Santos responded to our emergency call, drained the broken heater immediately, and replaced it by the time we got home.

Brian from Flow "Master" Plumbing told me he needed to replace the pipe under the sink because it was too small. I have used a plumber once before, I was never told that but I was busy and so I said " do what you need to do to get the sink unclogged." These ppl charged me $550 to unclog my sink. They asked for a review, I gave them a great review. Then, the exact same sink clogs again so I called them back to fix it. It was a week-end. I couldn't stand over them again- kid has swim practice. Brian arrived unprepared had to leave to go rent a snake. Took all afternoon. Then said he "snaked" the pipe. The sink appears cleared, he charges me $700.00! My gut is saying WTF!? But I pay it. Always hopeful. Fast forward a couple weeks and SAME SINK has the same issue. Remember he charged me $550.00 the first time because he SAID the problem was that my pipe was too small. I have had my house since 2007. Never had that issue. Anyway, I contacted Brian. Told him the sink was having the same issue and that I felt he wasn't fixing the issue, just charging me excessively. I tell him he needs to either refund my money or come back and actually fix my sink. In typical fashion by those who don't care about their customers because a sucker will always exist (like me, with zero time to oversea the work) and they will always get paid, he simply blamed MY HOUSE. He had the balls to tell me my house was old (if I had a brand new house I wouldn't be calling a plumber, dipshit) and that's it. No, lets see what the real issue is, or "maybe we need to snake further out". Nothing. He then just ignored my request to fix my sink. My house was built in 1956 and completely renovated in 2012, btw. I ended up hiring a plumber from DC who came in, unclogged the sink for $250.00 and laughed when I told him Flow "Master" Plumbing told me my STANDARD pipe under my sink was too small and that is why my sink clogged. Did I mention that Flow "Master" Plumbing left a giant hole under my sink after they replaced my pipe the first time? Yeah. I need to pay someone else to rebuild under my sink now. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN!! Over $1,000 in the trash! Claudia Hines Washington DC

I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

They went above and beyond to get our gas lines fixed and ensure our water and gas lines were properly bonded after lightning caused extensive damage to our home and gas lines. A special shoutout to James Jordan for going out of his way to make sure everything was clearly communicated and completed in a timely manner. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping us informed throughout the entire process and getting the project completed even when dealing with multiple issues were greatly appreciated. He made sure we had the key people from his team assigned to this project. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mike Kriesten and John Lambert. They worked an incredibly long day and well into the night, then came back first thing the next morning to finish the installation of our new gas lines. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done meant more to our family than we can express. When you're dealing with something as important as your home's gas and water systems, having people who genuinely care about doing the job right makes all the difference. My family and I can't thank James, Mike, John, and the entire Marines Service Co. team enough. Exceptional service, communication, and dedication from start to finish. Knowing it was getting close to end of day, I figured maybe the next day, or following day, at latest, they would show, and service the unit. From the evidence I was able to see it seemed like a capacitor issue. Just incase, I shut the system off, let the fan run overnight (Ecobee Smart Premium) to see if that was the issue, it was not. So while on the call, I commented that I thought it was the capacitor, the call center informed me that the PRIORITY SERVICE that the GOLD PLAN provides me would schedule service 40 days later. I have a problem with 40 days being considered priority. This will be the last year I will be paying for service that does not serve. Seems like false advertisement to me. I ended up calling a friend, they came over next day, it was a faulty thermostat, they spent two hours diagnosing it, replaced the thermostat that M&S installed (should be under warranty -- wonder how long that will take to process), and got the house cooling once again. I pay a company for a service such that I don't have to ask friends for favors. But why pay for a service that does not work? -- how much did my friend charge? only for the thermostat, no travel, no holiday, no overtime, nothing, except the thermostat--- That is PRIORITY Are they more expensive per service call, sure. Do they do the work requested, sure (just apparently need to wait). Are they courteous, yes. Can you side step the office and pay their employees under the table, sometimes you can, but it is not much of a discount.
