I alternated between a handful of facials- SKINLAB hydrofacial, dermaplane facial, and signature- and always walked out feeling like a brand new person. From my first appointment, Mia was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process and what to expect. She always starts off the appointment asking about how my skin has been doing, and if there are any concerns, she makes her recommendations, tells me what she sees, and gives me samples of products to try until I saw her again. Not sure if this was a membership perk, but it really shows how they care about selling you the right products for your skin type. Nothing except a liability waiver. I was taken to the back near a dirty sink where bloody alcohol wipes were still sitting from the previous client. The nurse tells me 50 units is not enough immediately as i sit. I tell her ive done it before 15 on one side and 20 on the other (my previous nurse took her time and understood my needs and noticed one side being stronger than the other). She said ok , disappeared for a while and comes back full syringe in hand. Its very important to see your nurse unseal sterile equipment and draw from the vile in front of you. I was very weary and uncomfortable at this point but i decided to trust the establishment. She had me clench once and went straight in, 25 on the right and 25 on the left. When doing masseter botox nurses poke you at least 3 times on each side. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience and i feel its important the owner improves their practice. Ill update my review if need be. It was a very unprofessional and troubling experience.

You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
