    Stuffed chicken

Our server was fantastic.. she was working with us despite the language issues. Everything was delicious and came out quickly and correct. I had the stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon. So good. They do not mess around when it comes to drinks. One was good and strong.

My friends and I came here for lunch before our flight. We were in Florida for Disney's Marathon Weekend. The condo we were staying at reccomended this restaurant. The restaurant was a nice size and had a good amount of people inside for a Monday afternoon. The service was fine. We ordered drinks to start Sangria and a Margarita. I ordered Yuka as an appetizer since I was starving. For my meal, I got skirt steak, rice, beans, and tostones which was all delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would come back for the food.

The food was great so was the service. We ordered the green plantains with octopus, they were delicious. We also ordered a regular mofongo, which was very good. And as an entree, I ordered the pernil with arroz con gandule and a salad. It was my first time dining here and all was great. I know they have other locations so make sure you check them out.

I was so happy with our experience here celebrating my Abuelo's birthday! He loved the stuffed snapper and I shared the skirt steak with chimichurri with my mom which was amazing as well. Loved the margaritas they were very strong!! Keep in mind if you don't eat a lot I would recommend sharing a plate with a friend as the portions are huge!

Not my first visit here and until I find better stuffed mofongo, it won't be my last. I was craving Modongo with pork and garlic sauce. Their mofongo is the one I think of when I'm craving it. We ordered a beef empanada which was delicious as always. It was a weekday so it wasn't super packed. However if going on a weekend, make reservations. They will ask for a credit card to hold the reservation. I don't like that they ask for a card. This was the first time I experienced this. Our mofongo came out stuffed overflowing in a deep molacete with garlic sauce poured on the plate. The dish is big and enough for two. My only complaint would be the photographer that comes around taking a complimentary photo, then $20 for any other photo's. Ahhhh! I came to a restaurant to chill, not get hit up for extra photos that I didn't ask for. Then it was a hassle to pay because the reader wasn't working so they had to occupy my time figuring out what was wrong. The photographer was super nice, but please. This is stuff they do at theme parks.

Had a girls lunch on Saturday and had a good time. Place was clean and our server was super attentive. I got a mofongo with carne and it was super yummy, it was my first time trying this restaurant and I know they have other locations so I'll probably give another location a chance after this one.

If you love Hispanic cuisine, especially Puerto Rican cuisine, this place with its variety of dishes will transport you to the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico! To start, my friends and I tried the plantain soup, which was super creamy, with a delicious consistency. We also ordered the fried cheese with guava sauce, and to my surprise, the appetizer had tons of fried cheese pieces, compared to other places that only serve 6-8 pieces. That made me feel so happy, haha. And the meat-stuffed alcapurrias were good, but we're used to eating them with looser pieces of meat, like ground beef in lasagna, not like a puree. Then, three of us ordered the lunch portion: chicken breast stuffed with yuca wrapped in bacon, and wow! Absolutely flavorful and delicious! And, by the way, the lunch portion was more than enough for us! Except for one of us who ordered the regular portion of fried chicken on the bone, because he eats a lot, haha. For drinks, I ordered a coconut mojito, and here's why I didn't give it 5 stars. This is one of my favorite drinks when it's made with coconut cream like Coco Lopez's; it tastes truly amazing, definitely a coconut mojito instead of a more citrusy one. But it wasn't. The flavor wasn't what I expected, but I still drank it. Overall, the service was excellent; our waitress was very kind and friendly. Virtually everyone there was and the restaurant has a friendly, family environment. And lastly, if you want a souvenir, they have merchandise for purchase. I hope you take yourself for a treat!

Everything was great! We celebrated some family birthdays and had a fun time with excellent service and food! The food was hot and fresh and delicious! We'll be back!

This is a cool place, busy, with friendly people, it's like a Puertorrican version of Applebee's. I may be wrong, don't think too much about that statement. I came in and the place was busy, I had to sit at the bar with a large group. I was hungry so I ordered real food (vs snacks). I got chicken chunks with red beans and rice. I also got an empanada (pastelillo). Everything was good, I got a lot of chicken for a good price but one expensive empanada that can't compete with my neighborhood's COMIDA LATINA place. But everything was pretty good, including the cilantro sauce that made the food taste even better. The people are friendly, in general the prices are good, I already described the vibe, and I will come back for the asopao de pollo.

Tried El Cilantrillo twice now, and unfortunately, both visits fell short. We wanted to give it another chance after a disappointing first experience, but the second time wasn't much better. My husband had the carne guisada with rice and beans he said it was just okay. I ordered the fried pork chunks, which were very dry and tough. The highlight of the meal was the arroz mamposteao it was very flavorful. We also ordered two juices, but they didn't arrive until after we were almost finished eating. Service was underwhelming and didn't leave much of an impression.

We are Puerto Ricans. We went to El Cilantrillo on Saturday November 17th, and we had an amazing experience. The food is great. We all ordered different foods, we were tasting each other's plates and everything tasted incredibly delicious. Karla R. was our server. She was amazing very attentive. And the place was packed!!!! That did not interfere with the quality of each plate that we received and each drink including desert! Let's not forget! For our birthday guest they brought a whole parranda! We loved it. The vibe was amazing! We really enjoyed ourselves.

When you walk up to the truck you are greeted by the friendly workers who advise you to place your order on the screen and if you need assistance they are more than happy to help. Once your order is placed they will send you a text message when it's ready. They do have a little canopy area with tables and seating, but it's so hot to be outside I opted to wait and eat in my car. We waited about 30 minutes before receiving our food and once we received it you could tell everything was freshly made. We ordered a combo that came with 2 pinchos, 2 pieces of bread, 2 orders of loaded fries,2 mofongo balls. And 2 drinks. The pincho meat is big meaty chunks and well seasoned. These were some of the biggest pinchos I've found in Orlando and the price was really reasonable. The loaded fries were ok, just typical fries with bacon and cheese. These mofongo balls had good seasoning, they weren't dry at all, and the perfect portion. The garlic bread was good as well and was soft. Overall everything was great! The seasoning on all the food was perfect, the portions were more than enough, and the prices extremely reasonable. The only negative I have to say is that it took long for us to receive the food but everything was freshly made and I appreciate all the hard work they do during the extremely hot fl summer.

Once we found out they had a restaurant, we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with great vibes and a nice atmosphere. Our first visit was mostly good, but I would not recommend the tripleta. All you taste is the burnt tortilla, and it wasn't like a typical tripleta sandwich. The second time we went was for a graduation celebration, and sadly most of the food was a miss. The grilled chicken and sauces were especially disappointing--expensive, bland, and not something I'd order again. The drinks were also disappointing and tasted more like sugary syrup than actual cocktails or fresh drinks. We chalked it up to maybe being an off day. That being said, we also ordered catering for the graduation before the unfortunate dinner, and the catering was amazing. We ordered pernil, leg porchetta, arroz con gandules, and roasted whole chicken. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well done with no complaints at all. I just wish the dine-in experience matched the catering and food truck experience better. Overall, I would still recommend Crocante because when they're good, they're really good. The service was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The space is beautiful, the vibes are great, and some items are definitely worth trying.

A disaster. Not Recommended for Large Groups…read more We made a reservation for 15 people and called ahead. They asked for a $10 per person deposit ($150 total), which we paid without complaint. My wife even got the name of the person who took the reservation--Josymar--who was actually really nice on the phone. Too bad that was the last nice thing about this experience. When we showed up, the greeter acted like they had no idea about any reservation. No tables were ready, and the whole vibe was "ugh, a big group." You could just feel the annoyance rolling off them. Our server, Stephanie, was an absolute mess. She was scattered, had this bar-attitude energy, and seemed completely uninformed. Here's just one example: we ordered appetizers that took forever to come out. When they finally arrived, one was missing. By the time the main dishes started showing up, we told her to cancel the empanadas. Her response? "Sorry, I can't cancel them now--the kitchen might already be working on them." Really? We had to push back and told her we were not going to eat it. We also ordered the Mofongo with Churrasco and specifically asked for the garlic sauce on the side (which, by the way, doesn't even taste like garlic). She flat-out refused and said the sauce had to come on top. No flexibility whatsoever. Pretty much everything came out cold--appetizers, sushi, you name it. We constantly had to chase her down for drink refills. Eventually we'd had enough and asked for the manager. Amanda came over and was polite, but she basically defended all the screw-ups. The only person who actually helped us was José, a server in training who wasn't even assigned to our table. He went out of his way to bring food and drinks while everyone else seemed checked out. The appetizers were a total rip-off too. They push an "upgrade" to add pork chunks, but it's really just fatty, chewy bits that were cold and unappetizing. Oh, and they only allow 3 checks for the whole group, with just one server for 15 people. Of course they add the automatic 20% gratuity for big parties--so why bother trying when the money's already guaranteed? This was hands-down the worst service we've had in years. Complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you've got more than a few people.
