Well, after being convinced to write a good review, I literally got scammed. I'm in the middle of dealing with the Federal Trade Commission. I overpaid for a Bentley however I was offered extremely high trade in so it was a wash you wanted me to get something for the car, I trusted the process bought the car a very high price, trusting the process and everything and of course he screwed me and said nope I'm not doing it cause of this and ignore me throughout the process as soon as you give them your money they completely change. They are on the ball calling to make a sale you go weeks on and you can't get a call back just for basic things about plates and things like that which were a month late by the way I just said basic questions wouldn't get back to me. The only thing this guy is good at his lying and making excuses, Blake's a flake, great ring to it and everything. They will sell you a beautiful DAMAGED CAR that they do not have the title to! They WILL take your trade and NOT pay it off!!! They have my husband's trade on their website for sale and they do not have the title to it because it is still owned by the bank!!!! The 2016 Corvette Stingray black on black is still titled and in my husband's name!!!!! Don't try to buy it because they do not have a title. Beware of these guys. I bought a Ferrari from 3,000 miles away. Casey and Blake were very helpful prior to and during the sale. Casey the salesman did provide videos of the purchase and transport but never answered or provided solutions to my serious questions concerning the car's 7 owners and lack of service records. Blake, one of the owners with whom I had exchanged multiple phone calls completely ghosted me after the sale. Neither, Blake or Casey would answer or return my phone calls requesting the vehicle's owner's certificate. I've never understood why? I had shown both patience and understanding during the entire process. I was straight up with them making a $92,000.00 purchase and paying another $1,500.00 for transport. I had no choice but to by-pass both men, contacting Al Torres in their finance department. He promptly Fed-Exed the car's owner's certificate. My plan in the next one or two years is to purchase a second Ferrari. When that day comes I will not be buying my second Ferrari from Miami Auto Broker. Been looking to buy a new vehicle for my daughter. She is driving one now so I'm not in a hurry to make a deal tomorrow. Had done a lot of research on several brands and models and had picked 1 model each on 4 brands [Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and Nissan]. All offer nice entry level vehicles with good safety features. Then comes the time for dealing with South Florida dealerships who never talk straight, want to keep you in their dealer for 4 hours breaking you down until you say yes to all their ignorant fees, trying to find out what deal you got from your bank on the pre-approved loan so they could get you a better "deal" on the pre-qualified loan the bank you have been working with gave you before you showed up, etc. Two dealers wont even discuss out the door prices over the phone. Some of them wanted me to drive 2 hours one way to offer me the best deal. Have walked out of 4 dealers last month within 30 mins of being there, after the reneged on the offer made and accepted over the phone. I was very adamant that even though I understand the dealer has to make a profit, there is a reason why dealer owners all have private jets. I was not going to pay for all the fees they want to tack on [dealer add-ons, protection package, 3M protection, window tint, advertising fee, cash up change, cost of compliance, pre-inspection fee, to name a few that were presented to me at the dealerships for a new car NOT counting dealer fee, document preparation fees and government fees that were double of what government charges and to end taxes {which we have to pay and are straight forward}].I decided to get a broker to do the negotiating for me. I know what prices are fair for the vehicles I was looking for. Did a lot of research on these brokers, found one in Miami and one in California. The one in California -which had the highest reviews and said they deal all over the country-never returned my emails or phone calls. The one in Miami called me the same day I emailed them. My point of contact there was Noah. He was professional. I told them what I wanted and to see what price he could get me. Within 24 hours he got a car on the west coast of Florida for me. He told me that no one in Miami was budging on the prices of their cars and that pries were ridiculous [My experience at 4 dealerships]. The price was good but dealer was not coming down to the price I was looking for. I also had to fly to Tampa to make sure I was getting what I was paying for and drive the car up [or have it delivered at a cost of $500 to Miami]. We decide not to go with this deal as we were going on 10 day vacation 48 hrs after we got the price. We will call Noah very soon to resume the search. I recommend him 100%. read more

Bought a S550 Mercedes from Al who is a good honest sounding prior Army dude. Told me the car was perfect, that they inspect all their cars before they are sold. Upon arrival to Quantico, VA I drove the car from a delivery point home and noticed it pulled to the side. Upon arrival home I I inspected the tires and wires where showing on the front right tire. I contact Al, sent him photos and he said he would fix it. He made arrangements are a local service station and said he would send me a replacement tire and have the car alignment done. Well, the tire didn't match after I sent him what tire it was and the tire he sent was used in poor condition. Now I have to buy a new tire and have it installed. I just hope there are no underlying issues since they don't inspect their vehicles and are only out to sell. Be careful buying from here and don't do it from long distance. $40,000 mistakes hurt. Stay far away from this place!! I was sold a very pretty piece of garbage!! The car was a nightmare as soon as I took ownership of it!! Every major disaster that a vehicle can suffer has been experienced. I have owned this car for two years over which time I have been able to operate it approximately 50% of the time! The transmission blew immediately... Air conditioning soon after... The suspension system has failed from the beginning and has yet to be resolved. PLEASE read the reviews and take heed of other customers experiences. There is absolutely no resolution for this garbage car and Al has been completely useless! I would say that when my mechanic... Picked out a beautiful SUV online and put a down payment on it. Came in a few days later to purchase the vehicle and we needed financing which had been disclosed. They offered it but they were all thumbs. We then sought our own financing and kept MAB apprised of every step. Long story short, they knew we were approved at 10:30 a.m and the closing was at 2:30 at a nearby bank to their location. There had been zero preparation on MAB's part for the closing and we were met in the banks' parking lot at 5:05 where we exchanged check for title. The bank had closed but allowed me to put the odometer statement MAB needed to sign in the nightdrop. It took over 48 hours to finalize the purchase. I purchase a 2012 Porsche Panamera and a 2012 Range Rover from Blake, their sales rep [cash]... At first I was only going to purchase the Range Rover up because they were such great salesman, I really felt like I was getting a great deal the Range Rover so I went ahead and moved forward on getting a second vehicle with them to try to get a better price on both vehicles. No less than one week after taking both vehicles off the lot, both vehicles began to have immediate issues costing in excess of $8,000 for the Porsche and $3,000 for the Range. Of course the dealer would not help me with any expenses whatsoever so I took it to a nearby shop. They told me that both vehicles had the mileage backed up to make them appear newer than they actually were. I couldn't believe it so I took them to the actual dealerships of Porsche and Land Rover, they confirmed this information and said there is even maintenance reports of the vehicles with higher mileage than what it currently was reading. This car dealership is a total scam. Of course you're probably thinking why didn't you run a carfax? When I suggested that to Blake he said no worries we have one printed for you already he handed me a Carfax for both vehicles. What a total joke because the Rover showed as though it had never been in an accident, and if you run that Rover right now it shows that it was in an accident before I purchased it. I 100% would never have purchased this vehicle had I known it was in an accident. Both cars are worth less than 50% of what I paid due to the back to mileage and the accident the Rover was in. I was trying to buy a Lamborghini Gallardo from this company and I was speaking with Justin and initially Blake one of the owners. Because it is a high-end car I wanted to have a reputable Lamborghini dealership look over the car in detail at a cost to me of $700. They barked and complained about how The Lamborghini dealership would try to sell me one of their cars or they will destroy the car and not pay for any repairs. They insisted that I take it to an auto mechanic that they know that was not an authorized Lamborghini repair facility, I told him I did not feel comfortable with that and that was the end of the negotiation. this was a flashing red light to me that this dealership has something to hide, I've never bought a car from a dealership where they would not let you take it to an auto mechanic that is authorized to work on the cars. I purchased an E550 Convertible from them in January of 2017. Blake was very attentive, returned every email and phone call before I purchased the car. I live 3,000 miles away so I had to wire the money and wait for them to ship the car. Once they got their money, progress moved at glacial speed. After a couple weeks of slow moving on their part and with calling/emailing on my part, I received delivery of the car. I'm pretty tolerant of slow response time, but here are the reasons for the 1 star. First of all, I asked Blake specifically if any of the wheels had any curb-rash. Blake spoke to me as he was looking at the car and said "No, the car is in beautiful condition. I almost bought it for my fiancé". When the car arrived, it did have curb-rash on the two front wheels. Secondly, and most importantly, the car arrived with only one key. I spoke with them multiple times about this. They first told me that it did have a 2nd key and they would mail it. After waiting, I called/emailed multiple times and was ultimately told that the 2nd key did not exist and that I would be responsible for buying my own key. The key is only $338 but I would've expected them to purchase that for me since they had told me that the car DID have a second key and I can only assume that they lost it. When I told them I expected them to pay for the second key, they told me that they only need to provide one key and I needed to purchase the other key. In other words "Go F#(& yourself". They may be okay to purchase through if you purchase in the traditional sense. i.e. Go to their business, inspect thoroughly and don't give them any money until you're 100% satisfied. If you're purchasing from afar and expecting delivery, forget it. They lived up to every used car salesman stereotype. read more

LAST PLACE ON EARTH I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR! This place turned my life upside down since buying a car from here! Non stop mechanical issues, found evidence of tampering with the electrical prior to the sale of the car and found evidence of a preexisting transmission issue by the warranty company. I was told by the warranty company that the transmission was recently taken down and that several parts were changed. The dealership told us the car was in PERFECT condition and that the previous owners took meticulous care of the car. Thousands of dollars in repair costs and rental car costs, I can tell you with absolute certainty, the previous owners treated the car like crap! Miami Auto Brokers just clean up the OUTSIDE of the car AND CLEAN under the hood to give you the impression the car is in excellent condition. They are nothing short of con artists! read more
