Munir helped me out to tow my car to a tire shop. I was stuck on the side of the freeway with a flat tire. The moment he got out of the tow truck, he immediately wanted me to get in the truck for my safety and it was 92F outside. He would've gotten there quickly but my car insurance gave him the wrong location. So when he called me, asking where I was, we were both in two different freeways. I sent him my current location via google maps and he got there within minutes. Thank you Munir.

He first jumpstarted my RV using a remote starter, and we kept it running while he hooked up the RV to his tow vehicle. Our Tesla had a flat tire and clearly we couldn't drive it anywhere! Metro towing was prompt in arriving to our home and professionally loaded our vehicle. Got to use Metro Towing for an incident where the front right tire had popped out of the rim and the front right axel had disconnected. The guy who responded to the tow request from dispatch, Najib was awesome to work with. He called me and kept me updated about his ETA. More importantly he knew how to load an EV on the flat bed and did a great job getting an R1S in an immobile state with axel and suspension damage onto the flatbed. To make it even better, he called me after he dropped off the Rivian in the collision repair center. I am super thankful for getting someone who is clearly excellent at their job and at customer service!. read more

My 2019 Ford Flex lost all power while my son was driving. Fortunately he was able to get to a safe place. Metro Towing was dispatched. They arrived prior to the estimated time. My tire blew out on the 580 when I was ten minutes from home. It was late at night, and so many tow companies were closed. I had flat tire caused by hit something on the freeway. Geico app arranged other company with Towing service But 75 minutes ETA. I couldn't wait that much and called Geico if only changing spare tire Might be faster or not. Geico found Metro and ETA 35 minutes. Ramzi called me before and showed very soon. I think waiting time was 20 minutes or less. He is very gentle and kind. I was so nervous with this happening and he let me come down. He let me in his cool towing car while waiting ,so no need to wait with hot weather . My car was damaged and little falling side bumper.Ramzi fixed temporary with zip tie. I could drive to tire shop safety. He is best towing guy in my experience. Very appreciate to him. read more

Called them and had a truck picking me up in about 30 minutes and had me at a local shop fairly quickly. Matt was a very friendly and efficient operator. Was quoted $235+tax for 12v battery replacement they Tesla Road Service. Tech came out on time and replaced the battery. At time of payment Invoice said $350 - I shows the Tech my quote and he said, I have to charge you what my paper work shows. Tesla said they contact the company and they agreed that they overcharged and I still don't have a credit. Be careful getting work done, check charges before they start work.!!!! read more

I pulled up to a friend's place for literally a few minutes just to drop off food--went inside and came right back out, and my car was already gone. That's how aggressive and predatory this company is. When I contacted them and explained the situation, there was zero understanding or willingness to work with me. All of my personal belongings were inside my car--my wallet, phone charger, everything--so I was left stranded and had to walk over 2 miles late at night just to get to the tow yard. To make it worse, they charged me over $600 for having my car for less than an hour. That is beyond unreasonable--it's straight-up exploitation. I understand towing enforcement, but this felt like a setup to trap people and squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Horrible business practices, horrible people, and zero customer service. I came across this place online and noticed that they had amazing reviews. I called in the morning to see if they had afternoon availability when I got off work to install one tire for me. They had availability same day and it only cost me $30! I brought the car in around 3:30, waited in the waiting area, and the car was ready around 4pm. The mechanic even walked with me to my car to make sure the light was now off, that my damaged tire I requested back was in my trunk to return to Costco for a credit since it was under warranty, and that I had my wheel lock key back in my possession. 10/10 service, will definitely come back if I have any other tire issues!

A helpful staff member used a tool, diagnosed the blown fuse, and helped me fix it in 3 minutes for FREE. Total cost? $5 for the part. It was indeed a fuse blown during the battery swap. Wheel Works tried to charge me $180 to fix a $5 problem they created. Shameful service.

My overall sense is that Carlos is fairly capable and experienced but either his team or him are not as careful as we had damages to our finished wood toe kicks and our lacquer cabinets looked like they had been dragged over nails as they were being assembled. I didn't appreciate that they made 0 mention of it at all and I had to point it out. As the homeowner, I essentially had to baby sit them for 5 days through the install since it felt like they were incapable / unwilling to read the kitchen cabinet installation instructions in detail and I caught several mistakes early on during the cabinet assembly that made me hesitant to leave it unattended. Carlos's attitude was particularly bad through the entire experience as well. Always made it seem like we were inconveniencing him or being too nit picky even if we caught some mistakes. At one point, he even threatened to quit after the assembly but before the installation simply because he had underestimated the complexity of the project. We did have a 1 day delay due to some plumbing / electrical issues but that's pretty typical as far as kitchen cabinet installations go AFAIK. In the end, they were able to get all the kitchen cabinets installed, albeit with a lot of effort from my end due to the more custom nature of the project. The price was affordable and the work was solid (minus the scratches) but for me the bad attitude wasn't worth it.

We were unable to start our van and had to request towing services through Geico. The first towing service person while courteous and helpful was not able to help completely as the van was parked in the basement and the height of the towing truck made it impossible to reach the basement without damaging the structure. After trying to jump-start the van more than a few times, the gentleman suggested towing the vehicle with the help of another tow truck. Hence the towing service had to send another service person to help. This gentleman was extremely thorough and took great care in making sure that the tow-truck was able to enter and exit the parking garage without damaging the structure or the fluid-carrying pipes. After maneuvering the truck in the narrow garage corridors, the service person was able to reach the van and put dollies and other fixtures to get the van towed. However, while exiting the garage, due to the presence of speed bumps the tow-truck encountered clearance issues with overhead sewage pipe. The gentleman had to get down, takeout the towing fixtures, back up the truck and connect the van differently - this time from the front in order to tow it. After taking a different garage corridor - this time the one without the speed bumps the service professional was able to drive the truck with the van and finally exit the garage. Once outside, the professional took additional safety measures. Firstly, the gentleman put the stoplight on top of the van. Then the gentleman tied the front wheels with straps to avoid the wheels from rotating during the towing. Finally, he also put chains on the van as a back-up safety precaution in case of the van came-off the towing mechanism during the towing and got decoupled from the tow-truck. After completing all the safety precautions the service professional towed the van to the dealership. Once at the dealership, the gentleman was courteous and professional as before and dropped the van at the suggested parking spot, mentioned about the survey, and went back. All-in-all patiently and thoroughly well-executed towing operation by a very professional and courteous towing gentleman. read more

I am so grateful for Omar from Metro Towing. He literally saved me and my poodle puppy from the side of the freeway when my Tesla died 3 miles from a charger station in Livermore. Non other tow company could find me. By the time I found Metro Towing. I prob had two mins of battery left on my phone...it died just as I gave them my approximate location (talking so fast. I didn't know if they even heard me). I was defeated. I grabbed my dog. Put him on my shoulders (20lbs) and proceeded to walk off to the offramp. No-one stopped to help me (insane) but then this lady stopped justas I began to cry. She then said she thought she saw a tow truck by a Tesla which she assumed was mines. She took me and my puppy poodle in and drove me back to my car off the side of the freeway and THERE WAS OMAR WAITING for me to return.... He found me within mins and even when he saw i was not present in my vehicle he stayed and waited for me to reappear (he had no clue where i was or if i was coming back). He then very carefully towed my car to Livermore outlets where i charged and made it home safely. Omar THANK YOU AGAIN. U WAS THE LIGHT AT THE END OF MY VERY DARK TUNNEL that day. read more

I needed a jump and to confirm if I needed a new battery and or alternator. I called for roadside assistance through my insurance company and luckily was connected right away to Metro Towing. Hands down the BEST and most Efficient, Friendliest, Patient, and Knowledgeable experience I've ever had. I mean from the first point of contact the operator who took my call was thorough and understanding. She even made me laugh which eased my stress immediately. I knew I was in good hands and that she was experienced. When I tell you that the Tow Service truck arrived EXACTLY when she said it would 15 minutes later, I mean I have never had that happen before. I'm used to calling for status and feeling stranded. The driver's truck didn't fit in the garage so he called me and walked to my car and fixed the problem. Then he educated me on why it happened and recommended a safe way to prevent it. I rarely give reviews because I don't know if people believe or read them but everything I've shared is the experience everyone should have in any industry. I was headed to go grocery shopping and my car was acting very strange. All of a sudden every light that could have come on, did. And my car completely shut down. It wouldn't start so I called my insurance company to get road side assistance. They dispatched Metro Towing and gave me a quote of 45 minutes for them to arrive. Within 10 minutes of that call, I received a call from Sam who said he was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. Sam was very communicative and kept me update along the way. He was very kind and professional which made a crappy situation a little easier which is super important in stressful times. Not only was he kind and professional but he also arrived to me within 25 minutes which was great so I wasn't waiting with a broken down vehicle on the road. I would highly recommend Sam and Metro Towing! It's the people that come out to help us that make the experience wonderful in a really crummy situation. Thank you so much, Sam!!! I needed a tow from a dealership to my home. My insurance called these guys... I am so grateful they did! Jeff the Tow guy? Fantastic! Fast pick up and delivery. I asked him if he knew a mechanic that didn't want my first born. He immediately gave me a number for Metro Truck Repair in Manteca. Obviously I was going to need another tow. Jeff got a hold of Sam the owner of Metro Towing. Sam Professional and awesome! Had Jeff come back and get my car as soon as he was done with another tow. Quickest time ever . Jeff called The mechanic told Wess at Metro Truck Repair that he was bringing my car in and also text me all the necessary info to call Wess ( the owner) Understanding and took my call at 9pm.... That's another awesome review I need to write.. After months of dealing with angry and none caring people these three guys give hope that there is still kindness and empathy. Dear Metro Towing of Livermore, my Tesla's rear motor was temporarily disabled and was not drivable. I called Tesla roadside and they sent Metro Towing of Livermore and Matt arrived right on time and found me in the parking lot of a Dublin shopping center. I was impressed that he found me and I'm super impressed that he was so knowledgeable and fast at getting my Tesla on the flatbed towing truck! Matt was super careful with my Tesla and I felt confident I was in excellent hands with Matt. I called Geico emergence roadside assistance for a car breakdown on Oct 12th, and they dispatched the request to Metro Towing. This is my first time to tow a car which broke down on the road. Ramzi came with the tow truck. The dispatch was thankfully quick since he was in the area doing another service. Ramzi called and confirmed and was good at giving me updates. Once he reached to my car, he was great at putting me at ease. His work to get the car on the tow truck was professional and efficient. I rode in the truck to the car shop and there Ramzi was patient while I figured out where the auto technician was (since shop was close but supposed to be open). He was efficient at getting my car in the right location near the auto shop. Metro was recommended by my insurance app when my family and I broke down on the freeway in the center shoulder. I was called right away by Metro to confirm our location after selecting them in the app, and was told 20-25 minutes before someone would reach us despite very heavy traffic. I was skeptical they would reach us on that time. Waseem came in 18 minutes in a clean, newer model tow truck. He first made sure my two young children, wife, and I knew where the safest place was for us to stand, and asked us if there was anything we needed before he hooked up to our car. Being ex-military, I couldn't help but notice his immaculate uniform and grooming. His communication and professionalism matched. This is the second time my vehicle insurance sent this towing company to assist me and believe it or not, METRO TOWING does not disappoint. I was thinking of what kind of flowers to get my wife and where to bring her for Valentine's day after work, then I stupidly locked myself out after my lunch hour of my car by locking the car first then place my key on the dashboard before closing the door (Smart, right?). Anyways, the estimation time was supposedly 30 minutes, before the driver (NASEER) gets to my work place. NASEER came 15 minutes earlier than expected, he called me up to double check the make and model of the car so he can retrieve the key from inside my vehicle. My car broke down in Dublin and my insurance provider assigned my case to Metro. The gentleman who helped me was Rashed. He was a really nice person. He first called me to check if I was doing okay and kept me informed as to how far he was and his ETA. Once he reached where I was, he diagnosed the problem immediately and helped jump start my battery. My car was good to go, but even then he followed me in his tow truck just to make sure that he would be there in case something happened again. That was a really nice gesture. It calmed me down and helped me be stress free. Only after he got a confirmation from me that both me and my car were doing good, did he leave for his next job. Locked the key to my 2017 Toyota Yaris inside of the vehicle and somehow my wife knew that I had road side assistance through Geico even though I didn't. So she called Geico, and Geico sent Metro Towing. When Jeff from Metro showed up I had a coat hanger through the top part of the door and was trying to hook the key off the drivers seat. However, my hanger wasn't long enough and the top of the door really hadn't been opened wide enough to allow the hanger to move in a way where I could have gotten the key already. So Jeff got out his professional tools, a silicone wedge with a blow up bag that easily opened the top of the door wide enough, and a long enough wire that easily bent at the end to hook my key off the seat. In two minutes I was in my car thanks to Jeff. Appreciate it Jeff. I'm sure we'll see each other again soon. read more

My car was not working properly. It would start, I would drive for a min and then you would just shut down. Metro Towing was contacted and in a couple of minutes I received a text letting me know they would be on their way soon. Minutes later I get a text from the driver, Amir, and a call right after. He was very personable, polite, nice and had great customer service. He called me again to make sure he was going to the right place. He was very patient and very charismatic. I met him by the garage. I managed to drive the car out of the garage but then it died. He was very careful with the car, the bumper, making sure it would not get scratched, damaged in any way, shape or form. Called Geico for a tire change on the side of freeway 580 right off N livermore rd and Metro Towing showed up less than 45 min (Geico said they'll be there around 60 min. Driver Omar came in a red Tow Truck and told me he couldnt do a tire change because jt was too dangerous so he towed my car to the nearest gas station at no additional charge. He dropped my car off, changed my tire and gave me some helpful tips for the future if i ever come across a situation like this again. Such a help, i even needed gas so it was perfect for him to stop at a gas station. He even offered to get me water and snacks from the gas station. Last week, I got a flat tire in Manteca. I could not change it because I had a wheel lock on my car and unfortunately, I could not find the key. So, I called Metro Towing in Tracy, CA. They arrived in about 45 minutes. A driver named Jeff, assisted me and he had a great attitude. He was very professional. He hooked up my car, no damage. He towed the car back to Modesto and dropped it off in a covered parking spot, no problems! Even though he had only been on the job for two weeks, I would have never guessed this because, because he conducted himself like a seasoned professional! He even gave me a some good recommendations on where I could find used tires for an excellent price! Beyond recommended! I called my car insurance for towing and they said Metro towing will be servicing me for that situation. After my conversation with my car insurance, Metro Towing called right away if I how I was doing fine and all. I feel safe and that feeling I'm at the good hands. They want to come right away but I asked them I have to do something else for a while and they said it's no problem. I gave them a specific time yet they came early. Was traveling on Hwy 205 approx 8:30pm on way home to Livermore when temp gauge shot up, lost power steering, and headlights started dimming all at once, so pulled off the road and upon inspection found the serpentine belt had shredded and broke. AAA roadside service sent out Metro Towing to come to my rescue. Elahi called me and instructed me how to relay my realtime location to him so he could zero-in exactly where I was sitting on the highway to get to me as fast as possible and less time sitting there to minimize the risk. Was involved in a hit n run around 10:45pm on a Friday. Called the cops and they said they would have an officer out when one became available. Waited for almost 2 hours. Called again to check and they said it might be a while until one became available. So called Metro Towing and they said they'd have a driver out in 20-30 minutes. At 12 midnight on a Friday! Miguel came out right on time and was very professional and courteous. Gave me some options on where to tow my car, left me with a card and information and made everything easy for me. My car battery was completely dead and I needed to try jump start or get a new one. I tried reaching out to few towing companies out of which only Metro Towing responded. Sam from the Metro towing showed up in 30 mins and tried the jump start first. But the battery was completely gone. So he was helpful enough to go and get new battery for my car from autozone. He replaced the battery and the car started right away. The whole process took around just 2 hours. Sam was great and very proficient with his work. I had an unexpected emergency when my car battery died, and I needed both a jumpstart and a tow. This towing company went above and beyond!
