    CEVICHE DE CAMARON

Great Peruvian food! We shared the ceviche de camarón which was delicious! We each got the Lomo Saltado, very big plates! This was delicious but a little saltier than I'm used to. The prices were pretty expensive, confusing because I've never paid this much for Peruvian food but maybe because it's in Oregon and more rare to find? Definitely not a place to come too often with these prices but the experience was really good, service was very kind. Plenty of seating! Not sure if they accommodate big parties so I would call ahead.

Its been awhile since we came here. We ate here with some friends and ordered a variety of items to share. Everything we ordered was well prepared and great. Their arroz chaufa de Pollo (like fried rice) was very flavorful and easy to enjoy. Both the Tallarin Saltado De Res and Tallarines Verde Con Milanesa De Pollo were excellent. The empanadas and papa a la huancaina were good appetizers to start of with. Overall, the food here is good and worth checking out.

When: Fri. Feb. 28th; Party of 10 Adults & 1 Child Service: It was all hands on-deck at this cozy Tigard Peruvian restaurant. Being that it was my first time dining here, for a wedding celebration dinner and being not familiar with the cuisine, our server, bartender and the entire staff made you feel comfortable and welcome. Despite a busy Friday night crowd, the staff was very patient and accommodating with our entire party. There is live music on Friday & Saturday nights, from 6 pm to 8 pm. Ambiance: As previous posts stated, parking is a bit confusing if you haven't been here before. If you are driving North on the 99W, the restaurant is right after Tigard Bowl or across the street from Taco Bell. If you see McDonald's on the corner, you have passed the restaurant. There is ample parking behind the restaurant down a hill. Tip: If you have elderly loved ones in your party, drop them off at the top of the hill, then park the car. Food: My wife had the Pollo Saltado and I had the Lomo A Lo Pobre as entrees. Both dishes were tasty with vibrant eye appeal and unique tastes that stimulated the taste buds without being overbearing. The patrons on this Friday night were an excellent mix of diversity, providing you a clue on how well received this Tigard neighborhood gem is being received.

My husband and I have been wanting to go here since they opened 2+ years ago and finally made it. It did not disappoint. The drinks were great and the food was delicious and authentic. Prices were reasonable and service was great! The server also told us that there is live music on Friday and Sat night. We'll have to check it out.

This is a gem add to the Tigard area. I was very excited to try Mi Pisco and the food did not disappoint. The parking situation is not my favorite as there's only one way in and out of the lot straight onto busy 99w and it's a small lot. Besides for that, service is great and food is delicious. Staff is friendly and are fantastic at giving recs based on preferences. Restaurant gets busy during peak hours, so definitely call ahead for a reservation if possible. I like to share food and eat a little of everything and the plates are very much shareable here so you can try a few different dishes. Everything we ate had such good flavor. Portions again are sharing portion so don't expect to be full off one plate!

The food was so amazing! Absolutely beautiful presentation. The service was exceptional & the ambiance was authentic Peruvian! The parking was a bit of a challenge, but it helped to make a reservation. I will definitely come back & tell everyone about it.

    Ceviche DE Rocoto

Tigard, I can't even begin to tell you how lucky you are to have this restaurant in your community. If I could give them a 6 star, I would, that's how much we loved this place. This authentic Peruvian restaurant, cuts no corners in terms of their sourcing and technique. Ok, time for receipts, first up is the amazing fresh Ceviche, I had the Ceviche De Rocoto (this is the "spicy" one) very good, not too spicy for me, but I like spice, so... Second one I tried was, Ceviche De Aji Amarillo, this one is also amazing, less spicy but more silky smooth tasting. Service was professional, engaging, helpful and nice. This place might be my new favorite restaurant on the West Side. All & All ; A MUST visit and must haves are empanadas, ceviche for sure. Can't wait to return. Thank you, Mi Pisco !

CEVICHE MIXTO. The calamari a bit fishy today

A somewhat odd place to have a Peruvian restaurant but rent is probably much lower for them. Overall I really enjoy the vibe and the cuisine is fairly authentic. What I wish was for the seafood and the lamb shank we ordered to be less gamey or fishy... which other S.America places pull off. Maybe it was an off day on a Sunday morning. Price-wise I felt it was reasonable compared to other Peruvian places in the city... but this isn't value dining by any means. Empanadas were my favorite and were the highlight.

    LOMO SALTADO
    Stephanie S.

I really enjoyed the beef empanadas and the Lumo Salado was very tender and super flavorful. The yucca Frita was not my favorite thing I tried today. The restaurant was large, clean, with very friendly wait staff. Surprisingly not to busy at lunchtime today. I look forward to coming back to try some other dishes.

We finally made it here for dinner. They had live music which was a little loud for the small space but it was pleasant. The empanadas were amazing and the papa rellena was also good. They use the same sauce for both so I'd probably do another app next time. I really liked my chicken and vegetables. My husband had a pasta dish and the sauce was not something he would order again. My pisco punch was delicious. The staff was friendly. We will come back to try different dishes

Do they use soy oil or soy sauce?

Not in their Ceviche, in my view. The meat dishes I'm not sure but I do know they're really accommodating to customers needs. If you would have them leave it out, they would. good luck

Does Mi Pisco offer South American beverages and beers?

    They have Inca Cola.

They have one seasonal fish with the regular combination of calamari (sautéed to perfection, tender and tasty), scallops, all in a creamy rice base with little steamer clams presented in a semi-circle around the dish. A lovely shrimp, avocado, (mild) red onion salad on the side. How they got the red onions to taste like a crunchy "I'm-not-an-onion" salady thing is a mystery to me, and I cook! The…read morerestaurant is beautifully decorated, colorful, and unmistakably Peruvian the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere feels authentic, the space is immaculate, and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable. Easily 5 stars for the ambiance and overall presentation. For food, I ordered the Lomo Saltado Criollo. It wasn't your traditional lomo saltado, and I'm assuming adding the word "criollo" and changing the presentation is what justifies the nearly $30 price tag. That said, flavor-wise it was excellent. The seasoning was on point, the ingredients were well executed, and the presentation was beautiful. No complaints about the quality of the food itself. Unfortunately, the service was a different story. Upon arrival, I stood waiting for approximately 7-10 minutes before anyone assisted me. A kitchen employee repeatedly told me, "She's coming," so I assumed the server would be right over. During that time, other guests arrived after me and were also waiting. When the server finally came out, she acknowledged me by saying she'd be right with me, then proceeded to assist the guests who arrived after I did. They were only ordering drinks, but it was frustrating that she didn't take a moment to determine who had been waiting first. Once seated, service remained inconsistent. Another table that had arrived before me was still waiting to place their order, and since I was dining alone and trying to catch a flight out of PDX, I was concerned I'd be overlooked. Thankfully, the food came out quickly. However, throughout the rest of the meal, not once did my server check in to see if I needed anything. I had to flag down another employee for aji and later for my check. Coming from California, where I'm used to paying California prices, a quality lomo saltado typically runs between $22-$27 and is often accompanied by attentive service. I don't mind paying $30 for a plate when the food delivers, and this one certainly did. But for that price point, the service should match the quality coming out of the kitchen. Overall: excellent food, beautiful restaurant, disappointing service. If Casa Zoraya focused on improving attentiveness and guest experience, this would easily be a 5-star restaurant.

The anticuchos were perfectly seasoned and tender. The picky child (and the foodie tia) ate them up with a yummy stewed tomato dish on the side and a bite of fresh corn sliced from the cob.
