To make matters worse, my daughter ordered her churrasco medium, and it came out well done. My drink was also forgotten. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of ownership, communication, and effort to correct the situation. I asked to speak with a manager, but it seemed like the request was ignored or avoided. Coming from someone who has managed restaurants before, it is disheartening to see this level of service and lack of accountability.
