Seven years? Update! Still my favorite Asian restaurant in town. We have multiple favorites so it's always easy to get something different. Glenda loved the sizzling shrimp or chicken. The sweet and spicy fish would be her next pick. I go for the spicy noodle soup or the curry Mei fun. The lo mein or the curry chicken are solid picks. Their newest dish is beef stew with rice or noodles. Mian is your place for some good Asian food!

We stopped in for lunch on Saturday and were pleased with the bistro. The food was fresh and tasty. The servings were very generous. While the place was practically empty, our 2 dishes came out several minutes apart. Overall we plan to enjoy this place more often, whether in person or take out.

This is THE BEST Asian food on this side of Texas, I swear. The hardest part of moving to Abilene for me was the lack of food diversity, all I wanted was some quality fried rice. This is DELICIOUS!! Thank god for these people and their knowledge of flavor. Service was great, they're so fast. I went at lunch time and got to-go, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Obsessed, I will be back!! (Maybe tomorrow lol)

Food was very good and the staff was nice. It reminds me of the west coast Asian places that are clean but sparsely furnished. I got the impression that they cater more to the to go crowd since you order at the counter and food is served in plastic to go containers. They do have a dozen or so tables for dining. Regardless, the food was very good. I had the beef and noodle summer special ordered somewhat spicy and that was exactly what I got. Ingredients seemed fresh. If you are looking for a good no frills Asian meal, this works well.

Highly disappointed in this place. The dish was for sure not fresh nor did it have fresh ingredients. The egg had the weirdest texture. I had high hopes with all of the good reviews but unfortunately it's expected not to find any good quality ethnic food in a small town. The egg rolls were good. But $3.50 for 2 tiny rolls.

The broccoli beef was mediocre. Plenty of it, but it had very little flavor. The cream cheese wontons were way to heavy with onion.

They are super busy so nothing but fresh food come out your way. The crab rangoons were super fresh and well made. The sesame balls were great and steamy! The lady on the phone said it would take an hour while it had been over an hour so I called the store she said let me call. The driver awaited called back and said what's going on. She said he should be there so I go to look outside. He's not there so I called back in the phone was busy and I kept trying to call back. My sister kept trying to call back and the phone stayed busy till they closed so I'm assuming they took it off the hook which was Wrong. I said to her before all this happened. My food's gonna be cold She said no it's not needless to say all the food was cold. We had no way to call back to try to figure this out or get any kind of refund. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude. Needless to say it took an hour and 45 minutes I did give them the new address cause they had the old address and when I did call and ask where my driver was, I repeated the address again. She repeated it back, but I will never ever die there again the little panda on Judge you are a lot nicer professional I will treat you like that. We could've made this right and we wouldn't be doing a review right now but instead of making it right you decided to ignore it and take the phone off the hook bad business and the other little panda on Judge Ely is not affiliated with them at all. They are separately owned.

Most Chinese buffets I've tried have the same standard food with a few t new things here and there or without a few things others have, and golden chop sticks has a great variety with everything I'd want on a Chinese buffet. I can't think of one thing I've seen at other places they don't have and they have some extras like sushi and hibachi. The Chinese food is all good and of course some are hit and miss or I just don't like them in general. The food usually seems fresh when I've been between 11a-2p for lunch. The sushi is like every single Chinese buffet or grocery store sushi. It's basic and I wouldn't go there just for it but I do love that they have it and always get a few pieces but it's not going to be the same quality as a sushi restaurant. The general Chinese food options are always hot, fresh, and good. I've been to some Chinese restaurants that are a la carte and the standard there is higher because it's quality over quantity. As far as buffets go this is one of my favorites. I'm giving it 5 stars because they deserve to be higher than a 3 but in reality I'd say a solid 4 stars for a buffet. It hits the typical marks and then some. I think a solid 5 star Chinese buffet place would be hard to find. This is by far the best Chinese buffet in and around Abilene and beats out a lot of places I've tried in bigger cities. Also it's very spacious for large parties. The service has always been friendly and they've kept my drink full. At a buffet there's only so much I expect from the wait staff and that's about it. If you're looking for Chinese food in Abilene this is the best I've found buffet wise.
