When Sunday came I called their office to follow up. Surprisingly the same guy that set up the appointment said that I didn't have appointment. What?! I talked to you on Friday and said you will come on Sunday. Then he said he would call me back. He didn't call me but the carpet cleaner called and said he would come between 10:40 and 11:30. Then he called back again and said he would come between 11:30 and 12:30. Then after around 10 minutes he called back and said he'll be here after 40 minutes. When he came he gave another estimate of $248.00 which is $195.00 for labor. He finished it in 30 minutes and I said it's still look dirty! He said it will look better when it dries. The result is terrible! I could have rented a machine and did it myself. I'm not happy with them. And also the office guy said that they will accept check, but the carpet cleaner asked me fo Venmo. I'm not happy with them.

His work is of a very high quality and very reasonably priced. I asked him to clean a medium- light fitted carpet, dirty from being next to the kitchen. He did a great job getting out all the stains. The staff recommended all the carpets be scrubbed (price increased from $35/rm to $70/rm) although in two of the four rooms there were only a few light discolorations. I was caught off guard by the suggestion and went along with it. Next time I will not use the scrub service on the lightly soiled rooms. 3. When asked about laying paper runners on which to walk while the carpet dried the staff replied they don't do that, nor did they they offer to supply protectors to place under the furniture. 4. The carpets looked excellent after the work (scrub and steam cleaning) which took about 1 1/2 hours. The cost of the job was $320.00. Carpets completely dried in about two days. 5. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars are subsumed in paragraphs 2 and 4. I will use the company for my next carpet cleaning need: however, if paragraphs 2 and 4 issues are still issues for me than I will try another service. Otherwise, they have my business.
