Doctor Law does not adequately manage his staff and they have been allowed to input false and derogatory statements into my medical records. The false statements records are then seen by other health care providers, jeopardizing the quality of the health care that I receive. I noticed this misinformation was included AFTER I complained that one of this doctor's PA's informed me several times that they only allow 15 minutes for each visit, regardless of the fact that I had informed their office of multiple medical issues when making the appointment. I notified Dr. Law of the misinformation and asked for resolution. I also spoke with Saint Joseph Heritage Medical Group customer experience about the issue. I have not received adequate resolution to date. My understanding, from review of HIPAA requirements, is that this office is REQUIRED to provide ACCURATE medical records. Also, they are required to include notes in the existing records if inaccuracies are discovered. Neither of these measures have been provided to date. Unfortunately, my next step will be to file formal complaints with HIPAA and the California Dept. of Managed Health Care.

I have to check my map 3 times to find where the building was located, also looking at the directional movement of the sun to find my heading (hint: the building is east!). Voila, the building was right in between number 110, and 108, hidden by the staircase and trees. Stepping in, the decor was as expected from the outside as it is in the interior, however, the room did smell nice. I noticed that the office staff had mechanical keyboards and expensive gaming mouses. Cool, I thought. Having owned both as well, it is a godsend for graduate school, research and teaching academic classes online. The assistant got my vitals and was nice. Anna, the receptionist was pleasant throughout and had a rosy demeanor. The man himself, Dr. Kayaleh was a very charismatic physician who has excellent communication skills. He listened to my background, performed heart auscultations as well as listened to my lungs for any signs of asthma along with a visual examination of my throat. He palpated my abdomen for any signs of distension. Again, he was very cheery throughout. After listening to my life, he was very accommodating in terms of setting up appointments considering my circumstances and even recommended what I should do. Walking out of the office, I was blown away by the customer service shown at a healthcare facility which is not at all common, especially from the exterior appearance of where it is located. My mother, a long-term patient of Dr. Babu, spoke to him about my situation and my need to see him. Before she could explain what insurance I had, he said to her, your son needs my help, that is all that matters. Have him call my office and schedule an appointment and I will help him. I went to the appointment. He is a modest man and a man that takes his position seriously. He examined images and examined me. He told me I did not have to worry about anything as everything seemed normal. There is no other way to thank Dr. Babu for his kindness and generosity. He is a man that takes his hippocratic oath seriously and an outstanding physician and person. He is what doctors should be like in our modern day society. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He is very understanding and open-minded but is the type to stear away from diet restrictions to focus on immunotherapy. Appointments last about an hour so if you're going to the Orange office, prepare to pay $1.00 for the parking structure since you might be 5 minutes over or try to find parking on the side for free. Irvine office has free parking lot. Be punctual for immunotherapy shots and expect to sit or stand in the office for 30 minutes after. Irvine office lets some people wait out the shots in empty office rooms when the waiting area is full.

I was plagued with constant runny noses, sore throats as a result of unrelenting post nasal drip, eye infections from watery eyes, and the inability to breathe through my nose from a very early age and for whatever reason, it wasn't until I headed off to college that I decided to take action and find an allergist. I was referred to Dr. Lin from a family friend and went in to have a consultation. Lin is a very sweet guy and has very helpful staff. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had, test and provide results as to what I was allergic to, and get me started on treatment within the span of like two weeks. I started getting shots in June following my senior year of high school and by October or so of my Freshman year of college I noticed significant results. I no longer suffer from almost any of the symptoms that I have dealt with my entire life (except the occasional watery eyes in the spring). I would also like to say that while I was up at school for my freshman year and was unable to go into his office in Orange, his staff was able to ship my medication to a completely different allergist in Los Angeles so that my commute to get treated would be easier and more manageable. Maybe I am a special case where the treatment worked like magic, I really have no idea, but coming to Dr. Lin has been literally life changing and will remain one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
