Found Technical Heating because they installed the boilers I was interested in (Biasi and Buderus). Did some research and got a few quotes. Met Robert on a Tuesday and we discussed a few options. I heat with oil and I needed heat and hot water. Robert was very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He gave me a fair quote and his crew was available that Friday. His company showed up 25 minutes early. I was happy about that. Basically three guys in three hours giving me three zones. Friendly and professional guys. Place was likely cleaner after they left. They tested everything after the install and everything looked great. Smaller unit. Nice water tank. Quieter burner. Very modern looking. I'll try to add some pictures to my review this week. After paying $500 to him, He wants to charge us again to fix the issue that his company left us. We had heat in our home before the repair. After workers from M&M Precision Plumbing came to our home we have no heat. The repair cost us $500 and the owner Max wants to charge us more money to come fix the issue that his company caused. We have had other Plumbing companies inspect our issue to determine the cause was a Direct result of M&M not bleeding my valves properly leaving my pipes air locked. Max (the owner) was supposed to come fix this issue over a weekend, but has ignored phone calls and never showed up to our house. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. Save your money and look for a more reliable company that you won't need to take to Small Claims Court!

I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly.
