She got an assortment of pan dulce and they were all delicious. I've had conchas at several other places in the Fullerton area and this place is by far the best. The pan dulce is always fresh and super moist, bursting with flavor. I had a question about a particular type of pan dulce and the woman there was kind enough to describe it for me. The filling in all of these is majority cheese and the onions, loroco, and beans are more like a seasoning in that there isn't a lot but you can still taste them. For $3.25, I expected them to be tiny, so I preferred 2 per person and these are filling enough where 1 or 1.5 per person is plenty.
