There are people who hold units in which they do not live but use them as "Crash pads" for relatives and friends.

Plus he is just so so knowledgeable or he knows the right people to refer you to if he needs to. There's a lab onsite so you don't have to travel to the main hospital for that. I've had my fair share of health issues and I always feel welcome and safe and understood here. Oh and they're always running either on time or early, I've never had to wait. Wicked responsive on patient site too. Location is nice and easy to get to and has security before the elevators which is a nice touch in the area. So glad they take my newly changed insurance, I was almost willing to pay out of pocket to keep coming here!

They actually make going to the doctors not so bad. The office is great cause it is associated with Mass General. Great hospital. Moved out of state to NYC and I really miss the wonderful care I received. Hoping to move back and be her patient again one day!

She wants you to ask questions and doesn't seem to judge anyone. The first time you go is really just for a consultation so I had to make another appointment for a physical. The only problem with that is that the appointment is in May because she is so busy! Her nurse, Beth, told me that she will return my calls (if I call) and really be my contact because Dr. Ramos is so busy. But I am hoping that isn't an issue. Also, the convenient North End location means that if I were to ever get sick, I wouldn't have to travel far to see my doctor. Although getting an appointment with her might be an issue...

The hoards of people overcrowded in the small waiting rooms along with the shouting and commotion of out of control angry patients was beyond what I had ever witnessed before. One woman shrieked "I wouldn't bring a dog here!" In fact, I had brought my service dog who was waiting in the car in which I had been driven to this ER. My dog gets better care at busy, large metropolitan animal hospitals and is not subjected to or traumatized by utter pandemonium. This was like a living hell.

This Charlestown location can be quite far from downtown Boston, hence a bit inconvenient, but it was a necessary and welcoming substitute for getting your regular six month dental checking every six months -- again, since the Northend Waterfront location is undergoing some restructuring/reconstruction. Front desk staff are very friendly, friendlier than the Northend, I must say. Overall, highly recommended!

Once I changed to this place though, I actually look forward to going. My dental health has improved significantly since attending.
