My order arrived missing an item, the bag was sealed, but the restaurant swore to me it was I ther 100% and refused to address the missing item. BUYER BEWARE

Discovered this based upon other reviews and they're spot-on! Service is counter order and they are friendly and helpful. Small casual ambiance for eating in (sam a number of to-go orders while we were here). Menu is very good sized in comparison. I had a chicken shawarma Tasty but small) and wife had a spinach (she loved)and a beef (okay but lacking seasoning) pie. Sandwich has option to add fries and drink but I chose not too - could have used it. Pizzas that others ordered looked amazing, and may try them next time.

My boyfriend and I were passing through the area and came across this gem. We ordered the chicken shawarma with spicy sauce. It was amazing 10/10. Overall, quick, tasty, and very affordable. Check it out if you get the chance!

Best new Shawarma in Richmond, not your typical flavors and items like the others, these guys come from a different region. Friendly staff, great food presentation, good portions and clean dining room. Definitely in my top places for repeat visits!

Yum! What a great little restaurant in Richmond! Food: Lentil Soup-excellent flavor. Was offered a free sample, and would order this next time. I was tempted to buy a cup to-go, but had plenty of leftovers so decided to pass. Shawarma plate-generous portion of chicken and rice. Delicious! Also came with a great garlic sauce, lettuce, tomato & cucumber mix, and flavored onions. Gyro plate- Awesome flavor as well (I enjoyed this beef and lamb meat more, just my personal preference) and large portion as well, with the sake added fixings as the chicken shawarma plate, except can with tzatziki sauce. Service- Excellent and very kind. The gentleman behind the counter answered a few questions for me and happily went over the menu at first. You order at the counter and then they bring you out your meals. Ambiance- Not overly large and not tons of seating but you can sit inside and enjoy your food. Will be back next time in Richmond!

I ordered a spinach Fatayer and a beef one, which were described as being "savory stuffed pies featuring aromatic spiced filling in a light-textured yeast based crusts". The sizes were larger than I expected, however my ground beef was not quite as spiced as I wanted though the spinach one was perfect for me with the proviso that spinach is one of my favorite vegetables. This little restaurant has a pizza oven so I'm sure the pizzas will be delicious since my pies were made with the same dough. We did not order any today. Hubby ordered the chicken Shawarma sandwich, but declined the $4 upcharge for fries and soda, trying to be more health conscious. The sandwich was made from pizza dough, but the size was disappointing. My two pies were substantially much larger than his serving. I took a small bite of his chicken which was nicely spiced. No way to get free water so we had to purchase a bottle as we do not drink sodas. When I went to get a photo of the menu mounted to the front counter, the kind employee handed me a paper version, surprised that there were coupons in it! I was not informed of coupons beforehand so I wasn't pleased by this, but he said those were for the next time when we return. The seats were very comfortable for dining, well worth staying instead of picking up to go, though there were plenty of people getting to go.

Great service, huge portions, ok ambiance not too busy however people mainly taking orders to go. The beef shawarma tasted very good. The chicken was a bit dry or needed more sauce to balance. Lentil soup was huge i should have ordered a cup instead.

Good food excellent behavior, good price. You must try their Tabbouleh! Your money will not be wasted on salad! I had a takeout. I would give them 5*, but they forgot the sauces! Tahini sauce and the yogurt sauce! Unforgivable!

We started by sharing a hot Mezze platter that included falafel, beef kibbeh, cheese rolls, brussel sprouts, and house-made pickles. For the our main course I had the beef shawarma wrap and my friend had the chicken shawarma wrap. Both were delicious as were the Za'atar fries. The wraps are large enough that we were each able to bring home a half of our wraps and fries. We learned on our visit that Natalie's has a new owner. We had selected Natalie's because they "believe in building and strengthening communities by creating spaces where people of all abilities can thrive and grow in the workplace." I hope the new owner will continue this mission.

Every dish was perfect and delicious! David was very attentive to us and checked back with us several times to be sure we were enjoying everything. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a belated Mother's Day and birthday, he was kind enough to bring us baklava! He also prepared us some excellent strong Lebanese coffee, which was a great end to our meal. When we go to Natalie's, one of our favorite restaurants, we always feel that we've had a very special dining experience.

If they aren't part of the decor, it was a treat nonetheless. We stepped inside from the rain with a parking spot very near the door. I snapped a pic on the way in to capture it's essence. We risked another walk-in with no reservations, and we snagged two prime end seats on the communal table. There were two open seats at the bar as well; might come in handy some other rainy Thursday night. The server, Murphy M., judging by the receipt, who helped my partner and I with our order, was a gracious host and incredibly well-practiced. It was a master class in serving, made effortless by him. He could not have been more accommodating, as we saw him appear inevitably at the exact right moments. Our server offered us bread and oil before the appetizer. The bread here is made fresh daily. It was so soft, I could not tell the difference from store bought. The food was exquisitely well prepared, the chefs and kitchen staff are immensely skilled. The appetizer was presented to us within a relatively short amount of time. We had time for a short discussion before the it arrived. The Tiropita was described as "four pieces of heaven." Accurate. The phyllo was thin and crisp, and the feta was creamy and delicious. I was careful not to bite too hard and ruin my pants. I had the Kotopoulo, which is a feta-brined oven-baked chicken with lemon and herbs served with lemon potatoes. The dish was cooked to perfection. The cooked potatoes were exactly as I like them, soft yet held their shape. It was an excellent meal, if a bit unwieldy (it's like half a rotisserie chicken, basically). My partner had the Hilopites, an egg noodle dish with giant beans, pine nuts, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta, in a creamy, savory sauce that I couldn't begin to describe with mere words. The meals were both stunning, made unclear by my disastrous photography. All that being said, I did not really enjoy my meal as I was expecting. Maybe it's me, maybe it's today, or maybe the flavors simply weren't what I am accustomed to with the dozens of Greek restaurants from my past. I'm uncertain, and that's okay sometimes. Either way, it was a fantastic experience, and I will dine here again.
