He provided me a quote and said he would be at the house within 30 minutes. Mo arrived within 30 minutes as promised and proceeded to get us back into the house. He returned the following day, at the precise time he said he would, re-keyed four locks, and made us several keys. Very competitive pricing, scheduled my appointment for the next day (on a Saturday), and I was able to get Wackeys (the funky colored keys, he had A LOT of different kinds) for cheaper than they charge at Home Depot. He came on time, and was $40 cheaper than the first guy that I called. (That was AFTER I made 3 Wackeys and replaced an entire doorknob!). Gary was extremely professional and helpful. The first appointment was for 1pm that got pushed out to 5:30 after waiting around I called and the owner said that he would meet me at 10am the next day, At 10am he was a no show, had to call 3 times and it was one excuse after another, finally around 1:30 a locksmith shows up but not the one that was to meet me. They had farmed it out to another company without any kind of notice to us. After programming the new fob is when I was told that it's an aftermarket even though I requested an OEM. Anyway the fob would not start our jeep, the tech was running late for another appointment so instead of trying to determine what was causing the no start problem he offered a discount on the fob and left. I sent a text to ez lock and told the owner that someone need to come back and figure out the problem this little jackass started yelling at me saying fob was programmed right. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't show up on time and lie about it. Stay away, unless of course you don't mind being treated this way. EZ Key, You Suck
