He was even able to sneak in an upsell for smothered mushrooms on my 16-year-old daughter and my 60-year-old dad's steak. It really felt like he was picking on the people he knew he could just add things onto and we wouldn't notice until the bill arrived, which was very tacky. The service itself was extremely slow. We had to wait 20 minutes to put in our order and at least 10 minutes to request refills or additional beverages. The food was subpar at best. The ribs were dry and the steak was extremely flimsy - yet tender. The baked potato was the best thing that we ate the entire night. All the kids left the majority of their food. My parents were not impressed, and the ambience itself was just low class. We won't be coming here again. There's nothing that would attract us to returning.
