First off I will be posting plenty of pictures (both before & after) but unfortunately my car is at the mechanic with unrelated engine troubles. I took in my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder with several different dings/dents caused by 2 separate hit & runs (don't ask... people suck sometimes). I was extremely upset from the accidents and stressed because I don't know any body shops in LA. I have owned and driven cars for 25 years and I know how easy it is for body shops to overcharge while using substandard replacement parts. This place is the absolute best body shop I've ever used, so if this long review is one you don't plan on finishing just make sure you read this sentence at a minimum. After discovering Mexico Auto Body through Google I decided to give them a call and within seconds I felt like I've known them for years. They were respectful, understanding, and offered to help without overpromising or using common sales tactics. I brought the SUV over to them and instead of rushing through the initial process to get my business, they asked me questions and got to know me in a way I've rarely experienced in retail settings. I must say they actually made me feel like family from the beginning, and while sometimes that can be a tactic to cover for poor workmanship, in this case they followed through with EVERYTHING they said they'd do. They fixed the front and rear bumpers along with the passenger side door so beautifully, it honestly looked better than when we first bought the car new! They take so much pride in their work that I'm shocked at the low overall costs (both before and after insurance). I felt guilty almost, in the sense their efforts were likely worth triple what I paid!!! I know pictures are ideal and I will post several as soon as I get it back, but in the meantime please trust me when I say there are not many if any better Body Shops in LA/surrounding region. As a bilingual business they serve everyone in their community and for that I will forever remain thankful. If this review sounds a little melodramatic, good; I can't stress enough how sad and upset I was over my family SUV looking like it had been playing Bumper Cars at the arcade. So when I found M.A.B and they took care of all body work in a fast and cost effective manner, I felt like the main character in a cheesy drama when they finally reach their happy ending. I just want the world to know how great this business treated me because too often Yelp is a platform for b*tching and moaning. Mexico Auto Body is your shop when you need excellent bodywork fast and reasonably priced. My car accident, though scary, was mostly inconvenient (whew!). It was going to be expensive, even with just minor-to-minimal damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel. Lucky for me, I met Javier at Mexico Auto Body in Lincoln Heights. He was honest and direct and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I trusted him with my wife's car and threw away the other body shop's more expensive estimates. He gave me a loaner car, and our car was ready, looking brand new, on the 4th day. Now that I found a body shop that does excellent work and is run by an honest man, I'm looking forward to bringing him an older model car that needs restoration. Solid work, great find. I love the service here! It's my second time coming here, the great work brings me back! They made me feel so much better after I got into a car accident. They left my car looking beautiful and good as new! Amazing customer service and amazing work! Mexico Auto Body gave me the best estimate from all the shops I went to. They were so nice. Definitely deserve the 5 stars, I would give them more if I could. I hope I don't have any trouble with my car soon but if I do I know where to go. I'm definitely recommending them to my friend and family. So happy to have found this place. They also have cars for you to borrow if you need transportation. The Guys here are simply awesome!! A Lady crashed in to my truck and damaged all the panels along the drivers side.The guys not only took care of all the damage, so welol, that you would never know that anything had ever happened to it. They sorted out all the insurance side of things so we had no stress at all from this. They then supplied me with a amazing car while fixing mine. They actually went for above anything that I was expecting from a any business. An absolutely brilliant experience. My wife and I are new to the area (we are Brits) and the guys here took amazing care of us. A wonderful family business That I would recommend to everyone. read more

I had got into a pretty bad accident at night. First thing in the morning i found this body shop online. I took it there and im 19 so i dont really know much. He was explaining how everything was going to be and giving me a walkthrough on how to talk with my insurance and the things they were gonna need.
