I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Derrick assured me that the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning would go away if I drove the vehicle for a couple of days after the repair. Unfortunately, that was completely untrue. The warning never went away, and it became clear that the issue was not actually fixed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was already paying out of pocket for hail damage repairs on the hood. I specifically told Derrick that I did not need any additional unexpected expenses and that I was concerned about being given accurate information about the condition of my vehicle. My concerns were ignored, and no one seemed to care. On top of that, the financing interest rate was already very high, and then I was left dealing with additional repair issues that I was led to believe had been resolved. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when making such expensive purchases and repairs. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership, and I would caution others about doing business here. Giving customers false information about repairs is unfair and unacceptable. Trust is important, and unfortunately, this dealership lost mine. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Went in this afternoon and you talk about being humiliated and disgraced in front of everyone!!!! Your motto is no credit , bad credit, low down payment, your job is your credit!!! Well I don't remember the sales lady's name but she ripped up my application right there on the sales floor and told me I didn't make enough to even be considered for a car. Ok I get that but she did not have to degrade me in front of everyone. You don't know my story and the struggles I have been thru the last 2 years!!!! I walked Up there to see if I could get help with looking for a car and the way I was treated was just pure humiliation. I knew my credit rating when I walked in already but I had seen your sign that your job was your credit. So I thought I would walk in to see what I needed to do how much to put down what kind of payments I would be looking at And so on. I felt humiliated and worthless. I don't know if it was the way I looked that she didn't want to take the time to even deal with me or is she was just having a bad day!!!! As a consumer and someone looking to spend money I should have never been treated that way!!!! I will be sharing my story on every social media outlet. The rejection could have been handled in a professional manor! Luckily the salesman Kale at a car lot a few blocks over is taking the time to help me find a car I can afford. I sure don't recommend this dealership at all I'm so pissed off because supposedly they told me that the car was in good condition & great car to drive to move around, but nothing like that. It's like me spending more money on this car than i should've just buy it new. Every time I use my car there's always something wrong with this car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you have other options for purchasing a car, go with your other options. I will not say all because I did not interact with everyone, however, most of the people were full of malarkey. 2 out of the 3 salespeople I worked with had absolutely no car knowledge and no knowledge about the vehicles on their lot. They could not communicate pricing or advising on simple questions about vehicles. They asked me about specific things I wanted in a car and brought me options that had none of the features I advised I was looking for; ultimately I had to search their lot and their supporting lots myself. The two sales people I worked with on the day I made a purchase were extremely pushy--they stated they were mother and son. During the test drive they continuously pushed me to close the deal. I finally purchased a car--which has been a disaster since the purchase. The rear passenger tire has a leak that they advised they would fix the very next day if I purchased the car that day. The car needed an alignment as well. It had to be jumped for me to test drive it, I was advised the battery was just low since the car had been sitting. They also advised they would be giving me gas money for having to come back up there. I came back the next day as I agreed. They wrote up two work orders for services and sent me out to get them done myself. The place they sent me to the inspection advised that they did not do inspections and had not been doing inspections for over 6 months-- a waste of my time. The location for the alignment and to get my tires changed advised that the dealer needed to provide me with a wheel lock key to remove the tire. I went back to the dealership and advised all that happened. The dealership advised they would send me to another location on a different day. They did not pay out the gas money as they said they would. A couple days later I make another trip to the dealership, again, they stated they would pay for gas for me having to make another trip there. When I arrived the person I was supposed to be meeting never showed, he was actually off for the day--why schedule me for you when you're off?--and I had to spend about 30 minutes re-explaining why I was back. They sent me to another one of their lots, where I had to explain again all that was going on. Finally, I was given a service order to a different inspection location. I got the inspection done. They never did anything about the tires. They never did anything about the alignment. I drove the car through the week--home, gym, office, home. On the 8th day I notice a loud grinding sound whenever the steering wheel is turned in either direction. I make note of this so that I can call the dealership. A few hours later as I'm driving the car loses all electrical power and shuts down as I'm driving mid day on I-30. Nothing electrical worked. I tried jumping the car and while hooked up, the car would start, but as soon as one jumper cable was disconnected, the car would immediately die/turn off. I had to have the car towed to the dealership. My car has been at the dealership since Monday with no updates. Every time I call, I am given a run around and told to call back. Everyone I've spoken to claims to be a manager. I went to the dealership on Tuesday and physical spoke to a 'manager' who advised they would look at it the next day and he would be able to give me an update as well as discuss either swapping the car or just giving me my money back. That call never came. I called at the end of the day today for the update and was told that they don't call and give updates, they only call when cars are ready. All in all I had the car for 10 days and it has been nothing, but issue after issue. I called their finance company, which is still a subsidiary of the dealership, although they pitch it like it's a completely separate entity. The finance company offered no solutions either, simply told me to make sure I make my payment on time. 3k down for a car that they never repaired and broke down within 10 days. And still want me to make payments. read more

We purchased a vehicle on 6/14/21. We had to leave the car there because the check engine light came on. We got the vehicle back and we had it for about a week before the light came on again. We took the car back for repairs and we have not seen it since! Every time we call we get lied to. No response, no solutions. Just lies. They won't let us out of this contract, but they want us to sign a new one for a different vehicle. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Do not waste your time/money with this dealership. read more

Terrible place to purchase a car from. Customer service was great right up until you purchase the vehicle. Transmission went bad in a little over a month and they're refusing to fix it under warranty saying theirs nothing wrong with it. I now have to pay an outside mechanic to fix my vehicle. When calling to get updates they constantly forward you to a voicemail that isn't set up. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

They are very unprofessional people. My car broke on me this morning at 9 a.m while at the gas station. I called them to tell the what happened after only having the car for a month. Wow I would Love to get in contact with a supervisor. Workers here made remarks about my body to my boyfriend saying we must have met a strip club and that how could he let me out the house dressed like that. First of all, that's border line sexual harassment!! Us women can't even go out of the house without being sexualized. And then even after that. They apologized I decided to get the car. They told me that the tire light was on because one of the tires were low and they were going to put air. I signed The contract and they said come back tomorrow so they could even out the tires. I decided to take It to a mechanic and they said they sold me the car without tire sensors. I NEED to speak to somebody. They don't want to work out my problem. They are inappropriate and don't know how to conduct business and make sexual remarks about women. read more

I paid my car off over a month ago and I have still not received MY TITLE for MY CAR. I've been contacting customer service for over 3 weeks now and they keep telling me my title is going to mailed out every Friday! It has been over a month and every time I call back they give me the same answer and just transfer me over to another department that doesn't even pick up the phone! I would 100% not recommend buying /financing a car from this place! This place is poorly ran by people who don't care about their customers. read more

Let me say this. When you are buying a car you want the best experience because you are spending your money. I felt taken. I felt like they were low balling me and not trying to get me more for my money. I also stayed there for hours. six hours to be exact. They were so busy. Which is ok but I could have come another day if someone would have told me. I will not go back to this place ever again. I would like to them to be a little more professional. They also had a nasty bathroom with no tissue for us ladies. a guy had to give me tissue out of his desk. I'm disgusted and wont be returning. read more
