That would be enough with the complimentary chips and salsa for the small lunch that I wanted, but I'd recommend three for a normal size lunch. The Lamb Barbacoa was tender pieces, moist from the rich simmer sauce, with raw and fried onions and lots of cilantro. A bit salty.
