Jay was helpful and accommodating to a dire emergency that I needed for my suit to be cleaned. I was able to get my suit and shirt in the nick of time and he was able to grant that for me. Despite the accelerated turnaround, it was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be, and the price was absolutely fair. A little history to explain how important this business was to me @ the time...My daughter had her first baby a little more than 3 weeks ago. The day after, he was airlifted to Phoenix Children's Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She has been here ever since and I haven't left either of them. Luckily, my sister lives about 9 miles from here and occasionally we do get to go sleep/eat for a few hrs. So here we are, 3 hrs from home, and the nurses say "baby can wear his own clothes now!" So off we go to Goodwill. But we cannot bring them in unclean. SO HERES WHERE WE FIND THIS BUSINESS & THEY IMMEDIATELY BEGIN EARNING MORE THAN 5 stars in my opinion. They will have them washed, cleaned and folded, faster than they would've normally, and will call ASAP. We pick them up in the sweetest bag, all wrapped in tissue like a gift, smelling like sunshine and daises. And now he wears his own clothes, all thanks to the wonderful staff at this very busy address just down the road from the hospital!! Please give them all the business you can. They deserve it! I'm telling all the other out of town moms and dads in the NICU with us. Some are from Oklahoma, Payson, Prescott Valley... all over the country! read more

I rarely take the time to review, but I want to give a shout out to Luis, the manager who is there every time I come in at 7:01 AM just as it opens to pick up or drop off. He remembers his customers, greets me with a smile, and corrects any errors without charge. This is a business that I think is a plus for our neighborhood. They are ecological (except that they still wrap in plastic) they press well, they don't lose things, and if they promise something will be ready it is ready. read more

I was recommended this place from a friend and everything seemed fine at drop off, but I was picking up my Thanksgiving outfit the day before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the friendly cashier was busy with another customer so I got this very angry women who came out of the back and was like how can I help you... I said I forgot my ticket. Are you able to look it up another way, so she asked me my last name, and when she could not find my ticket, she was basically yelling at me mad and putting words in my mouth that I never said, I was like I just wanna pick up my dress. If you need the number, I can call someone to tell you the number of the order. She didn't even tell me thank you and tossed my item over the counter. Due to this, I will never be back, there is just too many other dry cleaners in Phoenix. I do not understand why they have her helping people in the front when she is such an angry person. read more

I dropped my dry cleaning in person and asked that it be delivered. I was given a drop off date that came and went. I work out of town and by the time I returned home 2 weeks later, no dry cleaning. I couldn't get a straight answer as to why it wasn't delivered. No apology or attempt to make it right. I tried again. This time, I called for a pick up. I was told it would be picked up yesterday. Today, my laundry is still here. I called to let them know it was never picked up. A series of "umms" was all I got, then they hung up. Byeeee! read more

This place was absolutely wonderful, top to bottom. I was in town for the weekend and needed my suit cleaned & pressed after my airline tossed my garment bag like a sack of potatoes. ABC was able to in less than 24 hours turn my clothes around to look like a million dollars for an extremely reasonable price. Maybe this cleaners should take more than an hour to get your clothes clean. I use them for the first time today and I will never return again. I don't even think they clean my clothes. One shirt still smells like the cologne had on when I wore the shirt. Another shirt still has the stain that they were supposed to remove. Then they tell me my clothes were hand washed and not dry cleaned because I didn't tell them to dry clean my clothes. What's the point of bringing your clothes to the cleaners if they're not going to be dry cleaned. I can hand wash my clothes myself. I asked them how it's a customer to know there's an option to get your clothes dry-cleaned or hand wash with no signs. I believe it's safe to assume when you drop your clothes off at the dry cleaners they will be dry cleaned or is it just me. The top it off they still tried to make me pay for the shirt that's still have the stain on it. I will NEVER use them again. 1 * only because I have to. read more

Horribly exspensive! I dropped 12 shirts 2 dresses one they ruined and my bill is 51 dollars! I asked why so much, they replied because 3 of my shirts needed hand press! Do the math, 6 dollars a dress, 10 dollars for 9 of the 12 shirts.., I guess it cost near 10 each for the 3 shirts they needed to hand press! I never asked them to do that! I've used their service for over a year but admittedly they are expensive. Great service but after having a rather expensive bill for my shirts (compared to other dry cleaners in the area), I stopped going. Plus, they took out the tags of some of the shirts I had dry cleaned. Sure, the backtags aren't important and in fact bother some people's necks, but if someone's going to rip them out, it's going to be me, not the dry cleaner. read more
