Tried this food truck while working at the Southern Hills Farms and they didn't disappoint. I tried the croquetas and queso frito. Some of the best I have had. Service was quick and staff was amazing. I throughly enjoyed it all. Was not a fan of the guava jam but I don't like guava however the 305 aioli was fire. If you see this truck definitely try them out.

Absolutely phenomenal. I got the Pan con Lechon sandwich and I am currently in heaven. Best roast pork I've ever eaten, 10/10. I'm not a Cuban sandwich guy, but my wife loved hers! Super nice guys running the truck, and the food is incredible. If you see them at an event make sure to check them out!!

Had the pleasure of trying this food truck at southern hills farm during the fall festival. We ordered the beef empanadas & tostones with chicken. The empanadas were amazing-juicy, flaky crust with a great crema on the side. I was a bit disappointed with the tostones--the chicken was cold and overall the flavor was mild.

Awesome little food truck! I went to the dg donuts location. Plenty of parking. Staff wore masks. The menu had a variety of options and I had a hard time choosing! I went with the classic Cuban sandwich. It came with the typical shoestring potatoes. It was toasted a d very flavorful. I also ordered the tostones. They were freshly fried and seasoned perfectly. There was flavor in each bite and the garlic aioli was bomb. It was the perfect addition to the sandwich. Overall this was a great Cuban experience. Be aware the prices are higher than a restaurant chain but on par with other food trucks. Follow their insta for locations and and off menu specials!

I tried this food truck for the first time several days ago when they popped up at east end market. As a Cuban it's hard to find places in Orlando with that delicious taste of Cuban food that I grew up with in Miami and with my parents. I must say that the croquetas were delicious and I had to talk myself down from buying more and taking them home. The sandwich was delicious and full of flavor and the fried cheese cubes literally reminded me of my childhood because my parents would make this for me as a treat. Overall great experience and I hope to visit back soon.

I'm a sucker for a good Cuban Sandwich, so when I saw this food truck at a Fall Festival I had to get one!! It did not disappoint! Everything worked together beautifully and it was so crispy!! DELICIOUS!!

Had A Lo Cubano Kitchen for the first time and the service and food were fantastic. We ordered a little of everything and even got something free because they accidentally gave it to us and were so excited that we got to try something we didn't order because of their mistake. The Pork Belly is out of this world, the empanadas fresh, crispy and filled with your choice of pork or chicken, and got a plantain with pulled pork on top (can't remember the actual name)...so good! Will def be back to try more!

Today I enjoyed some delicious cubano sandwiches w/ a side order of empanadas ( even though we ordered the croquettes) but either way they were amazing and filling. Looking forward to trying other stuff on there menu when I see them again.

Whenever I'm in Central Florida I track down the food truck, A Lo Cubano Cuban Kitchen. I'm all about Croquetas and their Chorizo Picante & Manchego Cheese Croquetas are second to none. They've got a bunch of great sandwiches including a Frita Cubana that has a little bit of heat on the tail end of each bite. You'll need to leave room for their Cuban Torrejas topped with Guava and Cream Cheese foam. These Cuban Torrejas are the love child of french toast and a pastelito de guayaba y cheese (Cuban guava & cheese pastry). So many people tell me they can't find real deal Miami-style Cuban food in Orlando but guess what? I've got news for you. A Lo Cubano Kitchen is exactly what you've been looking for. So stop complaining, track them down on social media, and satisfy your Cuban food cravings.

I recently went to Orlando for a conference, and while we spent the majority of our time in a large…read moreresort and convention center, the leadership of the organization hosting the conference hosted a special dinner in one of the reservable ballrooms at the Cuba Libre Restaurant. I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. Orlando hosts one of several of this restaurant around the United States. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. You can find details on their website: https://cubalibrerestaurant.com/en/orlando. You can find menus, entertainment, blogs, make reservations, specials, and more. The Cuba Libre Restaurant is open for brunch on weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM, for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is at the bar and bar tables on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 6 PM. They have a special Chef's Tasting menu during dinner. They also host weekend nightlife and shows on Fridays with a live band from 7:30 PM to 12:15 AM and a DJ and dancing from 10 PM to 2 AM on both Fridays and Saturdays. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

We mentioned we had a reservation but we were early and they were able to accommodate us. The indoor dining area is lovely with that old school Florida feel. Beautiful spanish and Cuban decor. There also an outdoor seating area which was empty on our visit due to the rain storm, humidity and heat. Our waiter was on top of everything, friendly and very knowledgeable. The food, I grew up on Cuban food and cant help but compare all Cuban food to my dad's cooking. I had the lechón platter and it was good. The lechón was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The yuca lacked flavor for me and was a bit bland as were the black beans. The rice was good. I was able to try a bite of picadillo and it was really good! I also had a bit of a Cuban sandwich which was a little different, but it was really really good! We brought family from out of town and they were all very pleased with their meals. We will definitely be back.
