Mexico Auto Body (Maria) dealt directly with the other insurance company, which saved me so much time and money ( I was going to pay out of pocket since no one was responding and my daughter needed her vehicle for school and work). Got side swiped on my car and wanted to find a quick/reliable solution. I was recommended this place and I can't express enough HOW GREAT THIS PLACE IS! I've taken my car to other places from previous accidents in different cars and the turnaround time was always like 2-4 weeks for even the smallest cosmetic damaged. I needed to replace the whole front end of the car as well as the side side panel and they couldn't have done a better job. The turnaround time was incredibly quick and the results are astonishing! On top of the car being extremely well done that management was the icing on the cake! Both were extremely transparent and didn't try to pull any shady stuff that most other places usually get away with. I've been taking my car here sense I was 16 and I can confidently say Javier and his people is the most trustworthy and skilled auto body mechanics I've ever worked with. My family has actually been coming to him since before I was even born, we're talking 20+ years here. It's really hard find people that are honest now a days. Javier has never made me doubt him, He takes the time to explain everything clearly he is not the one that mess around. After unfortunately crashing my car in a parking lot... I needed to find an auto body shop that was reasonably priced. The first place I went to quoted me over 3 K which was not in the budget. I found Mexico Auto Body shop and they were very kind and reasonable. The first quote they gave me was 1600. a week or so later I brought it back in and they re-quoted me 2100. I was disappointed with the jump in price. That said, they did provide a loaner - although it was extremely dirty. It was as if you lent your very used by children mini van to a stranger. BUT free is free. They were very fast. The car looks flawless. Additionally, they had my car detailed at a car wash upon returning it to me. I will definitely come back if I need work done knowing that there could be a couple of unique quirks. read more

Mexico Auto Body is AMAZING. I had to get my boyfriend's side mirror replaced. I called this shop and one other because they were close to my house. Mexico Auto Body was able to quote me a very reasonable price and quick turnaround time. They were also professional and kind over the phone with quick response times. And then when I showed up with the car, they were really friendly and helpful too. So, when I recently got into a fender bender I called Mexico Auto Body. This was the first time I've ever been in a fender bender and I finally calmed down about it once I dropped my car off at Mexico Auto Body. One of my fenders needed to be completely replaced and one of my doors was pretty messed up . The new fender looks perfect and they were able to repair the door without replacing it which I really appreciated. They gave me a good rate since I was a repeat customer. Recommend not trying to become a repeat customer at an auto body shop, but if you have to, I highly recommend Mexico Auto Body. They are so generous and really care about what they do. read more

Javier and Ana were extremely helpful in getting my car repaired quickly, they handled all the communication with the insurance company so less work for me but were in constant communication with me the entire time by text message which was very convenient and reassuring that my car was in good hands.
