Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know. But they tried to upsell me on a repair that was thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even broken and was a component easily pushed right back into place. So definitely get a second opinion if you go here.

An employee went over the options I had, explaining that the damage did not involve any safety or mechanical issues. He said he would be willing to try and use adhesive to fix it and that it could be done while I waited. Maybe 10 minutes later he returned and I was told he was able to fit it back together without the adhesive so that if I had any other damage in the future it would be easier to repair. He told me that if I had any more problems to return and at that point they would try the adhesive. I left there owing only $20!!! They are honest, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable in any other automotive environment. I am an older woman who knows nothing about cars. Hopefully, I will not need any more repairs in the future, but if I do I definitely will be heading back to Circle.
