Got to use Metro Towing for an incident where the front right tire had popped out of the rim and the front right axel had disconnected. The guy who responded to the tow request from dispatch, Najib was awesome to work with. He called me and kept me updated about his ETA. More importantly he knew how to load an EV on the flat bed and did a great job getting an R1S in an immobile state with axel and suspension damage onto the flatbed. I couldn't wait that much and called Geico if only changing spare tire Might be faster or not. Geico found Metro and ETA 35 minutes. Ramzi called me before and showed very soon. At time of payment Invoice said $350 - I shows the Tech my quote and he said, I have to charge you what my paper work shows.
