We had a good lunch here. This recently opened noodle and Thai tea is decorated nicely, clean, bright with welcoming vibe. We were greeted friendly and warmly. Pick(staff) recommend popular appetizers and ramens. We tried most of them! Fried oysters, chicken karake, gyoza, takoyaki (octopus) price range from $4.99-6.99 each plate. The Tonkutsu Ramen, Butter Corn Ramen, and Black garlic Ramen price range from $12.99-14.99 each. Big portion and very tasty. I also had Thai ice tea which was really good too. It's so good, had to come back again with a different friend. Ordered tan tan fire ramen, spicy (they also have burning level, which I will try next time!) and tofu vegetarian ramen with tofu. I had the noodles, but not the tea (yet). I made a pick up order for the classic ramen (with extra soft boiled egg) and gyoza. The interior of the restaurant transports you to another world. They kept the same layout as what Taiwan Bistro had. My order pick up was super easy. I have to say the ramen was good, but I was slightly more impressed with its packaging. Instead of getting 4 different containers, the solids rested on a plastic insert over the broth. It was super easy to assemble at home. Next time I think I might add more spice. The gyoza was mind blowing good, which I don't think I have ever been wowed by gyoza like that. I'm definitely going back to dine in when the wanderlust starts to creep in. read more

Just finished eating one of the best rice bowls I've had in a long while. The ambience is straight out of Japanese movies, clean well maintained awesome! Posted on the walls, youre asked to bus your own tables, self-service, so they can keep their prices low. Hot sauce, shichimi togarashi, water, etc all there. Service was very welcoming and polite. Lady offered water as I waited. Place has ambiance and is very clean. Menu has enough options for everyone, even a vegetarian ramen. Side dishes are plenty to choose from. Couple of rice and meat dishes. Opened only 8 weeks. Everyone needs to keep this eatery going. Great food at fair prices. No gouging here. You can also customize and build your own ramen. Ordered chicken teriyaki for take out. I must have ordered wrong because everyone is raving about the noodles. The chicken tasted old like it had been pre-cooked and covered in teriyaki sauce. The veggies were barely cooked at all and the rice was swimming in sauce. I wouldn't recommend this dish to anyone. If you try this place, stick to noodles and tea! read more

The food is absolutely delicious. I live very close by, and a flyer left at my home alerted me to the location. I had the chashu bowl and my friend had the classic ramen, and both were absolutely outstanding. The prices were affordable, with an average of $15 for a meal and $6 for an appetizer. Some bowls are more/less- the same with the appetizers- but generally that's about what you'll pay, and it won't pinch your wallet with overbloated pricing. I wish I could give this place ten stars! I'll definitely be returning, and I hope you decide to try this little amazing restaurant. read more

This place used to be a coffee shop, now it's a great little Japanese ramen restaurant. You order at a kiosk and they bring you your food. Seating is a bit limited, but they are well setup for take out. Prices are reasonable. Went there with the family and everything was very good. The gyoza were cooked perfectly, the Chashu bowl was very tasty, the chicken in the Karaage bowl was cooked perfectly and the black garlic ramen was fantastic. We also got Thai tea slushies that were a treat. Definitely going back soon. read more

I've lived in this neighborhood for almost half my life, yet this is the one thing it's always been missing, Noodle & Tea. Since coming back from my vacation in Japan last summer Ive been on the hunt for a good consistent ramen place. Stopped in about a month ago with my girlfriend. We were greeted by the sweetest lady who was super helpful and friendly. Place wasn't super busy but also wasn't dead a few groups. Lighting is amazing in there and makes me feel like I'm back traveling. The food is seriously some of the best ramen in this area if not Portland. Not only is the food amazing but also super affordable, especially for right now. Gyazo is only $5!!! Anywhere else in a 10 mile radius charges double, so it's definitely a good deal. And if ramen isn't your thing they have plenty of other options. Amazing selection of drinks, my favorite is the Thai ice tea.
