    DULCE DE LECHE PANCAKES
    Vanessa S.

Every weekend I try a new coffee spot and this spot has recently taken over my social media with their pancakes so of course I had to try them. I came with my sister and we had brunch here. Ambiance: The place is super cute and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was alright. The employees looked stressed. Coffee: My sister I and ordered iced lattes from their specialty menu. She had the iced caramel macchiato and I had the iced tiramisu. The coffee was a huge letdown. They had no flavor whatsoever. They tasted like pure milk. Not a fan. Food: We ordered a main dish which was the breakfast burrito that comes with a croqueta inside and of course the pancakes they are know for. The burrito was delicious and had such a good flavor profile. The dulce de leche pancakes were not good. I would not call these pancakes. They are more like a pound cake. Very dense, very dry even with syrup dropped on top. Overall this place is okay. Nothing out of this world. Definitely overhyped.

Loved our experience at Miam Cafe! The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. We got the Miami Pancakes and the Miami Sandwich, and both were amazing. The ambiance was cute and relaxing, and the service was phenomenal. Definitely a spot we'd come back to in Miami!

Nice small place. Not much character but coffee and salmon avacado toast were good. On the pricier side for the size of the portion though.

Honestly was disappointed. The food was more hyped on instagram then in person some prices were kinda expensive. The food wasn't that hot when i got it and the strawberry matcha has no flavor. the ambiance is pretty tho.

The food was delicious. Our server Kelly was attentive and nice. I got an eggs Benedict with salmon, Iberian burrito was delicious brings a croquette inside. Miam French toast was also divine. Our coffees were spectacular! Highly recommend this place!

It was all good. I just don't think anything was made in house. Staff was nice. it's a young staff, but friendly.

Miam cafe coral gables is good. service is fast for orders made on the spot. lots of delicious options for breakfast. prices are fare for the location. staff are friendly and very helpful. recommend the "Miam Pancakes" they were fluffy, filling and packed with amazing flavors. some of the lightest pancakes I've had. great spot.

One of my new fav places to grab yummy breakfast! I came for the infamous pancakes and boy did they deliver!! Ambience is super chill with music playing inside, we were able to sit down very fast too! Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. Food quality was 10/10, food took a little while to make but I promise, it's worth the wait!

I had a good experience here once before but now I am not coming back.... The food is definitely overpriced and the service is not very good. Two of my friends order empanadas and they were out of beef empanadas and only had one chicken empanada when they asked them to order a different flavor. When they did come, the empanadas were warm in one side and old in the other and the spinach empanada my friend settled for was not very good. My food the Benedict egg was good but I just don't feel is worth 18 dollars. Also it was super packed and we could barely hear each other, and it seemed like the AC was not working. I think next time we will take brunch somewhere else.

This place was cute but the chicken empanada was cold and I had to ask them to cook the bacon crispier. The food was okay I would rate the food a 6/10. The ambiance was nice. The service was okay but I think it could have been better.

Location is very small, we went at 11 am on a Monday and morning traffic seems to have dissipated . The pancakes were aesthetically good looking, very cute, but the flavor was meh. Could have had a bit more flavor to it. They are massive, so keep that in mind before ordering other items, or "sharing is caring" plays a vital decision hahahaha

    NUTELLA PANCAKES KitKat
    Vanessa S.

Small bistro style restaurant. The food was good I wouldn't say it's out of this world, but it's good. Is it worth the price on the menu? No. I would have to say that this place is pricey only because it's in the gables. The food does not match the price. The coffee is lacking, if you like your coffee bitter this place is for you, personally if I order a mocha coffee I expect it to be sweet, but it wasn't. I had to add four packets of sugar just to get it sweetish. The pancakes are very fluffy and taste good on their own. I tried the KitKat pancakes which were overloaded with Nutella and whipped cream. They are very yummy, but it has so much Nutella I wasn't even able to eat one whole pancake. The chicken sandwich was ok, it would have been better with less coleslaw. Do not try the tiramisu latte. It tastes like milk. It's not great. Maybe adjusting the ratio of milk to coffee to sugar will help the taste, but it wasn't great. The employees are nice and they are very helpful. Would I go back, no. If they fix the coffee, maybe.

My husband ordered the Basic Omelette with ham, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and they absolutely loaded it with veggies. It was packed with flavor and very satisfying! I ordered the churrasco gyro and it was delicious! Generous portions of meat, fresh veggies, and plenty of tzatziki. The salads were also surprisingly good with just the right amount of dressing. A few disappointments: the potatoes are fried rather than roasted, there's no gluten-free bread option, and they don't offer decaf coffee. Overall though, the food was flavorful, filling, and worth trying if you're looking for hearty breakfast/brunch portions! We will be back.

Chug's is the kind of place that screams comfort for food. There is nothing fancy here. Just beautiful, indoor and outdoor seating in a diner type atmosphere with excellent food and even better service. I must admit that, even in major cities like New York and Miami the parking gods smile on me. As is strangely usual for me, as I drove up to the restaurant on a busy Sunday morning, someone pulled out only steps away from my destination, leaving me a space to pull into. Walked up to the restaurant since they do not take reservations on Sunday mornings and put my name in. I was informed of the wait, which was not a problem because it was a beautiful day to walk around. I peruse the neighborhood, seeing other lovely restaurants and shops before being informed that my table was ready quite quickly. It was a gorgeous day to sit outside, but the first table that opened up was indoors, and it was kind of nice to enjoy the ambience of an old style diner. Perused the menu, which was quite nice, but told I could only order from the brunch menu, which was a little bit restrictive. We ordered La Completa with smoked salmon, a pancake with Nutella and bananas, and a milkshake and french fries for dipping pleasure. Everything was excellent. Service was over the top good. Really enjoyed it and will be back. I always feel I have to explain why I leave four stars instead of five at a restaurant that I love. In this case it is specifically because there was nothing creative about the pancake. They start with an exquisite preparation, but do nothing to make it extraordinary. For example, served with fruit compote and nuts or ice cream and sliced fruit or any other creative arrangement could really elevate the dish, making it both picture worthy and enticing to return to try more options. Despite that minor criticism, I really love this place and will be back and even try other meals here. Oh and don't forget to hold my parking space.

What's the deal with breakfast places that don't believe in breakfast?…read more The restaurant looks great. Beautiful lighting, stylish design, gorgeous bathrooms. You walk in and think, Wow, this place has it together. That feeling lasts until you sit down. It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to greet us. Not busy ignoring us--just slowly realizing we existed. No water. No hello. Just eye contact from across the room like, I'll get to you eventually. I order French toast. Very simple. A classic. Bread. Heat. That's it. I get my omelette--poorly prepared--and a latke that somehow managed to be raw in the middle. Not undercooked. Raw. Like the potato was still considering a career change. I finish my entire meal. Table is completely empty. Done. Finished. Closure. And then... the French toast arrives. Now here's where it gets interesting. I say, "Oh, I think this was forgotten." And the waiter says, "No, that's dessert." Dessert. At breakfast. Who is ordering dessert for breakfast? What kind of confidence do you need to say that out loud? And if it's dessert, why wasn't it suggested as dessert? Why wasn't the table cleared? Why does it feel like the French toast just wandered out here on its own? Then we argue about it. I don't want to argue about French toast. That's not where I thought my day was headed. This place feels like a design firm said, "Let's absolutely nail the vibe... and then just see what happens with the food." Save your money. Save your time. If you want ambiance, go in, admire the lighting, use the bathroom, and leave. If you want breakfast, go somewhere that agrees with the concept of breakfast. Because right now, Sadelle's is serving confusion--with a side of toast.
