Incredible used car dealership, went the extra mile from start to finish. To briefly summarize: 1) the dealership provides incredible reviews of their vehicles which hold true. 2) the car sustained unexpected damage in the process of purchasing. (A pretty hefty dent in the body) The dealership gave a modest price reduction to reflect the unforeseen circumstances. It did not feel like something shady to pass by an unlisted fault. 3) the truck is 20 years old and I had significant hesitancy about its condition - as I was planning a 2k move. Upon having some concerns, I took it to a third party inspection who verified the condition of the car and validated the dealerships findings. Like any inspection, this third party did identify some things that could be addressed (brake fluids, air filters). I brought it over to the dealership and they immediately addressed all issues and more (going above and beyond to service the battery terminals which the third party inspection did not even comment on). The entire time, the dealership was honest and consistent. They gave me confidence that I could rely upon them in my cross country move, and I would recommend that anyone grant them with such confidence. * The truck easily made it across the country. 4) The dealership remained helpful and friendly through my efforts with registering the vehicle. I can not recommend them any higher. They even gave me a cigarette from their own supply to smoke when my cravings flared up and my own pack sat at home. 10/10 Experience. read more

The employees are polite and they may be good at servicing vehicles but definitely not good at selling them and picking vehicles to sell. I took half a day off to see a Tundra that they were selling that looked perfect in pictures that they wanted 15k for and I totally wasted my time. I got there and the truck needed an alignment and tie rods because it was shaking down the road. The tires were different brands. The rear axle and frame of the truck was rusted really badly and sprayed with some black stuff. The entire rear axle needed to be rebuilt because the pinion bearing was whining like crazy down the road. It needed some exhaust work. Overall if you don't know about cars I wouldn't buy one from here because you'll get screwed. I don't even understand how they were so careless to acquire such a bad truck and then try and sell it for 15k. The younger employee/business owner got defensive when I told them they misrepresented the car online. As a car enthusiast stay away from this place and if you really want to buy a car this business, get it checked out by an independent mechanic. They say their cars are inspected but they obviously know the inspector. read more

Update I purchase a used 2011 Landrover less then 60 days ago. Shortly after purchase (only 760 miles) the check engine light came on. I took it back and they claim did some repairs after having the car for several weeks. Again just after I brought it home again 10 days later the check engine light went right back on and now technically un-drivable.. This time I was told to take it the Landrover dealer by Euro Auto Sports and was promised in writing to have the fee and repair paid for. Euro Auto Sports is now refusing to pay either. The car needs a new head gasket and engine. I have asked for a refund of my original purchase price, to repair it by Land rover and they are refusing. I am now working with Attorney General of Consumer Protection. read more

The process was straight forwarded and professionally managed. We just came back one day later to find the car ready with lub changed and necessary cleaning. So if I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a 2002 Ford Focus for my daughter "as is". The following day (within the recision period) the check engine light came on. My daughter brought it back and they tweaked something in the engine and told her it was fixed. She drove it home from college two months later and the car started dying when she slowed down. She took it to our mechanic and we were told the car needed a new engine. He noticed a new part in the car which looked like an attempt to fix the problem. We looked at the car fax and saw the car had been serviced a week before we purchased it. Payam or emad knew about this problem prior to us purchasing the vehicle. I called Payam and he told me he would do something to help me and needed to speak to the mechanic. A week later and numerous phone calls this never happened. Emad called me and basically screamed at me and told me he would not speak to me and I could speak with his attorney. These sleaze balls have no morals. Please take any car they attempt to sell you to a mechanic and have it checked out before purchasing it. I could kick myself for being so trusting. I am completely disgusted. read more

My quest to purchase a reliable used Toyota FJ Cruiser in very good condition from a reputable dealer that I could trust was frustrating to say the least. I had no prior experience buying a used vehicle and was beginning to understand why so many used car dealers get such a bad rap. The false claims, dishonesty, and undisclosed known problems and issues were a common theme from dealer to dealer that led me to believe that there weren't any honest people out there that I could do business with. I had spent a significant amount of time and money paying for pre purchase inspections only to find out that the vehicles that I was interested in and was told were properly maintained and in great shape needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. In all cases, the dealers would not even make the basic repairs required to pass state inspections or lower the price. I had convinced myself that my expectations were set too high for an older model FJ and I would need to either select a newer car with less mileage or simply just buy another new car and be done with the used car market. After shopping and test driving many FJ's from other used car dealers for weeks, I finally purchased one from Euro Auto Sport. Unlike their competitors, the buying experience was very good and the car checked out precisely as Emon said it would. Despite the late model year and high mileage, the vehicle was very well maintained and needed no repairs. It was also clean inside and out and very competitively priced. Emon also made good on his offer to take care of a couple of minor issues that were uncovered during the inspection. Euro Auto Sport sets very high standards for the vehicles they buy so that their customers are always completely satisfied. If you have any concerns at all he will go over it with you and put your mind at ease . My husband and I went in on a Thursday and we got held up by our loan approval (not the dealer) had to wait for our loan check to be mailed and when we came back on Monday he had all the papers waiting to be signed, tag already on the car and we were finished in 20 minutes and driving off the lot !
