He listened to all of my concerns and questions about corrective surgery and answered them very thoroughly. I also liked the fact that he did not try to sell me on additional procedures that weren't medically necessary but when asked about the procedures, he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision that was led by me with no pressure. Prior to surgery, he explained what would occur and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. He was very thorough with preparing me on what to expect. On the day of surgery, he and his staff again made sure I was comfortable and during surgery Dr. Conger made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Post surgery he called to check on me and I also had access to an on call physician 24/7. I am so pleased with the results of the surgery. I didn't realize how much my vision was obscured by my drooping eyelids until I looked out my front door and could see the mountains. Prior to that I used to look up to see them.
