The only thing to keep in mind is that if you visit during a busy time, you might end up waiting a bit behind the group ahead of you before starting the next hole. But overall, still such a fun spot to come to with friends!

The entry to the venue are between JCPenney and Macys parking lot area. When you enter the doors, you walk down the set of stairs to enter the play area. Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

I chatted with Tiffany about the services she provided and she made it very smooth and clear what it would be like. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of work they have to do to bring these little guys places ! Our favorite out of the bunch was the little mini rooster as the kids were able to hold him and would do a little *cockadoodle doo* which everyone got so excited for. When it comes to animals we were so happy with the rest of their selection for a small get together for my son. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else. Thank you guys so much for doing what u do, we all had a lot of fun.

Our theme was hello kitty and she matched Marshmallow so perfectly! I honestly should've gotten her for 3-4 hours because the kids had so much fun! This is the first time my daughter had ever been on a horse And she was so brave and so happy! She did not even want to get off at all! The small petting zoo was also very nice! The animals looked very calm, clean and happy. The kids were absolutely happy and we would love to book them again!

I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked us in and the other lady checked us out but they were both also very sweet. It got pretty busy but Anthony still checked in on us multiple times all while checking people in and running around working on other things. We were impressed with his level of professionalism and attentiveness as we had a fairly large party. We made sure to tip him. The facility was a decent size. It's closed in so it would be helpful if there was a little more ventilation circulating or air fresheners throughout the facility. It's smaller than Sky Zone and they should probably have more people staffed to watch over kids playing at each section. The staff that are there are working hard and busy so kudos to the entire staff I witnessed going back and forth all day. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and respectful to the adults and the kids. Our package was convenient, we had party bags, ice cream sandwiches, pizzas and drinks. I would have a party here again if we can choose to have Anthony as our host. He made sure our experience was pleasant with no worries.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'
