I got a whole bunch of stuff in the bowl I can't even name. The good thing is not matter what you get it all taste great! I got the bowl with rice (salad is an option) and added in what I wanted, meat etc. The are up charges for different things. I got it to go although there was plenty of seating available inside. I love Mediterranean food and Mezeh is so delicious! It's fresh and affordable. The flavors are amazing. I love the fact that you can get a plethora of toppings to add even more flavor to your bowl or pita. The staff is very friendly as well. My server, young African American female originally from Florida, was very welcoming and personable. She gave great customer service. This place was filthy. Like weeks of food crusted within seats. Tabletops not wiped down. Place was empty at 12:30, that should have been our first clue. No sugar free fountain drinks available. Asked for a drink refund and she walked away. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service. Meats barely tepid. The food is great. We order on the app. Seems like a good way to order because there are a lot of great choices. Several times the order was not correct. Once we had the wrong dressings. We order 4 different kinds because we love the variety. It appears that they just threw in whatever dressings. Most were the same kind. Once one of the bowels was only half full where the other was full. The most disappointing part for us is that when I asked for help I was told to "contact corporate". My Wife and I have been to Mezeh Mediterranean Grill about half a dozen times since it opened. We really like the food. It is always fresh and tasty and the flavors are amazing. Our problem was with the staff. An employee prepared my Wife's bow and he was very pleasant. The manager insisted that he prepare my bowl even though he was busy preparing several protein products at a rear counter. I patiently waited. It was only a few minutes. What I did not appreciate was that he kept calling me out of my name, kept rushing me through the line, and kept snapping his fingers to rush me on even though he had not placed the item I requested in my bowl. The woman was oblivious to why that was concerning and when I asked for a refund she told me she couldn't do it. Someone needs to check the fictitious reviews on Google that all seemingly praise Crystal. It's a massive amount within such a short period of time. I went to look at the reviews there because of my unpleasant experience to see what others were saying. It was obvious I was waited on by the manager. She stressed a couple of times over a disputable phone call that she was the manager while serving me. I asked for two meats and she argued with me that I stated three. If she wasn't engulfed in her phone call, maybe she would have heard me. The entire time while she was getting the ingredients I was asking for, she was still talking to the person on the phone, looking for me to repeat myself. To not give me her full attention in service and to respond with an attitude was not inviting or a pleasant experience that honestly put me in a position to feel irritated and wanting to leave. I let her know I was dining in but she proceeded to bag my lunch. I dine at this Mezeh pretty often but won't be dining here anymore. The food wasn't as fresh as I expected. I placed a delivery order and got seasoned pita chips that they advertise as vegan well when I got them the sticker on them with ingredients list said contains dairy . I have a dairy allergy!!!! so I contacted one of the locations and she said they dont put labels on the chips I said well I'm seeing it and reading it so explain that!!!!! she puts me on hold comes back and said they are made in facility that processes dairy I said NO THAT IS NOT WHAT THE LABEL SAYS!!! I placed an online order using their app. I mentioned at least three times on my order that I want my dressings and sauce on the side, the reason I asked was I wasn't sure about the spice level and flavor. It is off to the side and looks like a simple, yet inviting, restaurant. Let me tell you. What an understatement saying I was astounded. The atmosphere and aesthetic appeal alone was breathtaking. Fully immersive in the Mediterranean vibe for sure. It was just my son and I and we were hungry from being on the road for a while. Once I got past how beautiful and clean it was inside, we got to ordering. When I say there was a PLETHORA of options, I'm not kidding. The variety of food options puts big places like Chipotle to shame. The food we picked was so amazing and seasoned and fresh. The employee that was filling our order, Carlos, was absolutely incredible. He was so kind and beyond helpful making decisions. Come to find out he was the store manager and all I need to say is that store is in amazing hands. To just add to the outstanding service and food quality, the prices were phenomenal !
