ABOVE & BEYOND !! Washer drain was overflowing into utility closet. Micheal was able to come out that day, test it and fix it. We were talking about another 'water' issue i was having in the utility closet close to my HVAC. For months to the right of the HVAC the floor would get wet. I'd had a roofer out and all the flashing was fine, HVAC guy said no water from there, I was at a loss. Micheal took off the cover to the coils and they were not draining correctly. He had some tool that was able to go back and pull out dog hair that was clogging the drain holes (I foster for Good Shepherd {German Shepherds} Rescue and I have a large Pittbull and Rottweiler). I had many folks look at that issue and none were able to help! I called Michael to help fix my broken toilet after Planet Earth Plumbing came and didn't fix the issue (they "fixed" it but it broke again in a day). Apparently the "fix" from Planet Earth wasn't really a fix at all as they use cheap materials. We decided it's more cost effective in the long run to just replace my current toilet, which was a piece of crap anyway. I had some warping in a cabinet and wasn't sure if it was old or evident of a new leak. In my previous home we had a leak and had to rip out the whole kitchen so I'm very sensitive to these things! My garbage disposal was leaking and I needed a plumber. Michael Hairston had great reviews. I was not disappointed. He called me back pretty quickly. Because he wasn't sure if something was loose or if the disposal needed replacement until he looked at it, he recommended I purchase one at Home Depot or Lowes. If replacement was not needed I can always return it. My disposal stopped working before the appointment date. He came, checked it and replaced the disposal very quickly. Even though it was slightly earlier than 8 in the morning, Michael returned my call within minutes. He had another morning appointment, but said he could come in the afternoon.
