Came here on two different days with two different cars. I came here yesterday with my car got the basic wash for 17 dollars. They did as promised, washed and vacuumed, cleaned the cup holders and what not but I asked them to clean the glove compartment which they forgot. It's also supposed to come with a sent of your choice, they didn't offer it to me but it wasn't a big deal since I bought a bottle of scent bomb from inside. I noticed there was still spots in the hood of my car not the biggest deal but still kinda annoying. Second day (today) I brought my bf's car in for him. It was super dirty to be honest so I tried to get the most expensive wash. They said they can't shampoo since we don't have floor mats so we opted for the second option the "vip" we asked specifically to have the trunk vacuumed which they forgot to do. The car was greasy and reeked of armoral. They used way too much. The doors were still dirty and could've been cleaned if they just vacuumed properly. It was a pretty annoying situation considering that we just wanted to have our cars squeaky clean and instead we paid $50 to have do the finishing details ourselves. They did give us a stamp card if you get a certain amount of washes you get one free. The guy at the desk didn't give me one yesterday but the guy at the desk today did he was nice enough to stamp it twice for us. But I doubt I'll be using their service again. read more

I just had my car wash there and upon seeing my sideview mirror facing the wrong way when I drove away, I stopped and went out the other side to open the door and as I opened the door I saw the casing was snapped broken. I went back to have them take a look at it and they denied any wrongdoing claiming it was broken; I had just open the door before coming to get the carwash and it was not broken. I will have my lawyer friend take this to small claims. See what happens. Needless to say I will never ho back to this place. read more

2 major complaints: Don't bother with getting your car detailed here. Their idea of detailing is leaving your car with a dirty window and with leftover dirt on your interior. I doubt you'll agree this is anything liken to a "car detail" - more like a really terrible car wash. Second, if you have any issues, don't expect them to be resolved. You will be met with resistance, and you will not leave a happy customer. My challenges: After telling my my car was ready within 20 minutes, I asked "really, a full detail?". The worker quickly realized the mistake, which I did not sweat, and left to spend another 10-15 minutes on my car. Total wash and detail time on my car was 35 minutes -unheard of, and that's probably why they did such a poor and sloppy job. Also, the "unlock this offer" free air freshener with your purchase of $25 dollars or more" was not honored, and neither the service manager or woman at the front desk knew anything about it. In fact, this comes after being challenged that it wasn't their car wash, and/or location--wrong. I literally had to pull out my phone to show them the Yelp advertisement for which they said nothing. Absolutely poor communication and customer service and at quality workmanship rates. Take your business elsewhere. read more

So disappointed in the service...after the wash my windows are still dirty, the dash board is still dirty, all the panels still dirty and to top it off now my car smells like they popped off a fart bomb. Hahahahahha what a joke. Went to get my truck washed today seats and carpets cleaned. The guy says he doesn't know if he can get the stains out because they are too old lol I asked him if he uses a steam cleaner and he said no..only a brush and water. This is a professional auto detailer?? Then I told him the stains are not too old I just got my car seats washed 6 months ago. I go on alot of road trips so they get dirty from food and stuff. He just judged me because my car was older 2006. I then asked if I would have to lay if he couldn't get the stains out and he said yes. Lol and he's like if you don't want to don't. Idk what to tell you. I can literally get these stains out with dollar store cleaner and a handheld Bissell I just didn't want to do it myself because I have a disability but I have in the past he's acting like it's rocket science. I'd give it a zero....I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET MY CAR AFTER PAYING FOR IT !!!!! They damaged my car . Power washed the paint right off of it and then claimed it was existing. When I asked what they would do about it the owner ( I assume) , said " Nothing." I paid $165 for a detail that was little more than a deluxe wash. Dirt streaks still on the car, the carpet wasn't clean enough, trim not polished,and now damage. When I said I'd call my credit card company the owner refused to give me my key , even though I had already paid, and said I had to bring cash back to him to get my car! I called the police, the owner came out again about 10 minutes later and said " If you calm down I'll give you your car." WTF????????? DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP. read more

Always seems to be full! Its a good sign, I suppose, and its rare now to get a 100% hand wash for $12, but their lot is so small! Thats why the cars seemed packed. They are pretty quick and efficient but what bugs me is that when their lot os full they sometimes (as they did last time to mine!) dry cars close to the water that is being sprayed and my car has ended up with little water spots on the back bumper from it. Especially if its windy, I would see the poor guy drying my car, dry the same spot over and over again... I still would go there, since its close to home, and they DO a good job, but had to take stars of for wait and water being sprayed on my car. read more

Don't waste your time here's it's really not worth the money. They use the same towels for every car and clean the inside of your car with those same towels used to hand dry the outside of your car. After my "VIP" wash the inside of my leather seated car smells like dirty wet towels. read more

I take my Ford Explorer to Miami's Auto Detailing all the time. They always do a great job. You almost get a "mini" detail for the price of a car wash. Then again, my truck is never that dirty. I bought my daughter a used Chevy Cobalt. The dealership did a piss poor job detailing it, so I took it to Miami's and now the car looks new. My only draw back is they take all day to detail your car. read more

Wow my vehicle always looks nice after going here. FULL HAND CAR WASH The clean and polish the rims, hand wash the car, and even apply tire dressing & rubber dressing on the outside. About the only thing they don't do with their standard wash is armorall the inside - tho they do a great job of cleaning it, and making it look good. But, you get a great wash for around 12 bux! I am sure you could add a couple dollars to your bill, and get the inside armoralled - I know most car washes that charge 20+ dollars include that. So, you would probably still be under the 20 dollar mark - guess I should really look into it. Service here is really good - and everyone is very friendly. They also have a full detail shop - which does superior work. If you live in the area - give this place a try - you will be suprised how much your ride shines! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I went here for the first time and I purchase the platinum wash and my goodness the application of the armor all was inconsistent. Some spots were shiny some were not. There was still crumbs on the seat as if they did not vacuum. I ended up wiping down the Interior myself because of a poor job done by this car wash. I can just imagine how terrible an actual detail will be. I will never visit this place again. read more

Miami's generally provides a great service and most of the time they are... Well... Timely. This review is in response to dropping a car off for an interior servicing. They said the car would be ready by close of business Thursday. I showed up Friday @9am, and they had just started the interior detailing claiming it wouldn't be ready until noon Friday (before Memorial Day weekend). I said we needed the car ASAP, and noon would not do. Magically their finish time changed from noon to 10:30am. Shady dealings if you ask me. Absolutely will not pay for full price clean due to the inconvenience. Moral of this story: Do not rely on Miami's to keep a deadline that is critical to you. A quick hand wash usually never fails, but anything else is up in the air. read more

Dropped off my truck today to get the top of the line detail that they offer (200$ package) My truck was in dire condition, they definitely brought it back to life, got every nook and cranny Got rid of a few interior stains that I thought were stuck there, brought a glossy shine back to the exterior, almost looks new Couldn't be more impressed took about 4.5 hours, which is what they said it would take Will definitely be back, They even gave me a ride home ( I am local) read more

1st time going to miami's - NEVER AGAIN! paid $50+$10 tip for hand wax in which it took the guy maybe 20 minutes....What? really? then there were these spots from tree sap on the roof of the car....the guy said well next time tell the guy to use a buffer (during wash) and to use clay.' I came home and cleaned off the tree saps by myself - a rag and cleaner...poof spots were gone! Also....while sitting there outside I see that not one guy wipes the carriage on bottom---I saw two cars with water still on it..and then they called for the owner to take their car. I got the Deluxe Detail today which includes the clay treatment to get rid of the accumulated road gunk that a regular wash & wax doesn't touch. They did a great job! In fact, my car is so clean now I can see how badly it needs a new paint job. They also did an excellent job detailing the interior. Carpets and mats are spotless. I requested a leather conditioner to clean the seats instead of armor-all, and they were happy to oblige. They also managed to remove the hard water spots from my windows, which I've been unsuccessful at doing myself. As others have mentioned, they do take a long time to do the detail, but the quality of the job is evident, so it's worth the wait. And they will drop you off at your home if you're local. read more

love going here to get my car cleaned but i have one major complaint about the etiquette giving by the owner or manager that works at the desk. while we we're paying the man stared directly at my boobs. even though he knew I saw him looking, he avoided making any eye contact and kept staring at my boobs the whole time we payed. while we waited for our car to be cleaned he walked outside to talk to a fellow worker and on his walk he kept passing by us to look at my boobs so much that me and my boyfriend had to stare him down and cover my boobs to get him to stop. read more

So disappointed been going their for a while never had a problem . Until now a couple of weeks a go I got there a little late 4:30 but the guy that gives you the ticket said I was the last car. Hence my car not done property but because I've going there for a while and never had a problem with them not doing my car right my rims not wiped and other items. Now I went on the 6/2/18 I take care of my car keep it clean most of the time my backseat is rarely used so not much to vacuum. I had either parked under a tree and a very small amount here and their nothing that would break them to wipe down for a regular customer and a good tipping one at that. To handle I Went back yes I left again. I know but was so dissatisfied with the Ticket Guys answer. I guess Customer Service is not their priority. My husband and I never have a problem taking our cars here for a good cleaning every other week or especially after a weekend get away. What's nice about this spot is that they hand wash your car. We always get the VIP Package and it's worth every penny!!! Even the most basic package is a good deal as well. They always do a good job cleaning the inside and outside of our cars, whether it be my husbands beater work car, his truck or my car. Trust me, with our weekly trips to the beach and other adventures, our cars can get pretty crazy in the inside with sand and other misc debris. They work wonder's on my husband's everyday car, which reeks of tools, BO, demolition and other interesting smells from the work week. Lot's of people complain about the guys not cleaning their car "good enough". Maybe stop being dicks to the employees and they'll hook it up and put a little extra tlc. We always see people talk down to the guys and bark commands at them which is totally messed up. "Do that, do this, wtf is this, wtf is that?" And they wonder why they get crappy service. We don't drive fancy cars and we don't make as much as some of the people who take the nicer cars here, but we make sure to give each of the guys working on our cars a good tip and even offer them water because they work hard all day under the sun. We never see any of the employee's just posted standing around or on their phones. FYI: The air fresheners are free, you just need to ask for the scent or tell them before you hand them the keys. They don't offer it anymore because a lot of people were complaining about allergies. read more

Great work! I get my car washed here every couple of weeks and it always comes out spotless! I also got the windows tinted on my 2017 Camry and they came out amazing! I was very nervous for the tint because I've had a different shop leave bubbles on my old car and they had refused to fix it but I could not find one issue on this tint. The manager assured me that if I found one thing wrong, they would redo it no questions asked. The tint looked so great that a friend of mine went down and got his done too. read more

This business is no longer what it used to be. Cecilio the man claiming to be the manager told me no he wasn't going to clean my car when I showed him the missed areas after my car wash. I was in for a wax and he told me he wasn't going to wax it just to leave like he didn't want my business. The lady at the desk was nice but the owner wasn't in yet to manage the lack of service and disrespect this man was giving to customers. There were other customers exhibiting his behavior and agreed in disbelief the way he talked to me. It took them over two hours and the car was left with bugs and dust in the interior. Very happy with the wash. My car was filthy from a road trip and they did a great job. They even power washed my floor mats, they were so dirty! I was taking it to the drive through car wash on 7th, but had to stop when I found out that it actually chipped my paint and put fine scratches on my hood! That car wash is was too harsh.
