The scheduling felt more like a cattle call than a medical practice, with multiple appointments apparently booked for the same time. Many patients, including several senior citizens, waited well over an hour to see the doctor, and the frustration in the waiting room was obvious. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their background. Instead, the atmosphere felt cold, rushed, and impersonal. It was genuinely sad to see so many people, especially older adults, waiting for such a long time without much communication. If you have other options, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your care.

The Doctors office is called Robotic Surgery, and indeed it is, a robotic service. What's the big mystery, what's the big misconception with professional medical doctor and a robotic doctor, you tell me. Waste of time for a Surgery doctor to claim to have all the answers and give psychic advice. The Doctor forgot, not all statistics run the same for every patient, not everyone's history is the same, not everyone's fat or lipedema's are grown the same way, diet and lifestyle do play a role in staying stable to a certain extent, so disappointing to have a Doctor choose to be tired and dismissive of his work practices.

I was told in my appointment that my insurance most likely won't cover this due to where I get my insurance through (covered CA). I was assured to try running it &, if it didn't go through, we would be able to set up an out of pocket payment plan. Come to find out, what I was told is completely incorrect. I was not told that, once the claim was processed, I would be charged that set rate & I could not switch to out of pocket cost. I lost my job & am now having to somehow pay $200/month. I am unsure where this money will come from, but life finds a way I guess. Just be warned as I felt very comfortable & reassured that this would not happen, just for it to happen. A bit of a gut punch.

My wife had entered the appointment into her calendar when it was made. She was turned away and given another appointment. Then they called back to reschedule, and she accommodated the request. A few days ago, we received a bill for a $50 "No Show Fee." She called and explained what happened to no avail. The staff member told her she had already paid for it. My wife paid the $50 at the office, believing it was for seeing the doctor. They never corrected that misperception nor attempted to ensure she understood it. No show implies you blew it off and made no attempt. That was not the case. I hope they enjoy taking unearned money in such an unethical manner. This doctor is ill-served by this staff.
