They would not return 5 months of unused time even though they will rent locker to someone else. I felt uncomfortable being associated with this very shady business. I'm so glad to out of the dark side and into the light. Every single container with clothing was full of bugs! All my clothes had to be tossed. The elevator is unsafe. Dose not work half the time. My friends would not go onto elevator for fear of being stuck in it. They charge $5 or $10 to pay your bill by debit or credit card. They try to raise the price every time the bill is due. Three contact is shady. Make sure you read every word, and know they will follow through with every unfair charge they can get away with. I believe they make more money on unfair charges then they do renting lockers. It feels like dealing with a street dealer I feel a weight lifted from me finally getting tie cut. I will never rent a locker again.

The piece was not packed well - see the photo. Once it got to close to my town, I was told by the receiving company they could not deliver it to my garage and wanted me to come pick it up. I called Navis, and the person who set up the shipping said "interesting. ' Let me know how it turns out.' I tried to figure out how to get the item, but after a week, called Navis back and they talked with the receiving company and finally it was delivered 10 days later.

The following was what was damaged/broken. * White Coffee Table - Multiple Scratches, dents, black marks * Black Decorative Mirror Frame - Mirror completely shattered * Two white end tables - Legs completely broken off * Dresser Drawer - Drawers cracked, scratch on the side. * Wood/Wicker Storage Chest - Side kicked/pushed in I provided pictures, and everything that was asked. I feel I was definitely scammed. The contract I signed even stated I was not to pay for travel time (duh, they were 3 hours late), and they tried to charge me for that anyway. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but really should have went with my gut, and cancelled it after they were an hour late. PLEASE BEWARE! Somebody even called her from the moving company and asked if she knew where her items were when they weren't even there yet and she'd heard basically nothing from them after trying to call and ascertain where her items were in the moving process. As the truck arrived at my mother's new apartment the other night the driver said it was not big enough to get into the parking lot and he'd have to get a smaller truck. The driver also threw an emotional tantrum. A day later she still did not have her things because the driver then left with her items and is upset because my mother does not want to pay beyond what she was invoiced for and essentially the driver's mistakes. The next day she had to go retrieve her items that were being held hostage by the driver unless she paid an extra $200. She paid for a full service, door to door move and more than $2000 already at that point. Then she had to go get the items herself and move them anyway. While retrieving her items yesterday, she met another couple that had the same experience and were also there to retrieve their items being held hostage. I can't believe a place like this is still even in business.

I was told the truck would be dispatched out of Burnsville and come to our house at time selected. Promises made just to make the sale. When men arrived, we were told they could not move the freezers as they were not defrosted. This was never told pre-move. Freezers were empty however, they did not move them. When given the bill, they had added many fees on that were not discussed pre-move. Moral of story will agree to anything and then not deliver. Movers stepped in mud and cleaned their shoes on carpet that was laid down in the garage. Carpet was completely black. He responded with a quick - "we can do it - let me find a driver" Jim, the Director of Ops did the drive. He is where I say they go above and beyond... On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote.
