I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at the Miami Grill located at 619 State Road 7, Margate, Florida. When I entered the restaurant, I intended to place an order. There was no cashier at the front counter, and the only cashier available was working the drive-thru and assisting another customer. Meanwhile, the manager, a Hispanic female, was engaged in a conversation with a white male customer seated in the dining area instead of assisting customers waiting to order. While waiting, I used the restroom. While I was inside, the manager began banging loudly on the restroom door and repeatedly told me to "get out." When I exited, I calmly asked what the problem was. She stated that I had been in the restroom "too long," claiming it had been 20 minutes. I then approached the drive-thru cashier and asked if she could take my order. The cashier informed me that she could not because the manager had instructed her not to serve me, and she stated that the surveillance cameras would confirm this. What made the situation even more upsetting was that the manager discussed the situation with the same white male customer. After hearing her comments, he became confrontational toward me, telling me to turn around because he was going to put me on TikTok. No customer should ever be placed in a situation where a manager involves another patron in a dispute or creates an environment that encourages harassment. I visited this restaurant simply intending to purchase a meal, yet I was treated with disrespect, denied service, and publicly embarrassed. I believe this incident reflects poor customer service, unprofessional management, and a failure to de-escalate a situation appropriately. I respectfully request that Miami Grill's corporate office review the surveillance footage, speak with the employees who were present, and address this matter appropriately so that no other customer has a similar experience. read more

Ordered Uber eats to work for myself and a coworker. The service was quick and was delivered earlier than expected However the food was disappointing. The seasoned fries were cold, rubbery, and lacked flavor. I had a Philly cheese steak. The bread was very stale. There was way more bread than meat on the sandwich. Ummm...all I can say is this food was a party in my mouth. I haven't had food from Miami Grill in years. The one in Georgia went out of business years ago. I miss that spot. Back then it was called Miami Subs. I ordered the grilled chicken wings with the chipotle bbq sauce and it was whole lot of YES! I also ordered the Caesar salad. All of it hit the spot. So far I've Been here more than 5 times and its always great service, good food and very clean dining area. My only regret is not visiting sooner! So many seating options and very open space. This location, the staff are friendly and very pleasant. Food is really good. I've tried the gyros, seafood options, the burgers and no complaints! Food is always super hot and yumm! I love that they serve Nathan's French fries and that they have the soda machine with the diy variety. I recommend going in and ordering, as it can take a few minute longer than your average fast food drive thru but don't confuse it. This food taste much better than any fast food placer ive ever been. Its probably why they take a few minutes longer. You can see into the kitchen as your ordering or you can even sit at the bar table top area where u can look directly into the kitchen or watch a giant tv. We used to frequent this chain when it was in another location and I was glad it's back, however I got to try it tonight and wasn't impressed. I went through the drive-thru since we had a dog with us, but from what I could see it was really clean and nicely decorated inside. The service was average. I tried to order 10 wings only, but that was only allowed "tomorrow" and tonight I had to get the platter, so I did. It was nicely packaged with fries, 3 celery strings, blue cheese, bbq sauce and napkins. Overall pretty gross though. The fries were probably the best but were soggy. That may have been a result of a 5-minute drive home though. The wings were a joke. They were the size of a ketchup packet and somehow they were all mainly skin. There was no meat, and really didn't taste great. The whole meal left me still hungry. They offer a 5 piece which must be hilarious. The 10 was unsatisfying. I'd say go for the 20 just to get more full but you're wasting your time anyways. Their krispy wings might be breaded and filling, but if it's the same chicken you'll be disappointed that there's no meat on them. We also got a strawberry shake which was OK. It was very runny like the consistency of water. (We didn't let it melt, that was just how it was served). It tasted OK but for $5 wasn't satisfying. For everyone's sake hopefully tonight's wings were a fluke, but I won't try them again to know. There's so many places with better wings out there. They should purchase higher quality wings for sure. The lady then asked me three times if I want the phily cheesestake combo with the drink and I said no, no drink, just the cheesesteak. It was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! They are considered a fast food joint but the food is top quality. The philly was dripping with juice and cheese. There was so much meat I couldn't even finish. Location just opened within the last month. It was an Arby's restaurant and took almost two full years to complete the rebuild. Across from Denny's. Wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich to go. The chicken was a precooked chicken breast with grilled marks like those purchased in frozen section of Walmart from Tyson food. It was rubbery and tasted like microwave food. Bun also appeared cheap store kaiser roll. Nothing fresh or exciting ! We sent them an email to discuss our disappointment and they failed to even respond. Poor business attitude and effort.
