There is a cannabis consumption lounge during certain events but since this is a CBD store, with no card required to enter, I'm not sure how they regulate the consumption area with no card holders being their main source of patrons. I have been doing business with your company for the past two years, and unfortunately, I have had…read morean ongoing issue with my clothes being damaged or not properly pressed. I spend close to $200 a month with this business, so I expect my clothing to be handled with care and returned in good condition. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. My clothes have been ruined on multiple occasions, and I have also had issues with items not being pressed properly. Twice now, zippers on my clothing have been broken while being serviced. Most recently, the item had only been worn twice before the zipper was damaged. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering how much I spend with your business on a regular basis. I have continued to give your company my business despite these issues, but this has become a recurring problem. I would appreciate someone addressing this situation and taking responsibility for the damage to my clothing. I would also like to know what can be done to prevent this from happening again. I value good customer service and would like to continue doing business with you, but I need to feel confident that my clothes are being properly cared for. The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting.
