The capillaries on one side of my nose are gone. I had a large, red one on the other side, and it is faded, though not completely gone. I think the IPL was a good investment at the cost, as it reduces the time and money for makeup on these red spots.

Last time, I asked Kern if I can bring him bones and she said I can bring him "ANYTHING." He was even playing with a BONE last time we were there! So I brought the bones for the dog and Kern did not even look at them, just flicked her hand & condescendingly said "NO NO! Don't give them to him. He's ALLERGIC." Told me to throw them away! She did NOT even say a simple thank you after how thoughtful I have been. Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Dr Parakh herself is that wonderful combination of total expertise and competence and the best girlfriend you wish you had. Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover.
