I requested a quote to have my motorcycle towed and the only question Yelp asked me to clarify was from what zip code was the pick up and what zip code was the drop off. My destination was in the same zip code and I had 2 towing companies respond to me that my estimate for the tow was between $125-$175. Then one more message came through from Metro Towing from Waseem and he was the only one that actually asked me what address the pick up was and what address was it going to. I was happy that he took the time to ask since the other companies just threw numbers out there. Well after I gave him the addresses he gave me a quote for $85! That's $40 lower than the absolute best price the other towing companies could come up with. Damn, a towing company that cares! I couldn't believe it. Towing companies are known for fleecing people that are stuck in bad situations so this guy, Waseem, and the two guys that showed up to tow my bike were great. Some of those towing companies are only in business because they have a contract with the police department, and their attitudes suck, and after I get done doing business with them I feel like I gotta check my back pocket to make sure my wallet is still there. So to be happy and not feel ripped off after getting a tow is an incredible feeling. read more

First tow company I ordered never showed, I called multiple times and they never answered. I called my insurance company and they assigned me to Metro Towing. It was about an hour wait which was fine. You get a text with a link to see where your tow guy is at and an ETA. For some reason my link wasn't loading so I called. The dispatch guy was very nice, updated me on the status. The tow guy who came to help me was super nice and friendly. He took good care of the car, got to the location I needed the car at in good timing, and was still very friendly after the 45 minute drive. I didn't think my day would go well, but he made things run smoothly and my day that much better. He was patient with me being that I hadn't driven a manual car in decades. He was awesome and my experience with Metro was better than I expected. Value isn't being checked off in my review for some reason, but I'll say it loud and clear, they showed me they value their customers, our cars, and the services they provide.
