Had an issue with my Tesla's front axle. Right wheel can't move. Tesla set up the towing with Livermore Metro Towing. Their office promptly called me after I got Tesla's setup confirmation. Shortly after, Nasir called me and said he will be there in 20 minutes. Nasir arrived promptly and started. Since the front right wheel won't move, it wasn't easy to get the car pulled up to the flat bed, but Nasir did a great job getting my Tesla onto the tow truck. Luckily Dublin Service Center wasn't far away and my Tesla was dropped off at the repair shop in no time. My car battery died randomly early in the morning. I called for a tow truck and Shukran came to tow my car to the dealership. Initially it was estimated that the truck would take 50 minutes to arrive, which from my previous experiences meant it would probably be double that time, but Shukran actually showed up early.
