I have never been to laundromat. Came to wash a large bedtopper. The place was spotless and Nicole greeted me right away, helped me get set up and walked me through every step. I am thoroughly impressed with the service. Also my comforter was spotless. Hope the owner is viewing these. I am a COO of a very large company that deals with a large customer base and can tell you first hand that Nicole is outstanding!!!! read more

Went to do my laundry here and despite signs on the doors, it doesn't seem like anyone inside cares in the slightest to wear a mask for the safety, comfort, and consideration of other customers. I turned right around and left. Doesn't seem like anyone works here or the employees don't care either. This is why we're still dealing with a pandemic after two years. read more

My washer has been out of operation for the last week or more. I stopped by the laundromat in my neighborhood and saw immediately I would be very uncomfortable given the disrepair and disarray. Metro Mat is a bit further way but well worth the drive. It's very clean and all the machines are in good repair. The owner (I think) was onsite and very attentive to details. It was a great experience. Appreciate the compliment comfortable, easy environment. read more

In the 3 states I've been in - this laundromat is the best one I've used. Super friendly and Attentive staff. Machines are good - all working (none out of order). Lobby and machines are clean and maintained. The "soap center stocked with any product you may not have or forgotten at home - laundry bags, dryer sheets, bleach etc. Installed debit/credit card readers today! Super convenient and still accepts quarters. They have a change machine on the back wall if needed. Overall a great laundromat. read more

Stupid overpriced and there are no outlets to charge devices while you're waiting. $2.25 for a wash is absurd. I regret stopping here. Two stars for at least being clean and having wifi. read more

Cleanest laudromat around. The owners work hard to keep this place spotless. No weird smells in the washers or dryers. The owners are also very friendly and speak everytime I come in. Customer service makes washing laundry that much better! I will continue to come here for as long as I live out this way. I just can't stress how clean it is ... great environment! read more

I came in and had to do 4 full loads but was worried about not having coins. Nicole came over and helped me set up my card with their app which was so easy to use with all the machines! She walked me through the washers and dryers and even gifted me a few dryer sheets because I forgot them! They have detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase but only using coins. I will definitely be coming back! Super clean space, great employees, stellar atmosphere! read more

As many have already said, this place is top notch. Super clean, organized, and everything in working order. It offers all the amenities short of on-site chair massage. Have been to the 181st location twice now. Each time I was assisted by the friendly and knowledgeable owner, Nicole. On my return visit, I decided to let her do the washing. My comforter came out wonderfully and at a price comparable to doing it myself! She is punctual, flexible, and a terrific at communicating. Doing laundry isn't one my favorite chores. Nicole makes it as painless and affordable as possible. I will be back soon. read more

This laundromat is clean, washers & dryers are clean, the prices are NOT expensive compared to Other laundromats! No extra $ for hot water or any other washing option. Bathroom, WiFi,...did I mention CLEAN? Owners are friendly & care about their property. Small downside: panhandlers, some of whom seem to be in need of mental heath and/or addiction services. Not inside, but all over this strip mall in general. Most seem harmless, but one has a big pit but dog who barks like crazy at my little guy. Makes me nervous. read more

Very clean and well lit place inside and out. The owner is a wonderful caring person. The machines are well maintained. She has two locations; 181st and halsey; 162nd and division, so if one is busy try the other location because It is worth the trip. read more

I use the Laundromat all the time and it is always clean! Nichole, the owner, is always working to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. I like to clean my dryer filter before I use it and here they are accessible. It is close to the store to buy cleaning products and the parking is plentiful.
