After sending photos and doing some phone troubleshooting, we were told we needed a part--and that we'd be lucky if it was fixed before Christmas. Then came a video call with Jason from the DMV area, from ABDB Home Services, who patiently walked us through the process. As it turned out, all it needed was a simple cleaning of a clogged duct--something we could do ourselves. And just like that, it works! Randy was very professional, courteous, and very flexible with my time request. Once he arrived, him and Nate were very polite and patient working around my kids and pets. Every time I asked a question while they worked they would give me their undivided attention. Whenever they moved to a new step in the process, Randy would educate me with everything they do and how I can maintain good air quality in my house. He estimated the process to take 2 hours but it finished in an hour and a half. Awesome company and awesome service! Will definitely use them again
