I wasn't sure if I needed air duct cleaning but after heavy research, I called 4 local companies and Beltway was the only one that picked up on a Friday afternoon. Randy was very professional, courteous, and very flexible with my time request. Once he arrived, him and Nate were very polite and patient working around my kids and pets. Randy was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We called him just for routine dryer vent cleaning, he was able to fit us in later that same day and found a major issue with our vent system (another dryer vent service had completely destroyed our flex tubing and so our dryer had been dumping lint in our wall for about a year). Randy was able to diagnose that there was an issue within minutes and then helped us remove a wood panel so he could access the tubing, vacuumed up a year's worth of lint, replaced the tubing, and got it back in good working shape all in the same day, in just a few hours. Now, I can breathe a little easier. I gave Beltway Air Quality a call after reading the stellar Yelp reviews. It just so happens that Randy was able to come out that same day (can't guarantee that for you, but it just worked out). He took time to explain the process to me and immediately got to work cleaning all of my ducts and vents. As soon as he cut into my return, stuff from the 1970's began to fall out. The vents had everything from pencils, to crayons, to dust, to old coins, etc. It was bitter sweet because I wanted my ducts to be a little dirty to get my money's worth, but I also didn't want to imagine what kind of filth I had been breathing. Anyways, after no more than 2 hours, Randy had serviced the entire house and sprayed antibacterial/anti mold spray throughout the home. Randy called me the morning of my appointment and gave me an estimate of when they would arrive. I was still in bed so I asked if he could give me a little more time to dress. He was very accommodating and gave me more time. When Randy arrived he immediately removed his shoes before coming into my foyer. I thought that was very respectful. Then they scoped out all our vents upstairs and downstairs. They soon got to work and did every vent in every room. They were quick to remove the vent covers and put them back. They utilized the truck vacuum which is super powerful. They also used the skinny yellow air hoses to force air through the other vents so it could be sucked out of the main vacuum line that was attached to the main ducts. They also neatly cut two holes in the main ducts in order to attach the high power hose. They disinfected at the end with a non toxic solution but helps to prevent mold. They showed me before and after photos throughout the process. I'm so happy that we finally got this done and I'm very happy we selected BAQ. Randy and his assistant were very patient and explained the process as the went along. The hosing and pushing air through was very loud but I feel that is the best way to get all the filth out of the vents that I know haven't been cleaned in 20+ years. I plan to redo this cleaning every few years and to use BAQ again. I highly recommend BAQ. read more

Our dryer stopped drying clothes and our technician let us know we needed our dryer duct to be cleaned. I started to look on Yelp for estimates hoping I could get someone to come out in the coming days. Randy responded to my estimate inquiry within minutes, and gave me a clear cut estimate.
