These Sandals were NOT CHEAP and I certainly do not expect to have dye coming off. I bought the shoes in Tip Toe Shoes , 155 W72nd Street NY NY 10023. These sandals were popular and one of my friends has three pairs of them and the dye on all of her shoes is fine. We are all very good customers of the store. The Manager of the store was not helpful at all, and told me I should have brought them back within two weeks, which is all very well but I was out of the country. He offered to send the shoes back to the manufacturers in Europe but said it could take months.........I mean come on...... The gentleman salesman I bought the shoes from was delightful but the Manager is another story. I will never shop there again and neither will my friends, we all bought several pairs of sandals this summer so spent quite a lot of money in the store.

The Ons are terrific and are my favorite rainy weather shoe. The Brooks were too large, but I didn't figure that out until it was too late to return them. I came back and the manager was extremely helpful in providing some inserts so that the shoes now fit quite well. So overall, I am very happy with my experience. The only thing I would say is, I'm not sure if the sales staff are really expert at shoe fitting so I would suggest being extra careful to make certain that the shoes you are buying actually correctly fit your feet! I will be a loyal customer for life! This store was amazing! When i first walked in i was greeted by one of the friendly staff members working there. I took a look around the store to see what they had, there selection of sneakers, shoes, apparel and outerwear was wonderful. They had all the popular styles you would see if you were to go to a mall but with a great deal as well as exclusive sneakers that are hard to locate in the malls. I had looked at the kids selection as well, they had a lot of variety for every age group. While, i was there to look for me, i had to stop and see what they had for the kids, i will definitely bring my kids here another day. its so much easier to come here from now on instead of going to the mall. The sales associate who helped me, was very kind and knowledgeable about the different kinds of shoes that they offer and what there performance level is. I was looking for a particular sneaker, but they didn't have my size. They had showed me other options that could work and i ended up buying those. There was no pressure to by the sales associates suggested shoe, but it fit great! Great customer service! I will most definitely be back again! read more

My family and I have been loyal customers of Metromix for over 4 years and I must say the prior reviews I am reading are comical . Metromix has a return policy which is clearly stated at the register as well as on the receipt . Their policy is exchange or store credit within 30 days and the store credit never expires . The employees will kindly state the policy when asked . If a person is so very concerned over the store policy they should have the common sense enough to ask. Every store has a different store policy. Can anyone say they have never purchased an item that is final sale knowingly from Any store? I have. If I like something I will buy it. If it's a gift or I'm indecisive I have the common sense to ask for the policy. I give Metromix 5 Stars!!!! We have been shopping at Metromix for over 10 years for our entire family . Great customer service the other day we had to come back and exchange a pair of sneakers that we had purchased and they were so kind efficient courteous, and helpful everything about Metromix is done in such a professional matter. They have such a great collection of sneakers like Hoka New Balance On Adidas and even authorized dealers for UGG and North Face. This mall has easy parking in the front or downstairs. The beautiful store organized very clean and the people are always willing to help you find whatever you need. Definitely weren't stopping in to see one of the best sneaker stores in NJ. This store is absolutely phenomenal!!! The selection of outwear and sneakers are great! The service is wonderful and the employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was pretty upset to see a negative post from Emillie C. I have been a customer of Metromix for several years now, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees, and I have never even heard of any employee causing a negative experience for any customer. There is a sign, clearly posted on the front door, that states taking pictures of any kind is prohibited, so I don't know how anyone can miss that. This store is very different then other sneaker stores that I've been in. I walked in to a warm greeting, and was provided a great service. I didn't have high expectations because of my experience going to other stores; but here, the employees helped me the best way they could. It's such a positive vibe during your whole stay there.
