The checkout situation at this location is consistently frustrating. Every time I shop here, there's a long line at the register and only one lane open, even when there are clearly other staff members around. What's most disappointing is that no one steps in to help or open another register, even when the line is stretching halfway down the store. It feels like customer convenience is an afterthought, which makes what should be a quick stop take way longer than necessary. read more

Everything was great! But this was the second time the short white lady in front does not greet us and gave me a dirty look this time. We decided to come in to just look around with my dog. As we are walking out, mind you we aren't even out the door she's telling someone on the radio to check the cameras to see if we got a doggy shower without paying!! We have gone here before for pet showers and never had an issue until her. Next time I'll be getting her name! read more

Do not bring your pets to this or any tractor supply store pet wash station. My pet contracted ringworm from getting a wash at this tractor supply store. Save yourself the headache and vet bills because ringworm is VERY contagious. Do better tractor supply and keep areas that are being used by VARIOUS people clean and sanitized. read more

Love that i have a store with pet supplies within walking distance now. It was my first time at a Tractor supply store and thought it was a super neat store. The only thing that did not give me a good first impression was the customer service. Was not greeted when entering, instead greeted them with a "hello" and no response by the guy at the register... cool. The reason i went to the store was to see if they had something i was looking for and no employees on the floor to ask for help. So as i was leaving, i saw there were three employees at register and still nothing, no "bye have a great day" nothing. It wasn't even busy at all.. :l read more

Horrible customer service. I called about a tractor supply gift card I got for my birthday that was not activated properly when purchased. I have the receipt too. It was purchased from a tractor supply 45 mins away. When I called to ask this store what I could do about it they said I had to go back to the other store. I explained I couldn't because it was far away. Her exact words were "well if it's that important to you". I told her that was an unacceptable answer then asked her name. She said "Jasmine" which I'm sure she was lying because she was acting super weird on the phone. Immediately after I contacted the other tractor supply and they said she gave me incorrect information all together. Calling corporate on Monday to file a formal complaint on the store and also disputing the charge because the $50 gift card can't even be used. Get better employees Tractor Supply. You're new in our town and making bad impressions. We will just continue going to the Norco one that has much better service, like many other people I know already do in this town. read more

This store was so clean and the staff were so friendly! everyone i saw came up to me and offered help. Very knowledgeable in all departments! so nice because i never know what i need. there's so much to choose from, all kinds of brands. I recommend this place to bathe your dogs for a charge of $10.00 per dog. It is first come first serve. They supply you with towels and dryer to dry your dog up. Today, I took my dogs, small dog let himself get bathed, but the big one not so happy. They are cleaned! read more
