they call. So after FOUR more hours (1pm) I called back and this Spanish woman got RUDE AS HELL with me. She said, "Didn't you call earlier? We told you you were the second job, and you will have to wait until they finish". I told her to cancel my install, as I don't know who she's talking to in that manner. This company has HORRIBLE practices. 1. Overcharging people based on what they believe you can afford (size/look of home), requesting a non refundable deposit (I'm not gonna assume why, but I am African American), not telling you a window of arrival to install, and just outright rude. Please Read before contracting this Company!! This Company Shows Great Reviews. That is what I used them. But let me tell you my experience: My disappointment came when the installer came the first time with NOT ENOUGH Carpet and they said Salesperson didn't measure correctly. After rescheduling days later. The Installer again but with two different types colors of carpet (both color shades were like night/day). The excuse I received was that the dye had change for that carpets order number. (That is a bad excuse, the must have thought I was senile). I would have that Some type of Supervisor would have called me to keep the customer relationship in tack. This was to be a One Day Job. Week (3) is now coming up. DO NOT TRUST THEIR RATING ON GOOGLE I wish I had seen their reviews on yelp and elsewhere before hiring this company. I spent over $28K with them. Their flooring subcontractor was fine but their carpet guy did a terrible job and had to redo the job under duress. This guy also broke my neighbor's custom mailbox ($280) and Carmen in their office told me fix to it and they'd repay me. After I've paid for this item that cannot be returned as they'd instructed me, they've essentially ghosted me. Neither Carmen, or their sales guy (Doug W.) who booked the job, bother to pick up my calls or text me back. She told me, weeks ago, that the office would reach out to me and then she just stopped responding. STAY AWAY from this company or you'll regret it. read more

Summary of Issues: 1. Delays in Completion: The project, originally stated to be a one-day job, took three days, leaving my home disrupted. 2. Quality of Work: o Large gaps remain around the crown molding of doorways (please see attached pictures marked with blue tape). o The downstairs bathroom was left in disrepair: The toilet constantly runs, and I now need to turn it off manually. The heater vent in the bathroom is no longer attached to the wall and falls off easily. The sink height has been altered, requiring repainting of the bathroom. o Moldings at the bottom of the doorways were not properly reinstalled. o I was told by professional contractors that they should have added plywood underneath the flooring and that would have taken care of the height difference of the casing. 3. Communication Challenges: The workers assigned to the project did not speak English, which led to communication difficulties. Despite my efforts to use a translator, these issues were not resolved. 4. Failed Attempts at Remediation: I reached out to your office to address these issues, but you sent the same team who caused the problems. Based on this experience, I no longer trust the company to properly resolve the damages. Additional Repairs Needed: Due to the issues caused by your team, I will now need to hire a contractor to: * Replace and install a new toilet. * Repaint the bathroom. * Repair or replace the heater vent. * Fix the moldings around doorways. Given the severity of the damages and lack of resolution, I believe a full refund of my $1,200 deposit is warranted. I trusted Metro Flooring to deliver quality work, but instead, I now face additional expenses to fix these problems. read more

Stay away from this company, very shady. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I've got county police on alert for trespassing if they try to show up at my house at any time, as they are trying to ignore my legal MHIC cancellation. Miguel Laizen - sales rep (got the last name and his license from MHIC since it wasn't on the contract, Carmen) and the company is Vision Construction/Metro Flooring who ignore/refuse your cancellation before the 5th business day trying to say it's special order (it's not - they just don't wait after 5 business days to order it even when it wasn't a rush) and the contract lacks MHIC mandated information. Beware, they don't have a showroom like the website says with "Showroom Hours" - it's a locked door with a mail slot, so once they leave your house, no way to deal with them since they decide to ignore your emails and mailed letters. MHIC consulted with and complaint filed and attorney consult scheduled. Do not pay any mind to google reviews as yelp and BBB tell a different story. They also have several MHIC complaints in recent years. read more
