I have a slight asymmetry in my smile, and over the years I've had a handful of plastic surgeons and injectors try to correct it with a tiny bit of Botox. Almost everyone overcorrected it. Valerie took the time to really figure out what was happening, asked questions no one else had thought to ask, and ultimately used half a unit in exactly the right spot. It was perfect. That is pretty representative of my experience with her in general -- she understands facial anatomy and movement so incredibly well, notices tiny details, and never seems interested in doing more just for the sake of doing more. She's also shockingly knowledgeable across so many different areas of aesthetics. Many providers in the industry seem to specialize in certain areas, but Valerie somehow knows so much about everything. V&Co is also the only practice I've encountered that has its own ultrasound, so Valerie can actually visualize filler beneath the skin rather than guessing where it is. I really appreciate that she's invested in something like that; it's not something you routinely find even in plastic surgery offices. I also started doing microneedling with Elisa and love her. She is so sweet and incredibly thorough. I had microneedling done at another practice in Nashville, and Elisa was noticeably more detailed -- she takes her time and makes sure she actually treats every area rather than rushing through the appointment or missing the edges. I'm looking forward to doing more sessions with her. Courtney at the front desk is always so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, too. They just have the best team here. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's extremely particular about aesthetic treatments and always so nervous to do anything to my face. It went well until I felt like when she went to remove I've of the eyelid covers, she must've got glue on my lid or lashes somehow and ripped when she went to take it off. I should've known that point this was going to not be good. My other eye she kept poking me with tweezers or something (my eye was closed) but I kept feeling little stinging pains and showing her it was hurting me. Then she finished (about 2 hours later around 5) and I immediately couldn't open my eye. Something kept feeling like it was stabbing my eye. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't drive home like this because my eye was watering like crazy because of whatever the lash was doing. She kept trying to fix it but we spent a good 10 mins just trying to get my eye to feel like it could open again. I eventually left when my watering eye came under control. But the rest of the night my eye was red, tearing up like CRAZY, and hurting. I thought with time it would get better but by the next morning my eye was swollen and VERY irritated. I had to remove the lashes less than 24 hours later in the morning by my mom's lash girl who fit me in for emergency lash removal. When I went to get them taken out, she told me there were hardly any lashes and that usually the amount she took off both eyes was the amount on both my eyes. So basically there were hardly any lashes on. She said they were placed improperly, which is why my one eye swelled up. Looking back, when I left Nita offered me a "free follow up appointment" but I wonder now if it was because she wasn't sure about her work. Needless to say I won't be coming back for that. EDIT: Green Skincare saw my review and apologized to me and gave me my money back for this. I appreciate it, and wanted to add that to the review that some action was taken to remedy this. So I can go from 1 to 3 stars because of the apology and refund.

Porscha was thorough in asking questions about my skin, routine, and what products I used to avoid any reactions. She was really gentle during the whole process and as she went through each step, she explained what she was doing and why including what the benefits of it all was. I mentioned to her that I get migraines regularly and she spent extra time massaging my head and neck/shoulder areas and did some lymphatic drainage to help with any inflammation I might've had. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
